Ordered a Customized Trodat Logo Ink Stamp. I was holding my breath until receiving it. When uploading, the Logo looked fuzzy but I needed it and needed it fast. I highly recommend this product. Zazzle cleaned up the sharpness and received it on time. Price was perfect for my new business. I will be purchasing other items in the future. Thank You.

I bought a "varnished wood grain" iPhone 4 cover. Now, you would think, based on the picture which is clearly a varnished, shiny piece of wood, that it would be just that, a shiny, wood cover. Instead it's a piece of cheap a** fabric that cost probably 10 cents to make. It's absolute garbage. If this is the type of products they have, don't waste your money (the cover was 30 + dollars).

I ordered sweet 16 invitations and when I received them they had a misprint line through every single one. When I called and stayed on hold for about 45 min I finally spoke with someone that was very accommodating. Since I was in a rush due to the response date only being a few weeks away, they told me they would credit my account and I could keep the old ones. I tried to place a second order but my credit was not on my account. Again I called about 30 min later I had to place order with a sales rep so they could apply my credit. Second set of invites came and they looked nothing like the picture on the site. Due to so much time passing I ended up having to use the invites and dressed them up with bows. Would never use them again

They reprinted my wedding invitations, recognized that I probably needed the new ones quickly, and gave me a one-time waiver for rush shipping. That was even with my Groupon - they regenerated my Groupon code so that I would be able to use it again! WOW!

I had many problems using the iPad app. It didn't show all my options and the customization was difficult to see because it kept sliding off the screen when I tried to enlarge the invitation. Once I called customer service, the representative stayed on the call with me until I was satisfied. That really saved the day for me. Great job, Zazzle!

I am not one to usually leave any reviews on products, however, I want to share my terrible customer service experience. I was explaining my situation with this gentleman and he hung up on me twice intentionally. I wasn't being rude, I guess he thought my problem was too in-depth. My initial problem was, I ordered a rubber stamp from them and chose a particular design and they changed it to another that wasn't requested on my end. That's ok no problem I ensured to choose the design I wanted initially the second time and they changed my design again. I finally was able to get on the phone with a nice woman who assisted me but it took me 2 fails and 2 Incompetent employees before reaching her. Never will I order from them again. I pray you all have better luck.

As I write this, I'm sitting on hold for the third time in the last three days. The previous two times I called, I waited for 25 minutes before I had to hang up and go back to work. I ordered a roll of sheet music-themed wrapping paper for use in a Christmas project. It was 6 days late getting to me and was unusable. The paper had a giant purple line that ran the length of the roll. I emailed CS with the info and supplied a photograph. I received an email 4 days later, informing me that a replacement would be shipped "as soon as possible". That was a week ago. I haven't received the product or a notification that it has been shipped. It's impossible to get through to Customer Service by phone. Stay away!

The package arrived very damaged, torn with a large hole in the side, despite being marked fragile. I was worried the invitations would be damaged, which is frustrating for how much they cost. Luckily they were overall okay. Perhaps not the company's fault and the shipping company instead, however shipping was very expensive so this was frustrating.

They sent me envelopes with someone else's return address TWICE and charged me for Express shipping the second time when it was their mistake. My invitations will be going out late. I ordered the third time on Amazon for less money and free 2 day shipping.

We ordered personalized shirts for a big surprise trip for our daughter. My husband and I received our shirts in a timely manner, but the shirt we ordered for our daughter has STILL not come in. Our trip has come and gone, and she didn't get to wear the matching shirt with us. Luckily, we ordered two more shirts for her from an Etsy shop, so she had something special to wear.
We sent two requests to customer service, well in advance of our trip. They responded within about a day, saying "we are sorry for the delay... We don't have an ETA on your order." In today's technology world, how do NOT KNOW when something has been created and/or shipped?
I will NEVER shop Zazzle for anything ever again! I urge you to carefully consider making a purchase here!

Ordered the Vintage Sewing Machine Duffle bag. It's a piece of crap! Poor quality and poorer workmanship! It took 4 weeks to get and was to be a Christmas gift for a relative. So angry! A waste of fifty dollars and I don't have time to make a better bag myself. I will never shop Zazzle again!

While I submitted a 5-star review on a product and for Zazzle, my review would not go through until I tried OVER 10 times! It finally went through when I waited a few hours before trying again. Sent email about issue (no problems with submitting this) but no response. Also, I noticed that there are no reviews since November which suggests this is an ongoing website glitch.

Zazzle rocks. I order customized stamps from them frequently and they are always lovely (with speedy shipping)! However, in this particular case, I was SUPER impressed with the customer service I received when I purchased an iPhone 7 phone case. This company is all about ensuring their customers are highly satisfied. I can honestly say that I have NEVER received such superb service. Highly recommend this store and it will continue to be my go-to shop for many items!

I had tremendous help from Terri at Zazzle, as she personally placed my order for many personalized shirts for my family to take on a special 2 week vacation.
All my family members loved the shirts with their name on them and can't wait to take them on the Disney cruise.
I had ordered two shirts that were not quite the right size and immediately Terri put in a replacement order at no charge!

Zazzle has so many options for templates and then allows you to edit the text and phrasing to your liking. They have multiple fonts, colors, and stickers to add as well. I truly love their designs and got exactly what I wanted.
Unfortunately, I had to request a refund due to the event being canceled. The customer service representative (Iago) was empathetic and helped me as quickly as possible.
Great quality for a reasonable price.
