At first my help was not very good at all and would rate it as a two. I then spoke with "Robert" and was very happy he new what to do. Robert was also very polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately the last person prior to speaking with Robert I spoke with said she had a better deal for me than my 20% off 1st purchase. No she did not. I think it is very important that the Zazzle Customer Service Reps. Understand and need to be knowledgeable on the different rules there are for Canadians. Robert was the one who new the shipping offer I signed up for (first month on us) is unfortunately not available to Canadians as I was first told. Anyways, it all should be sorted out and look forward to receiving the items. If asked "Will I purchase again from Zazzle?) the answer is yes, but I will be very cautious the next time.

My mother in law ordered 2 shirts for a family member on 12/4/16. In the confirmation email it said the estimated delivery date was 12/12-12/13/16. On 12/15/16, I put a call out and was on hold for over 40 minutes waiting to speak to a representative regarding the delay. She updated the shipping to 2-Day shipping and was going to confirm what the issue was. I have not received an update, and it is now 12/20/16, and the order still has not arrived. Today (12/20/16), I called out first thing this afternoon when they opened EST, and was on hold for over 25 minutes waiting for a representative to come on the line when the wait time said 2 minutes. These shirts were Christmas presents that I fear will not make it in time. I am utterly disgusted with the business practices this company is putting forth and I will make sure to not use them ever again.

Amazing Quality! I searched for Baby Shower invitations for my daughter and was so excited I could get them in time (Google said ships in 1-3 days) to mail 4 weeks ahead for a last minute venue change. Until I got to checkout, I didn't realize that by promising they could get them out in time, It would cost me more for delivery than my order. I need it anyway, I needed them and they were perfect, I'll order again, but with way more lead time! (It must be common though, I chatted with a friend by phone and talked about my experience and she asked me if it was Zazzle by name. She had the same experience. Paid a ton for shipping led to the site by quick shipping expectations.)
I picked zazzle online for the beautiful art design options and the goggle saying it could deliver in 5-7 days. Turned out I had to pay a ton for the expedited order. Super torn after spending all the time with entering customization that I wasn’t about to start the process over with another company. They were beautiful. I’m sure I would have saved a ton more with better planning ahead. These were a great price, but that shipping at the end was a huge unexpected charge.

Awful experience ordering. All I ordered was a coffee cup. After 5 days tried several times to leave a msg asking when my order would be shipped. Finally was able to leave a ph # for them to call me back. When they did they said my item was having production problems. B. S. I cancelled my order and won't deal with them again!

My latest order to Zazzle for tshirts resulted in a big hit. To promote our latest game release along with the other lines we theme our tshirts and this one came out beautifully, arrived to the convention before I did, and made my team look like a team.

After a small issue with copyright trademarks, Carey was amazing to get my invitation to rush print and overnight the invitations so we could still receive them on the original promised date! He called twice during the day to keep me informed and deliver the good news that the invitations were on the way!

I am sadly disappointed in the look of these cards, I understand that the creator embellished the card to make it look all glittering but I asked for a semi gloss finish to give it just a little shine and it honestly has a matte finish no shine at all and even the color is off online it shows a more lighter rose gold color and it's just dark pink. I am not happy at all with this purchase, I am a manager of a business and I wanted to try Zazzle.I guess I should have stayed with Vista print.I just wanted something of better quality. Just really disappointed in these business cards.

I ordered custom baby shower announcements and envelopes. They were designed according to specifications, but arrived damaged. They were shipped in cardboard packaging which had gotten wet in transit. The announcements were in a plastic cover protesting them, but the envelopes were not and arrived wet and half sealed because the water touched the envelope glue closure. We let them dry out and chose to still use them since we needed to get them sent out asap, but I have no idea why paper products would be shipped in a cardboard/paper packaging? Seems like a bad oversight by Zazzle.

I placed an order with Zazzle on 5/22/2014 at 7:59:58 AM PDT. My account said it was shipped 5/22/2014 7:18:10 PM PDT. I still haven't received it, and when I look up the tracking number, it says no information available. I have since opened 2 claims with them and haven't heard anything back. Today, I thought I'd give them a call, but I've been on hold for 16 minutes so far. Not impressed.

I called because unfortunately the package I received had been beaten up good and so the quality of the product inside had been tampered. Leonard took the time to listen to me and went above and beyond to help me. He is shipping new ones to me at no additional costs and expediting them. Things happen upon delivery it is something you have to expect when ordering online, but zazzle came through and made sure I received the correct order with the correct quality. They have proven to me that they value both their production quality as well as their relationship with their customers. Cannot speak more highly of them!

I made a customized postcard Save the Date with photos and they came out amazing! They were great quality with a real postcard-like gloss finish on the front. They looked better than similar Save the Date postcards I've gotten from friends. They were also the best value I could find, that was compounded during Black Friday sales. Very happy!

I placed an order for some custom mugs and wrapping paper on November 30. The wrapping paper arrived on December 15 and it looked great. The mugs were mailed out on December 6 and the tracking says it needs to be picked up by the post office and never was picked up. I contacted Zazzle to get a replacement and they expedited my order on December 20. The new tracking says that the label for the replacement order was created on December 27 and today on January 4 there still has not been any movement so I contact them another time and they will be sending out another order. The two stars I gave them was for the wrapping paper but I just don't understand how packages keep not making it to the shipper and these were supposed to be Christmas gifts and they are significantly late.

This site has always given me the best service and even when one of my products did not work out due to a seller issue, not site issues, they gave me a full refund almost immediately. I shop at zazzle constantly, and they have excellent discounts and even better quality products.

I ordered a travel mug in November. The website still says "making" when it should've been made and been here by now! This was a Christmas gift. I called (waited for 40 plus minutes before I could speak to someone) and they told me they would put expedited shipping at no extra cost. Well sorry, my gift still won't be here by Christmas! I told him I wanted my shipping refunded and he told me that he would give it as a credit. I said no I wanted it refunded to my card. So he did. I ordered a shirt from them before and everything was fine, but he said there was a production problem. Sucks for them it's at this time of year because they just lost a lot of customers.

What a mess! My wife ordered our Xmas cards from Zazzle. Cards arrived dark, too dark to send out. We called immediately as time was of the essence and held for 55 MINUTES! Finally, attendant took the call and gave us instructions on how they would review the issue... we took a picture of the dark card and sent in. She promised me they would respond the next day. They didn't. I called the following day and held for 33 minutes. I have never held this long for anything. The new person proceeds to tell me that the previous person helping us had been out and they dropped the ball. Super. He told me they will print new cards, with lighter photos and they would be here in 3-5 days but will not overnight. Big waste of time during hectic time of the year with limited window to get xmas cards out. We will not use this company again. I didn't even think to mention that several of the cards arrived damaged.

I tried zazzle as well as other sites that can make calendars, canvas prints and cards on line. For a discerning photographer when the quality of the photo is important zazzle gave the best value for the money, especially if one is able to take advantage of the generous discount windows.

Your company has disappointed me. Most of my orders have been delayed and you sent my orders to the wrong courier instead of UPS. I paid for Estimated Delivery: 3-5 Business Days after manufacturing.
