The different options are a plus. And the ability to customize within the template is awesome. It's the closest to creating your own biz card with an personal Print shop you can find but, without the enormous cost.

The customer service team at Zazzle responded in a very timely manner to my inquiry. Not only were they courteous and professional, they went above and beyond to help rectify my order. I received my items ahead of the expected date and the quality is that of an upscale printing company.

**UPDATE** From 1 to 3 stars. After writing them back, they finally agreed to make the refund rather than "require" a store credit.**They promote promo codes on practically every page, 20% off, 25% off, on status pages, checkout pages, etc. I thought the promo code was input correctly in my order. After purchase I discovered it wasn't. I contacted customer service through their system. They wrote back, no refund for the 20% but a store credit for future purchase. It would be an $8 refund. I had seen an option to cancel the order but apparently after an hour or so that is no longer available. So cancelling the order is not an option. Joy.
Tip for consumers:
Make absolutely sure you enter your promo code before completing your purchase. Their policy is to only provide a store credit for future purchases if you contact them after the purchase stating you failed to enter the promo code in your shopping cart.

My wedding invites were easy to customize and turned out beautifully! I love all the paper options, cut options, etc. I also appreciate the different ordering quantities to customize how many you need without a bunch of excess.
I liked the style choices compared with other companies.

Tags arrived quickly and were exactly as described and personalized. Loved them. Only, my bad for not realizing they would be too small for how I needed to use them. A 4x4 size would have been perfect. Not sellers fault - was mine. Tags were terrific!

I had custom cards made to ask each of my bridesmaids to be part of the wedding. Since it was so cheap, I also made little custom save the date magnets for them with cute pictures of us as well. They came out really great.

I ordered 20 invitations for a very small wedding ceremony. The quality is great and they are so beautiful. The program/website was easy to work with to write the invitations. Delivery was so fast, about 3 days after ordering they were at my door step.
I googled “wedding invitations” and zazzle had a special running.

I ordered some tissue paper with a custom image. The image did not look the way I wanted. I requested a refund late in the evening and received a refund early in the morning the next day- including shipping I would use them again for something else secure in the knowledge that I'll get my money back if it doesn't work out.
Tip for consumers:
It's worth a try. What I wanted printed on tissue paper had a lot of detail, something simpler, like a motif for a baby shower would probably be fine. The heavy tissue paper was good quality.

I order an item Dec 2017 paid extra to have it shipped early did not receive the item. I contacted company via telephone and received a recording that they are on vacation and can be contacted by email or web chat. I went to web site to engage in web chatting an asked where is my item. The representative stated that it's considered lost and how would I like to proceed. No apology or nothing. I stated i still would like my item as it is a xmas gift and the rep said they could refund me my express shipping payment and send order for review to be sent out. It's is now the next month and year and I still have not received my item and it doesn't seem to be a high priority to them. I will never order from this place again!

It took 3 weeks of emailing and leaving voice messages before I was given a telephone number that was answered by a live person only to be told they are not allowed to call out. This delay kept me from getting a change to the image I wanted. I was allowed to add to the image I liked but not make a minor change which would have make them perfect. The frustration was ridiculous since I am totally new to how this works and with Christmas looming ahead left me with no alternative but to settle from my original wish.
Tip for consumers:
I wish I knew any tip to give others to keep them from going through what I did. I was pleased with the end product it just wasn't entirely what I wanted due to the 3 weeks it took to talk to a live person. I don't know what else I could have done.

First order was received extremely quick and quality was fair for the price. Second order took longer, but probably due to the holiday rush. Unfortunately, what was shipped was not my order but someone else's. Have been trying to reach Zazzle for two days via phone and email but no luck. Didn't mind waiting for shipment, but now do not have a gift for Christmas cause they shipped the wrong personalized item and cannot reach anyone to have it corrected.

WOW!~ This company is absolutely horrible. IF you're considering buying from them, please... please. Take the time and find a more reputable company. Even if you are in LOVE with the pattern or the appearance of your product-- please, think again. I'm only trying to save you from the disappointment that will arrive (Or not arrive) at your doorstep in the weeks to come. The products here are horrible quality, worse is the customer service and the return policy. Again, even if you're sure you'll love the product you THINK YOU See on their website, I strongly urge you to reconsider and use a more reputable company.

I thought my order was supposed to be delivered by today. Because we have had several package thefts in the area, I was concerned. Ivan advised me that with the manufacture time included, my pillows would be delivered between 4/17 and 4/20. He was polite, professional and re-assuring.

I created some magnets as gifts to members of my senior fitness class. I used some online duty-free, royalty-free, personal use only clip art for the magnets. Zazzle accepted my order, charged my credit card and then told me that my design violated their policies. Now they are telling me it could take up to 10 days for me to get my money back. They were too quick to charge the credit card. I'm not violating the clip art agreement; these are for personal use. I don't fault Zazzle for their policies, just for them not even reviewing my design until after they had already charged me. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed. I bought 2 cushions. They were very nice on the picture but in reality just horrible... such a bad quality!
To return them I need to send them back to Ireland as they don't have any office in UK. So at the end I need to pay for this over 10£.
I do not recommend buying anything from this website. Bad quality and high cost to return the product.

Zazzle was the only website I could find that didn't require me to print 50 of one card. Using a template I purchased from Etsy, I was able to print each individual table assignment card and signage for our wedding without any issues. The final product was beautiful!

In my little gift shop, people would consistently ask for post cards. Nobody in town produced any post cards and I didn't know where to go. I wanted to make a better designed copy of my school badge so that my name and picture are clear for upcoming clinical. I inadvertently included the school name and logo and the first design was rejected. I removed the school logo and just included the school name but that too was rejected. I ordered many times work badges with the company logo with no problem. Very frustrating and annoying. I will no longer refer friends to this site unless you want to be super frustrated. Look elsewhere.

I read the reviews where customers complained about paying $22 for 1 day shipping and still not receiving the items on time. I paid for an express order(overnight shipping) on Sunday I received an email saying both items were shipped on Wednesday and i would receive them on Friday in time for my party on Saturday. I was so furious to discover on Friday evening that one item was still being produced and would not ship till the next monday.
I was offered a refund but who cares when you have to host your party without the items you ordered. I wish i just went to Vista Print!
