The labels I ordered were perfect. The app automatically chose my credit card billing address as shipping address. It was my business address but I work remotely. I wanted to change it but could not. I would have had to cancel the order and start over. I went to my business to pick them up, only a slight inconvenience, I was a bit dumbfounded there was no easier way to change the ship to address than cancelling and reordering.
I tried to contact customer service and was redirected to a service that charges money to help solve problems like my shipping issues. It was frustrating.

I ordered 20 personalized Christmas ornaments along with 20 red velvet pouches to present them in as gifts for co-workers. First, the printing on the ornaments is very blurry, and secondly, they omitted 10 of the velvet pouches. I proceeded to call customer service and explained that I had a deadline to receive the pouches (which was about 5 days later). The representative told me she would rush the order and I would have it no later than my deadline. 2 weeks later and I am STILL waiting to receive the bags. In summary, my co-workers Christmas gifts are a big FAIL, and I will not even be able to give them the ornaments before Christmas, since I am still waiting on the 'gift bags' to gift them in. Better quality and service is needed if Zazzle expects to be around for long! 1-star... maybe.

Trying to get a refund is non-existing, all you get is the run-around and replays to my queries stating that my order does not exist.
They where quick to reply after I posted this and other revues, but since then I have not heard from them again. They are scammers. If i could give minus stars i would give a -5.

Well chock up another 1 star rating for Zazzle. Like many of the other people who posted a review, I too have been trying to contact customer support via phone and email with NO response. I'm unable to say it (because I'm speechless) any better than what one star rating means on SiteJabber, "doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

Buyer Beware! Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Multiple "we can't answer the phone right now" with multiple excuses (high call volume, technical difficulties, not enough staff, etc.) for 6 days and counting. They inadvertantly shipped to an old address in the system and claimed to have contacted UPS and blamed the delay on the shipper. Didn't contact them till several days later, delaying my shipment again which is time sensitive. Never will I order from Zazzle!

I am an artist who adds printed tissue designs to my paintings. So hard to find, until I discovered Zazzle. What a selection and all so beautiful. I will be using them from now on. Also received the 3 tissues so well wrapped and quickly.
As the inserted image shows, I used one design for the blouse, one for the shirt, one for the hair flowers and in the background.

Our baby shower invitations came out perfectly and exactly as they appeared on the website. There was 1 that was unusable due to a large pink ink stain across it, but luckily we didn't need that 50th one.

I have ordered custom luggage tags, bottle coozie, and magnets from Zazzle. All met or exceeded my expectations. Ships with tracking and very fast.
The products are great for the hard to gift person in your life.
Tip for consumers:
When customizing a product keep trying options: you can always redo and start over. I worked the process and was very pleased when I received the products.

In 100+ reviews, none was negative. Zazzle makes nifty stuff but needs to delete its sexist designs. 1st Amendment doesn't protect hate speech/depictions, zazzle. Also remove duplicates of designs proferred~~which wastes [& irks] choosers' time. Finally, allow reviewer 6 mos to use or wear product so review can contain info after washing item or using for a while. [E.g., will stickers' or return labels' glue still stick or dry up? Can mini messenger bags really be washed w/o colors running?,&c]

Every bad review under me is very accurate. Never received my order, was told my shipping would be upgraded and refunded, never got my refund, took a month working with them before I gave in and cancelled my order, they told me they would send me a refund, it's been 2 and a half weeks and I haven't gotten the shipping or order refunded still. Calling their customer service is a nightmare. I only ordered 75 business cards. This was my first and last time ordering from this company. I have always ordered from vistaprint. I will NEVER stray away from vistaprint ever again. Don't shop at zazzle. Go to vistaprint! Great customer service, fast manufacturing and shipping, and great deals and prices!

I've been trying to contact Zazzle customer service in regards to my "undeliverable as addressed" package. EVERY time you call you get the same recording telling you they are "experiencing higher than normal call volumes" (probably because everyone is so frustrated!) For the third time today I'm sitting waiting on hold at 37 minutes 17 seconds. This is just insane. I already tried contacting them via email for another issue and still never heard back. That was over a week ago. It appears that writing a complaint on this website is the fastest way to catch someone's attention for some help from customer service. HELP!

In all fairness, I am happy with our wedding invitations design from zazzle... but... My recent order of labels has been extremely frustrating. We paid extra to receive the labels sooner and zazzle gave us last Wed or Thurs as the arrival date with Fri the latest. Fri and Sat come and go--no labels, therefore a huge delay in sending out the invitations. Why did I pay extra then? After 2 emails and days after asking about the labels, somoene finally gets back telling us the labels will arrive Tuesday of next week!:-((( I wish I had read zazzle's reviews (numerous negative comments about shipping costs, etc. You can't make this up) before ordering, and also the fact that you can get SAME DAY pick up for labels from Walgreen's... with lots of designs to choose from. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money and DO NOT deal with this company.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered on the 15th, and paid for express delivery. Order is still 'processing'. 8 days to do a basic logo on a couple of mugs... emailed to so called Customer Service and didn't get any sort of response.
So now I print a picture of the items and offer apologies as to why there is no actual gift.
Too bad I don't have anything to rate the actual product. But hey, the pictures are really nice looking.
Will give until end of year for receipt or I will return regardless of quality. Total fail to meet any expectations at this point. Again, 8 days and still not even shipped.
As others have said, customer service is non-existent unless you count the absolute rhetoric they post as replies.
Only plus side is I used CC for payment and can dispute the charges.

BEWARE! Zazzle.com is awful. Made a purchase on Dec. 1. December 10 still did not receive item, but credit card was charged. Tried emailing and calling, but no response. Finally, 3 days later, Zazzle.com emailed me back to say the item was never picked up by the carrier and to SEND ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND! How can I send something back when I never received it? When I called customer service, they left me on hold until closing time and never answered the phone. I am still waiting for a refund. Go anywhere, but here.

Don't order from this site! I ordered an adult med Tshirt as a Christmas gift, got what appears to be a child's med Tshirt. The only way to process a return is to fill out a form to request a return ID. Sent that email 4 days ago, still waiting for a response, yet I have received at least 5 other emails from them with promotional offers to buy more stuff. Tried customer service line... waited 35 minutes to talk to a less than helpful representative that said those shirts run extremely small, but since the shirt is not defective, we cannot refund the shirt and shipping costs. But I get to keep the shirt that noone will fit in... Guess I will put it in a goodwill box.

Not happy Zazzle! I placed an iPad custom case for a Christmas present this year. My order was shipped 11/12/2014 12:16:57 PM EST. Today is the 22nd and there is no sign of delivery. Worst of all is the unknown factor. I tried Zazzle customer service line and email several times with zero response. Your site should be shut down for fraudulent services.

I ordered two t-shirts as Christmas gifts, still not received 05/12/15, customer service rubbish, have still not replied to my emails so I have opened a case with a Paypal. The shirts were for my daughter who leaves for Australia in 2 days, so no use now! They weren't even personalised goods, just disappointing!

Pretty good selection, great prices (got everything half off with free ship). The order was filled fast and shipped as promised -- no mistakes. I did contact support because one shirt was shipped separately and I got worried... Support got back to me very quickly with answers and my extra shirt was actually safely on its way.
