So happy I found Zazzle! Was planning on trying to do my daughter graduation announcements on my own but she was not to keen on my design. So I went online to see if there where any free templates and came across Zazzle's website. They were half the price of other sites that cost a small fortune and so easy to use. It only coast me a bit more than doing on my own. But I had a happy daughter. Will look to use them again. My daughter's announcements are beautiful!

Had a code for 50% off item. Didn't enter code since website confusing. Called immediately and was told they would credit my card. Received email saying it would be a store credi instead! 100% satisfaction guarantee is false advertising!

Terrible is the only word to describe them, they lied and said they shipped my item however the tracking number they issued wasn't even valid and confirmed by Australia post. The invites never arrived and only a few friends could make my daughters party as the hand written ones i handed out were very very late a few days before. My daughter was so upset all because of their lies. Now its a struggle to get a refund they want to send me replacement invites that am going to do what with? They dont understand this point and don't care they helped ruin her birthday. Its been a headache since i ordered with them save your money and go with another company they cant be trusted and wont fix any issues hey simply dont care! Worst ever

Zazzle processed my order and took my money, approved of my design, then emailed me after the fact stating that the photo used contained copyrighted material that neither us or Zazzle owns the rights to. The photo in question was fanart from the game, Monster Hunter World, neither of which have any sort of copyrighted material associated with it. Very disappointed and currently fighting to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous that I can create custom t-shirts and other garments from other video game franchises with no issues, yet when I want to get a custom cat collar for my cat named Kirin, I'm ripped off. You can expect to hear from me if my money is not returned, and I will never even attempt to use Zazzle's services again. Enjoy losing out on not just this purchase, but all other future revenue that could be brought in from myself or my friends. Abysmal site. Abysmal service. Truly an unbelievably upsetting experience.

I could understand them not printing a bumper sticker with nudity or other morally inappropriate pictures or vulgarity but I ordered a sticker negative against a politician and they refused to print it. They most be right wingers who want to censor opinion. That is ok, another site is printing them. No more business with zazzle.

Zazzle Never disappoints me. I'm the kind of person who likes personal touches added when giving gifts. I like the ability to turn my thoughtfulness into a smile. Personalizing and customizing items for people is something I love to do. Every order I place with them blows the previous away.

Tip for consumers:

Have used Zazzle in the past and never had a problem... until now. I have two orders and noone can help me with either. I emailed yesterday and today w/o response, called and stayed on hold for over 30 minutes 3 times. Now I'm reading other reviews with similar issues and they too were given false shipping estimates. I ordered gifts on 12/6 and 12/10 for a gift exchange on Sat. Was told 12/14-12/16 for delivery of the first order. Paid EXTRA for expedited shipping on the second order so it, too, would be here 12/13-12/14. Account changed that to 12/15-12/16 with no explanation, but I was charged for upgrading. I need these sweatshirts by 12/17. So sad... and my family will be disappointed with no promised hoodies. So disappointed.

I received an email saying they couldn't process my order due to 'conflicts with content guidelines'. I emailed them back 3 TIMES, tried 'chat' (no one available), and tried them by phone (31 minute wait, no thank you) to see what the problem was. It's a freaking family photo and text box that says 'Merry Christmas...'.
Ridiculous!

I was on a tight timeline, 5 working days. Zazzle guaranteed delivery of 2 Tee Shirts within that time period. I even dropped the $26.49 for overnight shipping. Zazzle's tracking showed the shirts were completed, and ready to ship for 3 days. Yet UPS never picked them up from their biz. Zazzle customer service only reply is, "lost in transit." Which is impossible, since they were never picked up by UPS.

I'm not stupid. They never intended on fulfilling my order, in the time required. Don't buy Tee shirts from these fools. They may be able to pull off biz cards.

Too bad I can't give negative stars on this review.

Ordered several unusual gifts. 3 weeks later, nothing received. After lodging a complaint, advised that order wasn't sent to production, and they have now cancelled my order! Frustrating to now find other gifts to replace the ones I had selected. Paid via paypal, so hopefully will get a full refund.
Also ordered stationery which arrived after 3 weeks (separate order) and quality was disappointing. Bleed on front of notepad is not trimmed properly and backing board is smaller than the notepad. Very unprofessional.

Sorry I didn't look up reviews before I wasted my time here!

My order is one week late, I ordered custom
Buttons for an anniversary party which is in 2 days. I have emailed customer service 3 times and called once. When I called I sat on hold for 46 minutes before speaking to a very nice person who only told me they could nudge the production team, the same thing they have been telling me through email. Shouldn't they be able to see WHAT the hold up with the processing is?! Give me a time line? Where are these things being processed. On a positive note, they did upgrade my shipping to express, but if they don't ship in time from the facility that doesn't help me. Hah.

I ordered shirts from Zazzle. They made them, and made them poorly. The logos on the front and back were not positioned correctly and I complained. They agreed and refunded me in the form of a store credit the money I spent (minus the shipping). I said okay, and reordered. Zazzle then decided that somehow my artwork was in violation of their rules based on a very very weak argument, so they refused to make them.
Let me make this clear. They made the shirts - poorly.
Then when I tried to get them remade, they refused.
I have sent 3 emails giving a rational as to why their decision is poor, and saying that if they want to stand by their decision, then simply refund my money to my credit card.
They refuse to answer me. They want ot keep my money to make me buy something from them. Except there is nothing I want from them - except my shirts which somehow after making them once, became a problem.
Horrible system. Horrible customer service.

I have to take a minute out of my busy day as a business woman to commend Zazzle's Customer Service Department. I have placed several orders over the years and any time I have had an issue, it was addressed promptly and professionally to ensure my ultimate satisfaction. They really go above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy with their service and products. I was most impressed with the help during my last big order (Finbarr and Christina). Special ordered plates for my granddaughters birthday. Paid extra for shipping to ensure they would get here. Box has our address on it but inside is someone else's order and order form with all their personal information. Called the company sat on hold for over 40 mins for someone to answer with ok will refund. Not an Im sorry this is not how we conduct business we will look into this to ensure it doesnt happen again just a big FU and you will get a refund in 7 to 21 days. Sure took the 87.69 right away should be able to put it back just as quick. Absolutely no remorse from the customer service that this happened or indication that they care enough about their customers to ensure it doesnt happen again. Refused to take the other customers order information so they could inform them of the screw up. Nothing. Worst company ever.

So i ordered these custom first communion invitations that looked amazingly online. Received them exactly a week later which was a pleasant surprise. Couldn't believe the quality of the invites; just as great as originally advertised. I definitely plan on ordering from here again!

I first had issues logging in, when their "I'm not a robot" captcha only works in Internet explorer not firefox. Then I just gave up trying to reset my password, and create another account. I
Then logged in to use my 20% off my entire order coupon, while the
Coupon is accepted, no discount is applied. I then try the earth day
Coupon for 15% off my order, this coupon also does not work. I've wasted 30 minutes and have gotten nowhere.

Nice that sitejabber doesn't allow reviews of companies where we can't even place an order, let me see if I can find an order id that meets their algorithm. Sitejabber will now get a negative review for this bs.

They took my money for a custom watch. I realised i made an error on design, they said fine, we will refund. Then i resubmitted correct, paid again, and they said
'we cannot process this symbol its 'hate' based, i politely demonstrated that its not, then they say, 'sorry its copyrighted' another bull$#*! argument i told them - for the same reason you cannot copyright the crucifix.
Still no money, its been over a week, now its foul abuse continuously forever. I will not be stopped except by a judge. Death images. Swearing. Any unpleasantness i can dream up. Third ripoff in 6months the internet is a disaster, back to shops methinks

Tip for consumers:
unless you are a communist/social marxist cultist/hillary clinton fan, stay well away they are cucked scum criminals and playing that old game...hang on to your money as long as we can get away with it

I ordered place cards for daughters wedding on 9/25/17, expecting to get them before daughters wedding 10/22/17. I tried to contact them via email, no response, by phone, phones down. Finally arrived when we returned home October 23rd. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. I don't know how they are even in business. Now I'm trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks, no response. I call the *******953, and the wait time is 45 minutes. If any potential customer should read this, DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

Ordered 100 business cards using Zazzle template Dec 31. Credit card charged. Order goes immediately to 'Processed' which means I cannot cancel. Seven days later, they cannot estimate when they might ship... and have no explanation, and no other response. Argh! Never again.

I placed an order on 12/19 and paid extra for Express Delivery so that it would arrive for Christmas. The status of my order is still being made. The estimated delivery date is still showing as today. Apparently the company has already shut down for the holiday. I am disappointed, will not order from Zazzle again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a custom made pillow with my family's pictures on it for a Mother's Day gift. I instead received someone else's pillow. Not one picture on it was of my family. I contacted Customer Service. No apology. I was told to take a picture of the item and email it to them as proof. I did. Nothing. I contacted again. Was told that usually they require the item back before correcting an error but they will send me the pillow with my family's pictures. So far, nothing. I was told by the customer service rep to "donate " or keep the pillow with the other family's pictures on it. WTH would I do with a pillow that is covered in another family's pictures?
I'm sure that the family would not appreciate if they knew. Awful customer service. Oh and, Happy Mother's day... late. If a pillow ever even gets here at all. I wont hold my breath, i went the day before and bought a different gift for my mother. I will never use Zazzle again for anything.
