Zazzle didn't have several of the pillows we were looking for & we just received the ones we ordered yesterday. They look a lot cheaper in person and the pink color is not what it looks like online. The pillows are also a lot smaller than they look online. I paid extra to order from Zazzle because the same pillows looked cheap & small on Amazon. However, these are not what we expected.

Chose Zazzle because the 2 pillows we ordered looked like a nice material & were the perfect color. However, it isn't like that in person when we received them yesterday. I'm disappointed because we paid a shipping fee as well to get the right ones.

I ordered for the first time on zazzle.com. I'm happy with my purchase. The clock was $40 and wasn't sure what to expect, but I really like it. I seems to be good quality and I got is several days earlier than they said it would come. I haven't seen good reviews of this company, but I'm happy with what I got. I've never done a return with them.

Product was great quality. They forgot to ship my rsvp cards so I called customer service. They answered RIGHT AWAY and re-ship them with expedited shipping, no more questions asked. Incredible customer service.

These guys rock. I ordered a case for my new iPhone 6 and it arrived with a tiny little chip in the plastic. With absolutely NO hesitation, Zazzle initiated a new order for me without asking me to even return the item. They only asked that I email a picture of the defective case. The return process was seamless and wonderful. I will order from them again for sure.

I am fairly sure these views must be fabricated. I ordered from Zazzle 6 weeks ago. They never confirmed my payment, despite the money leaving my bank, rather I was receiving emails prodding me to 'make my payment.' I made them aware of this but they instructed me (corrospondence with them is about a 3 day wait for a reply) that it takes time to receive the payment in some cases. 4 weeks later I had not received my order nor heard from them. I emailed them proof of payment and asked what was taking so long. My last email from them, one week ago, told me my order was being looked at my their financial department. Today I simply requested my money back which I highly doubt will happen. Stay away from Zazzle if you dont enjoy not receiving what you paid for :)

Tried emailing and calling regarding my order. Part of it was never delivered. Another part came incorrectly imprinted. Trying to get help from customer service to resolve these issues and emailing is a joke, and phoning is at least 30 minute wait. Horrible! I will never recommend Zazzle and will not call Consumer Affairs to get my money back as well as call my credit company to get reimbursement.

I ordered my personalized Father's Day item on June 5. Today is Father's Day June 21 and my item still hasn't arrived in spite of the fact that it's almost a full week past the estimated shipping date. I've been tracking it, and it still hasn't even arrived in my state. I'm highly pissed. I do not plan to buy again from them. First time is a Last time.

#1 they ship UPS which charges more than the cards cost. ($7) For $1.25 they can use USPS. #2 It took 7 weeks to get my order. I can get my order in 5 days from Greeting Card Universe which ships USPS. #3 no envelope. I can print a card with no envelope in my home instantly from many companies for like $5 total. I can get 4-5 cards with envelopes from Greeting Card Universe in 5 days for the price I paid for one Zazzle card

Tip for consumers:
when I looked at my account at Zazzle it says it was delivered in 5 days! lol. Try 7 WEEKS.

I ordered an array of different items from Zazzle over the course of about 2 weeks. Specifically: Two customized embossed rounded wine glasses, two customized name necklaces, a customized photo-block, and a customized photo collage. They all arrived within a reasonable amount of time once I placed each order (and within the estimated time frame), and all came exactly how I wanted them to come out- Even better than how I expected them to come out, actually. I haven't had to deal with customer service as everything has been perfect, which is why I love Zazzle and all it has to offer so far, and hope it stays that way as I'm sure I'll be purchasing more items in the future.

I ordered 5 baseball shirts for my 6th graders who are graduating tomorrow from elementary school that had the school name and all the students names on it. It cost me 36.99 to get it next day air. My order was 143$ total. It came in today the total wrong order. Three shirts for some pinball company arrived. I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up and emailed a claim, which I have had no response to yet. I'm sick to my stomach thinking about how these super impoverished students who worked so hard to get these shirts are going to react to this tomorrow. I will never order from them again.

Zazzle sent me someone else's business cards. After I attached the proof via an attachment rather than a faster loaded imbedded image, I received an e-mail saying they would expedite the corrected order. I waited and waited and I am still waiting. Apparently, my time line on a screw up is different than theirs. The other two boxes of cards were correct and beautiful. However, doing business with this company is not worth it. I have three invoices without line items showing which order is whose for the CEO, President and Vice President. I find this to be a very shoddy business practice. I want my catds and then to have nothing to do with them. There is no resolution. They don't need to waste even more of my time. DONE.

First cutom product was damaged in processing. They responded well with a credit/replacement, but eh replacement had a defect - the custom image was crooked. There is no quality control for custom products at this company.

I created my wedding invitations using one of the premade templates. Whey arrived, the matte paper and type of template made it impossible to read some of the text so I wanted to return and possibly exchange. They gave me an immediate refund in full and didn't bother me to send back the copies that would not work, which I thought was considerate. I decided to try another template using semi gloss and they look amazing! I'm so exited to send them out. Both times I ordered, the order arrived several days before the site said it would. This is a great site and I can't wait to use their services in the future.

I'm not sure what happened to this company but they shouldn't be in business anymore! They are providing the worst customer service ever. I placed an order over a month ago, called numerous times, emailed numerous times, and could never get a definitive answer as to when I would receive my order. Never received my order and am now waiting for my refund. They continue to send out promotional emails everyday encouraging you to purchase their products that they cannot deliver on. I recommend using another company - do NOT do business with Zazzle!

Made several orders of t-shirts with Canadian Arctic place names. I had previously ordered a couple of the same t-shirt designs from a competitor, but Zazzle had lower prices and better quality product, so subsequent orders went to them. Zazzle currently uses name brand Hanes t-shirts, while the competitor used generic t-shirts of lower quality. For example, a same size baseball shirt with design from Zazzle weighs 6.7 oz. (190 gm) while the competitor's thinner but more expensive product weighs 5.2 oz. (147 gm). Then customer service. One of the many t-shirts had a streak of ink on one side. Not too unsightly really, but not perfect. So I sent feedback. They quickly redid the one t-shirt and sent it overnight to my door. Great communication and no hassles. Zazzle has a wide variety of custom printed products, but these t-shirts have been just what I wanted, both in design and quality. Talk about product diversity - photo shows the Pangnirtung, Nunavut high Arctic t-shirt.

My orders and all customer service actions were handled easily through the website or email.

I am very happy with Zazzle. Has awesome customer service, responds very fast so emails. I had order a customized coffee mug and it was suppose to have arrived within 5-12 business days. After almost a month went by I emailed their customer support and told them my package has yet to arrive. They emailed me back that day and told me they were certain that it was most likely lost in transit, so they said they would resend me my order again but this time by express absolutely free of charge. I definitely will be ordering from this site in the future! I am now a customer for life.

Wow, Thought I was dealing with a reputable firm. My credit card is accepted here, so why all the complaints about not receiving merchandise ordered? If only I had looked here first.

I made two large orders in mid-September 2016. Was told they'd be delivered in a week, which I thought was a bit optimistic. But now October is less than two days away, the delivery dates still remain a week ago, with no update to the delivery dates.

Just sent an e-mail on the Zazzle website asking for the status of my orders. But recent comments found here lead me to believe I will never get my stuff. Luckily, my credit card company is good about handling disputed charges. If I don't hear back soon or receive my orders in a week, I will cancel the orders and ask the credit card company to refund the charges.

Don't need some customer relations pablum to make it all better. Actions speak louder than words. Send me my stuff. Keep Calm and Stand Up for Yourself.

Bottom Line: Don't bother buying here.

I placed an order on Zazzle because of a 20% off coupon, well, my stuff came in wrong from manufacture and I was told that a reprint was submitted but it never was. I called the manufacture and was told this information. No response when I emailed customer service rep, Daniela, in regards to the issues. Horrible customer service! Foreign reps, very difficult to understand. No manager or higher up that I was able to speak to.

I had a very similar experience. Found an adorable product, placed my order with a delivery expectancy of August 1st. On August 8th, it is still in production. The customer service is very nice, but they claim they cannot contact the actual production department. It's appalling to not deliver, and not let your customers know there is a delay or when they can expect the order. Now, I will not have invitations for my daughter's first birthday party. I will not deviate from Snapfish or Shutterfly again. They deliver on time (or before) every time. Zazzle should be shut down.

They set their default option for shipping to be signing up for their yearly membership. I realized my mistake and immediately contacted customer service. According to the terms of their membership which I had no intent of signing up for, there are no refunds.

Stay away from this company. There are better options.

I liked that they have a large amount of designs for wedding invitations but I was not the happiest with the quality and the descriptions were too vague and misleading. At the end of the day I guess you get what you pay for. I did like that they offered plenty of discounts and sales but the shipping costs are ridiculous and it takes kind of long to get some items. My other issue was with the minimum order quantity. It was either 10 or 25 when I only needed 12 more. Overall the website was easy to use and easy to customize the products but at the end of the day I don't think I got a better deal than what I expected and I could have gotten something nicer for slightly more or maybe even the same somewhere else.
