Disappointment! I used them for my wedding invitations and RSVP cards. What a disaster. First they didn't ship as specified then when I received them the RSVP didn't even fit in the invitation. These two items were advertised together so you would expect them to work. Well WRONG! Make sure that you give them plenty of time to ship as well as call and make sure the two items truly belong. Zazzle is a hub for people to sell their items through them. Buyer BEWARE

I'm so upset! Ordered a personalised memorial hanging ornament for my lovely friend's funeral wake, to hang on their 'memory tree'. I received a parcel from Zazzle this week - addressed to me, but the contents were for a person in USA! I received their personalised wedding ornament - did they receive mine? OMG, I need it for 15th of this month and am fuming! Sent a case message - no reply or acknowledgement! How do I get hold of these people from the UK? I'm sad I'm being ignored!:-(

The shopping was easy and I got my order quickly. But cutting the middle of the frame out myself (I am no expert at cutting) caused the frame to bend and crease. For what we paid, I thought it would be more durable. I was as careful as possible but the frame looks like something I could have made myself at this point. Our company usually uses Vista and Staples, but thought we would give Zazzle a try.

They advertise a delivery date. When the delivery date is not met the response is oh well, sorry. In fact my merchandise still shows in production AFTER the alleged delivery date. No remedy is offered, no expected completion of merchandise, no refund, nothing. Once you order you are stuck and at their mercy. Very disingenuous and deceitful. FOLLOW UP REVIEW: Gave them another chance, still poor communication, inferior quality printing on merchandise. Too many other good options to waste more money and time on Zazzle. You give a second chance and get a second disappointment- not going for a third.

One of my mother's final wishes before passing was to not have a large funeral or even a public obituary. I wanted to honor her wishes but also to let distant and close friends/relatives know that she had passed. I started looking for different options and nothing seemed to fit; Zazzle's death announcements were the perfect solution. Options for the announcements could be customized, photo uploaded, even personal wording could be added. I was also able to purchase customized return labels and foil labels at the same time. The final announcements and labels arrived on time, excellent paper/printing quality, no errors, and were a beautiful tribute to my mother. She would have loved the final result because they were so like her: classic, elegant, and understated.

There are very few businesses that offer death announcements. Zazzle had several available options, customization + coordinating accessories. Shopping for a death announcement isn't something you really want to do but it is so nice to know that a company has given thoughtful consideration in offering products not just for the happy and fun occasions in life but the serious ones as well.

I ordered a red and gold mask for my daughter's prom. We received a redish brown and green mask, which won't work with her dress. Now it's too late to try ordering a replacement and I can't get a refund because it was personalized with her initials. How can you send something I didn't order and not give a refund?

I am glad that I did not read the other reviews. Everybody is so upset and frustrated with not getting their orders. Mine came in 3 days- I guess because it was a poster and not a personalized item. Regardless, I love the poster. It actually looks better in reality than on the website. I will order from them again.

I have been ordering from Zazzle for two years now. I have bought mugs, a watch, a mouse pad and a backpack. They all arrived exactly how I designed them and in a timely manner. The quality of everything I ordered was exceptional. I use Zazzle Black and only order when items are half-price. I am very happy with Zazzle.

Zazzle has come through 99% of the time for my purchases. The one percent it is lacking is from one product that didn't come through very clearly from customer service. Otherwise, I have had excellent products made along with so many types of options.

Product was painfully late.
Paid for 6-8 days, package arrived today. An entire week after the 8th day mark. Not to mention, the delivery itself took a few days after manufacturing.
The product itself is not bad.
Printing is a little warped from what you see in the browser customization-- but is satisfactory.
However, when delivered, it appeared poorly handled as it was filthy. Covered in lint. Had to be cleaned.
Overall, a not bad product-- but filthy, pricey, and delivered late. Not worth the money.
Emailed customer service-- they were polite but ultimately unhelpful, providing no solution.
Highly suggest avoiding this site.

I was able to create a lawn sign and additional banner to my liking. I got the wording I wanted along with the pictures for my sons graduation. They both came out as designed, great picture quality, and good material to sustain outdoor weather.

Sometimes when you order something printed, it doesn't arrive *exactly* the way it looked on your screen - not the case here! The printing is great quality, it looks great, and I received the item in just about a week. No problems, everything went great!
I had made an image that was a square invitation with images/text on the front AND back. I looked at a few other places but no one else offered this specific size. I'm glad I went with Zazzle because the invites came back looking perfect, and I received them quickly.

I ordered some onesies on Zazzle let my parents know my husband and I are expecting. The estimated arrival date was 12/13-12/19. It is 12/20 and the status is still "making". I contacted customer service and they were no help at all. I am beyond disappointed and heartbroken. What was supposed to be a joyous announcement for my family is now going to be a scramble to come up with a plan b. I plan on returning/cancelling the order if I don't receive it by Christmas. Such a shame, I have ordered from Zazzle before, but can't say I am too excited to put my trust into them again.

Ordered photo of Saturn taken by Cassini spacecraft. Photo took FOREVER to arrive. Poor quality. Date stamp on photo. Return shipping cost made it crazy to pursue that avenue. My first and Last order.

Over the past 5 years, I have ordered custom-made calendars, note cards, postage stamps and ornaments from Zazzle. Never once have I been disappointed in the quality of the product! Today, when I tried to get a Authorized Return Number to ship back an ornament that I apparently mis-designed myself (the text didn't show up; only the photo), the customer service representative worked diligently to help me. Not only did she "accept" my "return" of the ornament (she advised me to not bother to ship it back), she got applied discounts to my new order (after reviewing the design to make sure I hadn't made the same mistake again) so I could get it in time for Christmas and pay only a little more than my original order. Zazzle really means their "100% happy guarantee"! Yes, I had to wait a long time to get through, but this is an incredibly busy time of year - not their fault.

I opened 2 cases because my order was supposed to arrive on Dec. 22, by the 24 it hadn't even shipped so no way to get it for Christmas. Neither of my cases were weber answered, waited 20 minutes on hold and gave up.

My order was delayed due to a backlog around Christmas (not a problem) but they couldn't provide shipping or delivery estimates (that's a problem). Then, they messed up the free upgrade to expedited shipping (biggest problem). Customer service is responsive and polite but seemingly overwhelmed. I'm happy with the custom product, which is a printed metal wall hanging. It looks as expected based on the design studio photo.
Tip for consumers:
Give yourself PLENTY of time to receive your item if it's a gift, especially if ordering around the holidays.
