Good News: The service was great. They shipped my order faster than they had quoted and it arrived 2 days faster than expected. The quality of both tee shirts are excellent.
Bad News: The only problem was that the printing on the Eat Sleep Ski shirt was done poorly. It just wasn't as crisp and clean and seemed to bleed beyond the edges, compared to the Snow Skiing Shirt I got. The Black color dye used for printing appeared to be mottled or blotchy.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure when choosing the color you want, to base your selection on the models that pop up with the item being worn. DO NOT order by the color on the swatch boards, some of the color swatches are considerable different from the actual product.

Your search engine when looking for poster prints is a hit or miss when trying to find a specific print. When I received my "Love on the Beach" poster, the writing look completely fake, nothing like it did on your website. Not putting that one up on my wall.

I recently ordered items for my daughter's wedding. I paid extra for special shipping. Not only did they NOzT ship them on time it cost me an extra $1200 to get everything printed on an emergency basis. It was a simple request, they had plenty of time, and they completely fell on their face. Do not use this company if you need a quick turnaround!

Zazzle's terms and conditions are not consumer-minded. Be aware: The terms indicate that any changes to any part of your order must be made within ONE hour of making the order. Shipping cost is extremely HIGH and you only know what it is at the very end, after you've spent enough time on a product that you feel invested enough. Shipping timelines which they've posted as a guide are unhelpful. It was difficult to find a way to contact a member of customer service team and then the information received was incorrect.

Creating the invitations was a fairly simple process. And I'm sure they'll turn out beautiful. But it is upsetting as a bride on a budget to just have placed a $140 order and receive a 60% coupon just hours later.

Ordered "Alarm" stickers for grandson, that lives out of my state, with Peanut and Egg allergies. Order arrived within 10 days and his mother (my daughter) said they were helpful and great to have on hand for labeling his clothes or food items for day care.

I ordered 5 decorative couch pillows from Zazzle. First of all, it took approximately three weeks to receive them. Secondly, the materials they were made of were of poor quality, especially for the price I paid. I returned them three weeks ago and they deny ever receiving the shipment. I forwarded them the proof of delivery back to them only to have them completely ignore my email. And still no credit. I am going to contest the charge on my credit card and let Zazzle deal with that one.

Very disappointed in the actual amount of coffee this travel mug I purchased holds. Picked it out of a line up without customizing it and final purchase was over 50.00 with tax, shipping and handling. Travel mug is more suited for a kid than an adult.

I am very happy with Zazzle and will be using this site again. I ordered some birthday invites, and I love how I got to customize it and it was a good price. The cards came out even better than I could have thought, and arrived a week early!
When I looked up “birthday invites” on Google one of the cards from Zazzle came up and I thought it was gorgeous, so I started looking into what else they had.

The invitations themselves were perfect. I had an issue with delivery. I had pay extra for the invitation to be delivered by a certain date and did not receive them in time it took 4 more days to get it which was the original delivery date without paying extra.

After reading the reviews, I am nervous that my order won't be here on time. I never ordered from Zazzle but it seemed to be a good place to purchase. I ordered on June 13th and the estimated delivery is on July 14. I was hoping to get it a day or 2 before July 13 and thats why I paid for premium shipping. As of now, I haven't had any issues. We will see if I receive my order on time. I'll be back with an update.

Ordered a 1st Mother's Day card for my daughter, arrived promptly, exactly as ordered, packaged extremely well, couldn't be happier! I'm sure this will be a card that is treasured for many years to come! Highly recommend Zazzle for greeting cards, personalized makes them so special!

All the printed cards I got were dirty when they arrived. It looked like they had printer roller marks on them. Fortunately, the cards are in glossy paper. We were able to wipe away the marks with a damp cloth.

I ordered personalized recipe cards to insert in bridal shower invitations and was very pleased with the quality of the product. They were exactly as shown on the website. The paper quality and design were very nice. I was, however, disappointed with how long they took to arrive. They estimated the delivery date to be Tuesday and they arrived Saturday. I wanted them mailed out for the shower before the holiday weekend. I was happy with the product itself and would order again from this company.

I ordered a personalized iPhone 11 case.
It does not fit an iPhone 11. They told me to donate it and they would give me a partial credit.
I would never trust them again. I spent 42.74. They offered a credit of 34.06. So charged me 8.68 for shipping that is not credited. Beware.

As a writer and and a graphic artist, I chose Zazzle as my source for seeing characters from my books come to life in merchandise. The quality of the products are excellent. The printing is great and color accurate. Creating The Pires shop on Zazzle http://www.zazzle.com/thepiresshop?rf=************** was easy. They also provide terrific ways to market products to all the Pires fans.

My mother wanted to buy business cards for me as a graduation gift.
She looked up a few places and chose zazzle because she like their templates better.
She entered the information, i proof read it, and we sent in the order. Over a week later she got a box with the cards in it, but these cards were not like the proof i approved of. About half of my name and title were cut off. It was such an obvious mistake i was surprised they would even approve of sending it out as their own product. My mother said she would contact them and take care of it. A week later i found out that she had called them 3 times over that week, was blown off the first two times and the third time was informed that it was our fault the template was off. Having corrected and proofread the templates myself I know our order was correct. Apparently their 100% guarantee only applies if they feel generous. As to the treatment of my mother as their client, I find their lack of professional courtesy to be appalling.
