Paid priority shipping for an item that took 9 days to arrive. It would have been later had I not reached out to customer service after 5 days. I was told that prints were not completed but would be shipped ASAP. After 4 more days, one of the prints was cropped with the top portion missing. I reached out to customer service yet again with complaint. I have been fighting with "Michael, customer service hero" for 3 days. So far I have been advised this is my fault with him going so far as to fraudulently edit the image to claim it was what I ordered. I asked for a new, complete image and a refund of the priority shipping charge since the shipping speed and product were not delivered as promised. They have refused to admit the error let alone make things right. This service is a scam.

I ordered something during the pandemic and it took longer than expected. Customer service was so wonderful and prompt. Even though my order took longer than usual I will always use this company because of their amazing personal customer assistance! Thank you for the beautiful shirts commemorating my recently deceased father! They're perfert!

I was making my wedding bridesmaid proposals and clearly talked to 3 agents about the production of items also got a email stating that the order would be rushed and delivered by a certain day and the day before the item was to be shipped I receive an email stating that the order was not made and could not be made. So thanksgiving is 2 days away and I have nothing to give to them my wedding proposals are ruined what good is customer service if all of it is a lie. Do not believe in the product that they say can make and also the delivery time and do not pay extra for the black membership when that don't help nothing but giving them money. Don't do it

I ordered a custom jar and they printed it with a typo, the jar was a small cheap jar and cork did not fit well. They would not send me a "correctly spelled" jar unless I paid again for shipping (another $6). Terrible quality and terrible service... Shop elsewhere!

While the product management aspect of the site is a little on the user un-friendly side, the design aspect is easy and, for the most part, intuitive. Overall, the site could use a more organized and simpler interface with regards to existing product management. That being said, once you have muddled your way to a finished product, they always turn out looking great!

Very disappointing.
It seems customer service is a lost art at Zazzle. When placing an order yesterday, I selected 2-day shipping. I didn't need express shipping service, but I thought it was covered under my free trial of Zazzle Black. Surprise! A Zazzle Black upgrade did not appear in my cart, but I was subsequently billed for it because I selected "FREE premium shipping with Zazzle Black" as my shipping option. Zazzle refused to refund my membership fee of 39.95 when I called about the issue. I then wrote about my experience on the Zazzle Facebook page and it was deleted! Shoddy company trying to hide their poor service.

Discussed wanting to get autism ID cards and started searching online to find one I liked. I found one on Zazzle that I personally liked and had it customized and my dad ordered them. I have em now and I'm satisfied with it. (Blurred photo of myself and last name on the photo of the card for privacy reasons)

This is one of those sites that when you buy something, you get trapped into a renewing yearly membership. They started taking money out of my paypal account without my knowledge, but saying I signed up for a membership... which I did not (to my knowledge)!

Zazzle has not put the money in my account I am owed. After I have notified them of not receiving a check a couple of times they have done nothing so far to rectify the situation. I am owed my money you can't just leave the problem unsolved. Creators only make a couple of cents from each product. Not professional at all and very disappointing!

I have designed products primarily as gifts, or for myself, and Zazzle makes the process easy and fun. It's so cool uploading your own design and then in a few days (they usually have a very fast turnaround), opening the product which has been delivered to my door. I never even have to leave the house to create or buy a product. The anticipation of seeing it when it arrives, having moved from inspiration, to design, to creation, to reception, makes me feel like a kid at Christmas. I can't wait to see how something I designed myself, turned out. Zazzle's customer service is awesome and if something doesn't turn out right, they are quick to make it right. The quality and durability of all the products I have designed and received has been excellent, and I couldn't be more impressed. I love this company!

I basically just have to say the same thing as many people here! I ordered tshirts for my 1yr old daughter and my husband for
Christmas on 12/10. My email says expected to arrive 12/16. Now we are 3 days past Christmas, and it says it's still being made! I had to just show my husband a picture of what I ordered on Christmas morning, and now hope it arrives soon.
I ordered from zazzle a few years ago and had a great experience. I'm very disappointed with how this one has gone though. Hope the company figures out what went wrong to have so many disappointed customers.

So far, this has been a great experience and the possibilities of customization are endless. Zazzle makes it easy for implementing any design onto the product with guides and real time image mock-ups on the product you're hoping to place the image on.

I ordered T-shirts for my granddaughter, one ran a little small and they replaced it immediately. The specialized t-shirts look AWESOME! I can only recommend this company and you will find items that you can not find anywhere else. They also have the best customer service!

We absolutely love our invitations and RSVP cards. They came very quick and the quality is great. The only complaint I would have is that their isn't a place to put your parent's names (i. E. if your parents are paying a lot for the wedding and the invitation can sometimes be worded as if they are inviting you). Other than that, we LOVE them.

Very disappointed on how long it took to get this item. The pictures on the pillows look blurry It looks cheap. The size was very disappointing. Total disappointment all around. The only reason why I kept it was because I did not want to go through the frustration and waiting to be able to get my money back for as long as I had to wait to get the item. I was lucky that I have a Florida Room and was able to use I'm on my patio furniture this was purchased for a living Room.

A detail on the sweatshirt I ordered was blurred. Zazzle quickly sent me another which was acceptable, but not perfect. I thought the service was great. My concern was resolved via chat and I was not charged for the blurred shirt and can donate it to the homeless. I will be browsing the neat stuff they offer when I finally clean up the Christmas clutter.

Such a cool website for original and funny presents. Personally I think they charge more than their quality but still I love their products. The only disadvantage is that they have too many products. If you are looking for a t-shirt you have thousands of options.

It was easy to customize the invitations and I would like to have additional font choices to highlight most important areas. The paper and resolution choices were excellent. I recommend that the finished product be sent in a box. Some envelopes arrived crumpled.
Price was excellent and the designs were very cute.
