I was very pleased with my experience. Found some really cute invitations with my daughter's theme. They were easy to personalize, and I got them sooner than expected.

Gave one star because no stars was not available! I am beyond disappointed with Zazzle. I ordered a product during their Black Friday sale with a guarantee that it would arrive before December 6th, which was crucial for an event I planned. Today, when I followed up, I was told the item isn't even going to be ready until well past Friday. This delay has completely ruined the event I needed it for, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
Zazzle's Black Friday promotions seem to be nothing more than a cash grab. They sold me on a promise they clearly couldn't deliver on, prioritizing their profits over their ability to meet customer expectations. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. If they knew they couldn't fulfill the orders on time, they shouldn't have offered the guarantee in the first place.
I will think twice before ever ordering from Zazzle again. Their corporate greed and complete disregard for their customers have turned what should have been a positive experience into a logistical nightmare. Their solution to me was "yeah, nothing we can do other than cancel the order" Save yourself the headache and find a reputable source.

Shipped faster than anticipated. I wanted to do the envelope addressing and shipping but was unable figure our how to do it from ios Contacts app.

Ordered. Came very quickly and looks excellent! Only complaint is that the envelopes have residual ink on them as if they didn't let the cards dry 100% before packaging. Luckily I'm not that picky lol got to send them out in a rush.

I had numerous post cards made with different designs. The ordering process was easy and I received them quickly. I love the quality of the cards and how clear and colorful the images are.

My order was great, it delivered faster than I expected it, but I was short ten envelopes. I paid extra for expedited shipping, so my order was right at $ 70.00 for 25 invitations. It's kind of a bummer I have to go find and buy envelopes for the rest.
