Poor delivery time. Give yourself at least a month to receive your iten. I ordered on May 27 it's June 14 still nothing and the order history says it still hasn't shipped. Not happy.

This has become a very pathetic company!

Out of the last 7 orders I have made with them 4 of them have been completely messed up!

•A Neck Tie ordered... Did not even start printing it until I called 5 days after my order to find out the status, took another four days to get to me

•A poster print I had design EXACTLY how I wanted it, but they cancelled the order because I had a white boarder on the print. After calling them and getting to finally understand that is what I wanted they said they would print it... Which they did but them sent me a notice again saying it was cancelled!?... the artwork was by then several days late for the intended purpose. Order#**************052

•Timber Wolf Mouse Pad. Received it on time only to open it and find out that it was BURNT and the rubber pad torn and then print coming off! Order # **************764

• Grizzly Bear Mouse Pad. Again received it on time but... Wrong art work... not even my art! Completely wrong mouse pad! Order: **************950

I am afraid to send anybody to Zazzle with this kind of incompetence!

Customer service is a JOKE! If you e-mail them you get a robo Pre-designed reply that basically says nothing for an answer to your question... If you talk with them you get the general "I'll let my Manager know".

This used to be a great site in every way but lately, caused many problems for me with getting my art sent to the people it is for.

Very very disappointed in that. In todays world that's crazy.

I have been a customer of Zazzle for 8 years but didn't order for a couple years. This year they completely messed up my card order and when I asked for a replacement was told it would be longer processing time since it was a replacement. When I asked why I would have to wait longer then new orders (24 hour processing time) the agent offered to give expedited shipping. I asked to talk with her supervisor and once I spoke with her, she gave us next day shipping and told me she would personally ensure that the order was processed within the 24 hours if not sooner. That was on Wednesday evening. I assumed I would receive the cards no later than Saturday. But instead when I sent an email to the support team on Saturday morning checking the order status, received a response saying it wasn't finished in production. So almost 72 hours later my card hasn't even shipped. If it ships on Monday and they honor there free next day shipping, I can try to hurry and write out all the cards and get them in the mail by Wednesday one week before Christmas. Hopefully all that happens and people actually receive their cards? SO disappointed in there service! The quality of their work has always been great, hoping the remake is correct! If they are under new management and continue on this path, I do not see them staying in business.

I have ordered from them before and the product was good. This time I encountered an issue and had to talk to them via their support email. Either English is a second language, or they just don't care to take time to solve problems. I was never able to understand some issue they had with my order and some of their responses seemed canned and not even responsive to my questions. When I told them I did not understand the instruction, they sent the instruction again. I still don't know whether my order issue is resolved or not. But they say they are making it now. I have always said judge me not by whether we have a problem, but how I resolve problems. On this measure they fail miserably.

Followup- After this review I was contacted by Zazzle. It did not start out well with the person who responded, in my opinion not spending time to determine what I was upset about, and instead reiterating a prior response by customer service. However the agent was persistent and we did come to what I think was a satisfactory conclusion. I am not adjusting my rating because you should not have to go to the extreme of a bad review to get a good response to a problem.

I ordered some personal visiting cards from Zazzle, and they arrived quickly and correctly, and well made. BUT when they arrived they came by UPS delivery and i was required to pay import duty. The cost of the cards, including shipping, was £29.89 and the import duty demanded on delivery was £19.29. On this basis, it was an expensive purchase! Next time, I will take care to buy from a British business...

I AM GLAD TO SAY THAT IMMEDIATELY AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW ZAZZLE CONTACTED ME AND SAID AN ERROR HAD BEEN COMMITTED BY UPS IN CHARGING IMPORT DUTY, SINCE I HAD BOUGHT FROM A UK WEB ADDRESS. ZAZZLE HAVE NOW REFUNDED THE MONEY AND I APPRECIATE THEIR STRAIGHT
DEALING.

I appreciated the vast templates you can edit and the easy editing tools they give you to fully customize your invitations etc. Which is what made me gravitate towards the site for my wedding invitations. I ordered a few invitations of the design to see how I liked the quality before purchasing over $100 worth of invitations and I'm glad I did. The cards were pricey as is at $3 per card. With additional fees up to $2 per card if you wanted to change the material. I didn't choose to upgrade the material since $3 per card was expensive as is. I got the invitations in and they were TERRIBLE. The invitations came bent and the edges were nicked with nothing to protect the shape. The default paper used was super thin and flimsy. And the printing quality was inconsistent. One of the invitations came with a white line across the back of the card. I later found out you can pay ANOTHER additional fee of. 35 per card just so they can print it in a higher quality. It feels like they purposely mess with the quality just so you can pay even more for an already expensive card. I've honestly had way better prints at Vistaprint and office depot for almost half of the price. The cards are too expensive for how poor of a quality they are. Don't waste your money here.

Good products, interesting products; UNFORTUNATELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't believe they actually have a call center. It's a pre-recorded message that leaves you waiting indefinitely. Noone replies to emails. And yet, their web site states they will not accept returns after 30 days without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST. WTF. I currently have one pending shipment and another shipment I'd like to return because it is below the standard of what I thought I was ordering. How is it possible to return merchandise if noone answers emails, answers the phone, and the email via the web site clearly generates no confirmation? Will not order from Zazzle and will file a complaint with the BBB.

Tip for consumers:
After posting this review, Zazzle promptly contacted me by phone and issued a refund for one of the items and provided a shipping status on another. It's unfortunate it took a terrible review for that to happen but I am grateful and pleased with the outcome. They sell cool things; just need better methods of communication with customers.

Extremely disappointed with my most recent Zazzle order. Ordered two framed posters on 12/12/14 - they arrived on 12/19 rolled up in a tube, not framed as I had ordered. Spoke with a very nice customer service representative named Kathy who ordered an entire replacement. The replacement order arrived on 12/24 and although they were framed this time, one of the prints the glass was broken during shipment. I was surprised to see that no bubble wrap was used, just the frame in a box wrapped in a piece of plastic so no surprise that it was broken. After a couple email attempts to *******@zazzle.com with no response I finally called to discover that they were closed over Christmas break. I found another way to create a Case # on the website and described the broken glass with an attached picture. I finally received an email indicating that a package had been queued for shipment. Yesterday, (1/5/15) I received my 2nd replacement order and it is another rolled up poster, NOT framed as I had originally ordered back on 12/12/14. I now have 3 posters, none of which are usable unless I go pay for them to be framed by someone else. I called today to get a refund - I'm tired of waiting for what I originally ordered and having to make phone calls to try and get it right. Very disappointing as I was really looking forward to hanging this print in my new remodeled bathroom. Also disappointing as all of my previous orders with Zazzle have been very good experiences which is why I gave 2 stars. Not sure why they could not get this one right.

I purchased 50 baby shower invitations and paid almost $100. The invitations are very small and the paper they are printed on is definitely not worth $100. I will not order from this company again

The printing on the napkins has ink that was supposed to be black, but you can see the purple hint on the edges. Some of the napkins are off center. The napkins themselves are not soft or nice.

I ordered on the 18th... a Tuesday-- tee-shirt not put in envelope until Saturday-22nd-- Then NOT picked up until to be mailed until 24th-Monday-- Arrived, 28th, one day AFTER their given span of days--No Holidays--just incompetence and poor systems. 10days to finish one order. Not acceptable in 2017.

Another item (I ordered two items) arrived on the 22nd (after an email said it had arrived on the 21st).--Bill of lading said TEE-shirt was in that order.

I received many conflicting emails... even the bill of lading in each mailing was incorrect.

Their system is screwy-- I'll stick with other online companies, like Wayfair-- that are "WAY Fair" and Amazon (they deliver quickly and I'm not even a PRIME member).

I notified Zazzle about these issues-- poor customer response/reply
NEVER AGAIN for me. Try at your own peril.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, I was tracking order, excited about it coming by 11th of July because I needed it for a gift, Imagine my dismay at finding out on July 11th that not only was it NOT delivered, I was informed it was still being made! I gave the company to the 14th to get it out to me or I will cancel the order, time will tell... If the cancellation process isn't timely, I will have nothing good to say about the company except for the fact they offer unique items, unfortunately unique items do me no good if they aren't made and delivered

They obviously do not read messages that are sent to them. I want my money back, because your company has failed to do as It said it was going to do. I. e. Sending me the correct things, in a timely matter(not 5 weeks when you pay for express) and for your customer service to ACCTUALLY READ THE EMAILS THAT ARE SENT TO THEM!
I thought the first time I ordered it was beginner's challenges, but after the 2nd, and final time I'm refusing to shop again with them. I just want my money back, and wish I could have had my guests enjoy what I was hoping to be the prettiest of invites for my shower. But instead I had to buy from another company, for twice the amount, and I'm now out what I paid from zazzle, not the stress I need before my wedding!

The website itself is great. My customer service hero Leonard was awesome and did the best he could to help me the 2 times my order was cancelled. Once for a design thought to be infringing on copyrights and another because the same desing wouldn't work for embroidering. Awful policy not to just place order on hold and call customer to discuss problems. Wasted SOOO much time recreating items for replacing orders.

Sweatshirt printing great on 1 of 3 items, other 2 very askew. In process of sending pictures to Zazzle. Not sure yet how this will be handled. Fingers crossed I have Leonard again to help me out. Could only give 1 instead of all 3 as gift.

Because of such a hassle I've had (more than any other ordering experience, online or through phone/catalogs) I wouldn't recommend zazzle to anyone. Its a shame since I originally was telling all of my family/friends about it. Would hate to have them go through the same time wasting ordering process as I have, AND get a crappy printing job, and blame me directly.

Where is my order?
ORDER DATE= April 23,2020 MORE THAN A MONTH= STILL DON'T HAVE ORDER: Not even shipped!
My order that I placed OVER A MONTH AGO on APRIL 23rd. It was supposed to be delivered to me at the latest on May 20th. AS OF TODAY, more than a month after placing my order, THE ORDER STATUS still SHOWS that Zazzle is MAKING my order! My order hasn't even shipped yet!
Your company continues to sell products but is unable to honor the orders already placed by people.
I believe this company a scam & I am ready to contact authorities and business bureaus.

I am disappointed & want this problem to be fixed? I anticipate a response with a solution.

The last time I ordered something from Zazzle it was four months ago and close to Christmas. While I was happy with the products received, I just don't have a regular need for Zazzle products. It is now four months later, and I just noticed a charge for $19.99 on my credit card so I called customer service, it turns out there is some sort of membership charge that kicked-in that guarantees free shipping on product orders. I'm not sure whether this is a box I just didn't uncheck during my order, as the customer service agent wasn't clear, but what I do know for sure is I did not order the service by intention so I asked to cancel it and the answer is "no it is a nonrefundable charge" All that they were able to do is eliminate the reoccurring charge on an annual basis. I won't order from
Zazzle again as there are many competitors I can order from. I don't like feeling tricked in to a membership. So one star for customer service and I bumped it up to two because I do think they have a nice selection of products.
