I always have a great experience with Zazzle. Great templates, quality printing, and quit turnaround time. I've used them every year for my daughters birthday invitations, and with my son's first birthday right around the corner I'll use Zazzle for his invites too!

I am a HUGE internet shopper, and Zazzle was the BEST place for me to find all of the posters I needed for our up and coming religious education classes. They were packaged very professionally, and shipped and received in less than 4 days! Very satisfied customer! I will be back!

I ordered a t-shirt on Dec. 1 for a holiday gift and it still has not arrived even though the order history says it has been shipped. I have dialed their customer service for three days and never got through. I managed to get get past the *sorry we're unable to answer* only to be placed on hold for 45 mins! Nobody ever answered my call. I will NEVER do business with them again and i have no idea where the t-short is and how it was even shipped.

This is the third time I've gone to Zazzle to create unique art pieces using my photos. The templates are easy to use and the designs very diverse. A great way yo creatw one of a kind pieces.

I paid for express shipping, was promised my items on Friday or Saturday, didn't get them until Tuesday. If you are in a hurry don't trust the "express" shipping. When I called to tell them I didn't get my items on the promised date and that I would like the express part of the shipping refunded, they told me the promised dates are only a suggestion. Definitely won't order from this company again.

Would have given a 5 star, however there was a misspelled word on the invitations. I actually corrected it before ordering, but apparently it did not save the corrections. Paid the $69.30 extra to get them shipped faster, therefore there was no time to have them reprinted. The correction showed on the sample pic as I was building and changed it, however it apparently didn't save it. Did not contact customer service as I knew they would most likely tell me it was my error, nor did I have time to wait for more to be printed and arrive.

Good editing tools to personalize a card. Card cost was very reasonable. Shipping was really expensive. The best deal is to buy an annual membership for $9.95 for unlimited standard shipping.
Product received quickly, but folded crookedly. Think I can fix this by trimmig the edge, but just surprising.

I just received my fathers day cards that I ordered for my husband and son and I am totally in love with my cards. I will be using Zazzle for all of my special moments. Quality of the cards was excellent. Good job Zazzle thank you for making their fathers day that much more special.

The invitation themselves were beautiful, however my package was delivered dented and one side had a huge rip in it. This order was over $500 and i am ver disappointed on how it shipped. I would've contacted costumer support if I had known who to email about this issue.

Don't order from Zazzles! 3-4 days for a customer service rep to email you back?! Over 40 minute wait on the phone to find a card that's sitting in a state I don't live in that was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago! It's my child's father's first Father's Day & I ordered the card in advance to make Father's Day of which obviously it won't be here! No update on the tracking either, should've listened to the comments on Facebook. This is a scamming company!

I ordered Christmas cards from this company well ahead of time and now my cards will be arriving late. First, Zazzle canceled my order for no reason and with no notice. The only way I found out was wondering where my order was, going to their site and finding out it was canceled. So then they reinstated the order, which they then proceeded to send late. When it arrived, the cards had no envelopes. What kind of company sends cards that are specifically for the holiday with no envelopes?!? That is ridiculous. So now I have to order envelopes from Amazon in order to be able to address and send cards, which will now arrive AFTER the holiday, thanks to Zazzle. This is almost a month of dealing with them.
So if you want your order in a timely manner (for example, in less than a month), look to Snapfish or Vistaprint or some other company that actually knows what they're doing.
Tip for consumers:
I also ordered a T-shirt from this company and after one wash and hanging it to dry the logo is already cracking. Terrible quality for a high price.

Placed an order for multiple luggage tags as christmas office gifts... one of the tags came in with the wrong address on the back (not the one I placed on my template)
I have tried calling,, on hold for 30 minutes, 2nd time 40 minutes. Still no one picked up

I feel like once they have your money, they don't care about fixing their mistake

"This was the WORST service I have received in a very long time. I spent hours trying to make a photo to canvas print as a Christmas gift for a friend and even paid extra to guarantee that the order would arrive before Christmas. I was relieved once the order was processed and happy with the outcome. After more than a day I received an order cancellation email with no explanation. After sending two emails inquiring about the reasons for the cancellation with no response, I spent another couple of hours making another one with a different picture thinking that was the problem. Again, a day later and once I think the order has already shipped, I get an order cancellation email. I called and tried to talk to a rep, I was on hold for about a half hour before finally talking to someone who then told me he had no idea why my order was cancelled and suggested I email the customer service people, which I'd already done twice with no response! I will NEVER shop here again!"

I can't thank you enough. What you did was amazing and very generous. The reason this has such a paramount impact on me and my family is that I originally wanted to purchase three of the black ginger's unite t's. However, due to my finances at this time, I was only able to purchase two. I sent the response email back to you with the new size requested to speed up the process of getting the size I realized I needed for my one child. My intentions were to wait for your reply and send the wrong sized t-shirt back. That is just how customer service works!

I wanted to make a custom mug for my Father-in-law for Father's Day and I checked out all sorts of different sites but decided that Zazzle was the best price, best quality, and allowed me to have a lot of creative freedom when it came to arranging my pictures on the mug in the way that I wanted them arranged. All other sites have these rigid templates that you have to conform to and it was not working for me and I did not want to alter my vision. Zazzle was perfect! Also, the mug came a lot quicker than I was quoted when I placed my order, which is always great! I will definitely buy from them again!

First I ordered 2 t-shirts with medium size, they arrived a little bit late because of religious holiday so that was not on their end. Anyway, medium didn't fit me, it was too big so I said I want to replace it for the small ones. They waived and sent me replacement products but they sent it medium again. Now, I contacted with them and they will be sending the small ones, I will wait for them.
The policy is solution-based which what matters to get the job done. And the support team is really competent, which I am really happy about.
I also wanted to cancel my other order and they did it quickly as well.
Only thing left is to receive small ones and start wearing them :)

My t-shirt came out exactly how I had intended, I did get a warning that my text of one of my pictures I had would probably be blurry because I used a picture too small and blew it up, it came out exactly how I figured it would when you blow up a pixelated image! No complaints whatsoever, beautiful shirt and my customers love the rough draft ;)

Very impressed with the quality of the business cards, and the ease of designing and ordering them. Plenty of sample templates to choose from for design ideas and shipping was prompt and on schedule as promised.
Great! Definitely unlike any other customer service experience I have had. The lady who handled my call was terrific, answered my questions, and took care of my two issues. Her pleasant attitude and beautiful British accent made the experience actually enjoyable. Also, I did not have to navigate through endless prompts followed by being on hold for an eternity before I was able to speak with someone.
I chose zazzle because of the ease of designing the business cards. I came back to zazle because of the quality of the cards, the price, and the prompt customer service.

Ive been a loyal Zazzle customer. On Dec 5th i placed an order for a clock only to find out weeks later that the order had been cancelled. When I contacted customer service i was told that there were proprietary issues with some of the images. I asked which images and i was told she was not sure. I asked for technical assistance to help identify the problem images and that never happened. Im not sure what has happened to this company, however they are no longer customer friendly. I would caution anyone from using this site until their customer service practices are revamped.

Ask before ordering t shirts. The ones I ordered came from Honduras, were thin, cheap and wrinkled when they arrived. I paid over $25.00 for each of the two shirts I ordered for gifts and they look like they are worth about $2.00-$3.00. They are embarrassing, and not worth the money I paid... and I NEVER pay that much for shirts, but they did have cute designs appropriate for the people I was giving them too. Never again will I purchase a t shirt from there without knowing it is a quality, name brand shirt.

Zazzle doesn't deserve the one star I gave them. I've been waiting 5 days to receive a "return merchandise authorization". Our order was supposed to be delivered well prior to Christmas. They have no real customer service. They take 3 days to respond via email. They show no concern about the poor service. I was shocked at the lack of customer concern over what should be their busiest month. Highly recommend not to use this site.
