Spoke to Kathy, explained my situation with regards to an emailed received about order made last night being on hold. Kathy looked into the matter, spoke to whomever she needed to In her end and brought resolve to the issue confirmation information Id provided was received and correct in their system. Basically I created a logo for a hat, it was returned unable to be printed with issues, I called spoke directly with CSR about issues, corrected the issues, resubmitted, and it was rejected again. I sent a email back asking how this could be, and received a response that my order is now being processed. When I looked online it says my order was still cancelled, and when asking customer service about the order they have not responded.
Update - apparently this company cannot communicate internally. The order was cancelled but just didn't let the other person "confirming" my order know. So my suggestion is order at your own risk,

Zazzle typed the wrong shipping address and got stuck at FedEx since 4/19 and I still can't retrieve it. They sent a replacement order 4/23 and promised me it would be a Saturday delivery. I just tracked it and they sent it for next business day UPS arriving on Monday. I paid extra shipping to have it delivered for 4/19/21. It was a stressful week with Zazzle and now I had to use Staples to print out invitations. Horrible customer service and Zazzle did not care. They put me to tears and high blood pressure. Buyers be aware. Do not believe what Zazzle tells you. I only wish the Robert Beaver will read this post and is aware on how how is company is running.

Do not believe Zazzle what they tell you. All lies.

The color was lighter than presented online and the gold lettering was blotchy with white showing through. Not sure if this was intentional to try and make it look glittery but the result looks like the printer was running out of ink. Paper quality was good hence the 2 star revoew vs 1 star. In addition the delivery date was later than promised. Unfortunately I do not have time to return them and reorder so I used them.

I might be somewhat skeptical after ordering and never receiving the 3 dog T-shirts I paid for. I never heard a thing back from this company after they took my 70.00 and never gave me a product. The customer service line I called is nothing more than a answering machine and a dead line. This is really a bad scam Zazzle as I will never order again. I don't know what you wanted my 70.00 for, but I hope you spend the money you stole from me on something fun.

I had originally written a review expressing my frustration when I placed an order on December 5 expecting processing within 2-3 business days, and it was delayed and wouldn't arrive by Christmas. I was unable to get in touch with anyone to confirm the delay or cancel my order despite numerous attempts, and later wrote another e-mail asking to just cancel my order.
Within 12 hours of writing the second e-mail asking to cancel my order, Zazzle responded and provided full customer service that exceeded my expectations. While I'm disappointed to not receive my order by Christmas, I appreciated Zazzle making the best of a bad situation. Based on my experience, they have made a repeat customer and I would certainly order again.

I placed an order nearly a month ago (8/27) for two embroidered sweaters I was given a delivery estimate for two weeks later (9/15). That week I received nothing, and as I urgently need these for a project deadline I called customer service. Wait time was long but eventually talked to someone who helped to bump up my shipping to express, so it could be delivered that weekend. Helpful, but a week later, still nothing. My estimate time has been completely erased and I have no way of seeing progress it seems to be stuck in the "production" stage, as it has been for about a month. I was told my order would be prioritized and monitored to be shipped out in a timely manner it is extremely unprofessional for a large company to be so far off the estimated delivery time, without reason, no matter how busy. I will be requesting a refund if I don't hear back or receive my order soon. Do NOT order from this company!

We received our beautiful seating chart just in time! It was exactly as pictured, perhaps brighter and more beautiful! We rush ordered this custom design and had it within 48 hours of our wedding — a huge save when our initial seating chart plan fell through. I saw a shirt that I wanted and ordered it. It got here in less than a week. That simple. There were several color choices and a wide range of sizes. The fabric is super-soft and comfortable, and it stands up to my washing machine well. What more could I ask?

I ordered a commemorative 25th anniversary snowflake ornament for my daughter and son-in-law what I received was someone's commemorative marathon ornament, so now 2 people are going to be disappointed for Christmas and you can only contact them through e-mail and as yet I've no response to my e-mail. Doesn't look like I'll be gifting this ornament this Christmas. This is the first order I've ever placed with them and it will be my last. If you can't provide customer service to me, you don't need my business.

I made an item with a screenshot of a game that I play. I made a special scene in game for the perfect picture. I do not claim copyrights for this game or anything in it, however I did create the image. They sent me multiple emails once I paid for my product asking questions about it. After about two weeks of emailing back and forth, they tell me that the order cannot be done. They say they reimburse but I'm not satisfied with this site. I will never recommend anyone to use it.

Forget calling them on the phone - they don't answer and don't allow you to wait in queue. Horrible customer service

Ouch! Low Quality! There's a lot of lip service paid to how much quality control they have. But if that's true how did my t-shirt - that had some of the printing messed up - get ok'd by their quality control people? Just seems like if the printing doesn't work on part of the shirt that they would see it. If they are looking...
If you do a custom job be careful about which graphic you use. Their design software can be deceiving. The pic that I used (a contrasty drawing) looked the same as the words on their design website. But on the t-shirt it came out much lighter than the wording. I wouldn't buy from them again...

The product was processed, shipped, and received within a week. Everything exceeded my expectations from ease of personalizing the product and modifying it to my specifications. It came beautifully printed and was packaged to ensure the products were not damaged. We will be ordering our invitations today in the same style.

I recently received my wedding sign for our wedding ceremony in August. The sign was a beautiful water color painting of a sailboat. It was exactly what I expected from viewing this item online. Zazzle packaged this item nicely and delivered this to me right on time for our special day.
I chose Zazzle because it was recommended by a friend who had purchased a few items from the company and was satisfied with their service.

I've used Zazzle several times for business cards. They are fast, cheap and the quality is good. No problems at all with them. They can do it because of the upsell system. You have to say "No" about 20 times to suggestions before you finish your order. Some suggestions are tempting and I'm sure they have a high upsell rate. That being said it's worth the little aggravation when you just want cards to get a good product at a good price.

I made a purchase in May 2018 and didn't realize but signed up for an annual membership of $9.95. Noticed the two charges, one in June 2018 and recently again in June 2019, and called. They refunded the current charged (as a curtesy), as it has is still processing, but would not refund me the previous charge. No refund policy. Told me to call my bank.
