I ordered a bumper sticker on July 25th and have been in touch with customer service numerous times as I still have not received it and have not receive any updates regarding my order status. As of today my order still has not been processed and Zazzle can't provide an actual date of completion. Based on this, I cancelled my order. Only wish they invested as much energy in producing items as they do sending me promotional emails. Too much competition for them to survive if this is how they operate.

I ordered a custom photo iPhone cover for a friend and was able to see just exactly what the product would look like. The ordering was fast and easy and results were absolutely amazing. The processing of the order was quick and all we had to wait on was the shipping (which was longer because of Christmas holiday). Amazing results... could not be happier. Will be ordering one for myself now!

Creating my husband's business cards was fun and easy. The price was very reasonable. We received his business cards sooner than expected and the results were incredible! I'll be ordering more products from Zazzle again soon!

Paid over £11 for the 2-4 business day delivery (the website is a. co.uk address implying I should be fine to order with this option and receive in the allotted time)
After complaining to multiple people I'm met with sarcasm and a brush off. It's laughable.
To say that it's clear' this is 2-4 business days after manufacturing, and that it will be arriving in just over a week rather than in the 2-4 day delivery I paid for - days after I needed the order for anyway - is disgusting.
Any refund or apology or partial refund... or concern at all? Nope.
Now this is being blamed on me, for not assuming this. co.uk websites delivery estimates were completely false for people within the uk.
Really poor customer service, cheers for nothing Cora.
Definitely won't be ordering again, just don't be fooled and use a reputable company instead.

I ordered two posters from them. They said they would be delivered between September 25 and 29th. When they did not arrive as promised, I checked the order and now it says 4-7 days after they are "made". Could be months or years! I ordered other posters on the same day and they have been on my wall for two weeks! Shame on you Zazzle. No integrity. A real date please.

Placed an order on 11/20 for a Dec 5th birthday, ship to CA. Order showed shipped on 11/24, and as of Dec 5th, still not arrived. Contacted Zazzle CS, was told they are not sure and offered me for a replacement. As of today (Dec 15th) I still dont know when my replacement order will ship. This is all domestic shipping.
Very disappointing and will not order from them again.
Update on Dec 23,2020: after long wait, Zazzle finally delivered the replaced item to its destination. 20 days late. But its better than not arriving at all.

I totally like the high school graduation invitations I ordered. The color is vivid. The lettering, gloss and overall personalized look of the invite is fantastic. I wish I would have known about this option for my daughter's college graduation. The cost is considerably less expensive than traditional graduation invitations that you can't uniquely personalize. I will definitely be recommending this option to others as it was suggested to me. Oh, and I utilized expedited shipping for 72hour turnaround and it arrived in 48!

I ordered a phone case on a tuesday and did not get it until two fridays later. Meanwhile, I received all of my shipments from other websites so there really isn't an excuse. The phone case looked really pretty online. When I got it the print was TERRIBLE QUALITY. You could see the pixels from printing on the case. I have emailed them twice waiting for a return number and still on hold on the phone. Never ordering from here again and never recommending.

Ordered Coasters for gifts this Christmas from Zazzle.com and was extremely disappointed in the packaging and product. The coasters came in a plastic baggie.and look like somebody die cut round shapes, stamped a design in muted colors that smeared and put them in a zip lock baggie. This is fine if I were using them myself but the product presentation did not lend itself to be given as gifts especially for the price.

I ordered custom design coaster with or logo on them The artwork I supplied with accurate and centered up. The coasters they gave me the artwork is crooked and off centered. I tried reaching out to them and No One responded to me. I will fight the charge on my credit card now.

DO NOT USE THEM! I am still waiting on my refund. I ordered custom invitations and did not receive them. They couldn't tell me how long the delay would be. I waited on hold hours only to be told my items were "in production " and there was no way to tell how long my time sensitive items would be held up. Now they are blaming my bank for the "hold" on my refund when my bank I've used for years doesn't hold funds ever. It's this company. Worst customer service and liars.

10/10! I created a personalized birthday card using Zazzle roughly five weeks before the person's birthday. To my surprise, I received the card in the mail roughly one week after I placed my order. The card will have to sit idle for four weeks, but I'm glad to have gotten it so quickly.
I paid fewer than $11 to have this personalized card shipped to my home. Regular cards sold by hallmark go for $5-7. If one wants a card that plays music, one can spend upwards of $20 on a hard. It's very cheap to make personalized cards on Zazzle. My only regret is not creating a Father's Day card to add to the order. If you ship more than one card at a time, you could end up getting multiple personalized cards for the same price as a card from CVS.
Zazzle was recommended to me by a friend as the #1 place to make inexpensive but nice personalized cards.

I, foolishly, ordered double the labels I normally want for Christmas because they were 50% off. The print used for my address on the labels was so weak I couldn't read it right up close to my face. After receiving them and deciding to ship them back I looked up their policy and there is no return on orders 40% off or more. If I had known that a discount meant watered down ink I would not have purchased any labels. Unfortunately, I doubled my order. Now, I have to purchase small labels elsewhere to cover the poor print job on these labels to still be able to use the rest of the Xmas theme of the original labels. It's really hard for me to comprehend that a company would not check the quality of their work before shipping them out.

I just received customer service from Ron with an online chat. He was amazing! My questions and Ron's response were less than 15 seconds as he was reviewing my order to assist me. My experience with Zazzle has been terrible. They held my invitations up in "review" for so long I could not use them. I called twice before they were printed and mailed and asked what in the world could take over a week to review but was forced to cancel the order. The customer service was the best part of my experience. They were all extremely nice. I cancelled the order while they were still "in review"- After I had printed them locally and after they were all mailed - I was shocked to see Zazzle had charged them to my account and mailed them! They took the charge off my account when I called a third time but what a terrible experience.
The invitations were very pretty but do not order unless you have weeks to wait.

I wanted to order personal cards with a UU Chalice logo. I called Zazzle and a very capable and friendly young man assisted me, making excellent suggestions. I felt very confidant that I would get exactly what I wanted. My cards arrived in less than a week and are perfect, just what I hoped they would be. I am very pleased with them (and the great price) and will recommend Zazzle to friends.

Ordered a framed poster. First one delivered with a large chip out of the frame which was painted over. They replaced it with one which was loaded with chips from the frame and a buckled poster inside the plastic wrap. Packaging was insufficient to say the least. After the second bad product they refused to acknowledge my complaints to customer service. This was a very bad experience and wasted a lot of brain cells and time trying to get it corrected. I would never give them another order.

My purchase finally arrived but considering it was a gift not in the time frame needed.

I ordered some keychains in our school colors which I then customized with our school name and date of reunion.
I figured when they arrived I'd go to the Dollar Tree and get some tiny drawstring gift bags to present them in.
But guess what!
Not not only did they arrive in a very timely manner, but each came in their own faux velvet drawstring bag!
Incredible.
