Certainly a good variety of card - styles, colors, sizes, etc.
We found one that goes with our wedding colors & made it ours. Adding the info was easy enough; had a little bit of tough time with editing some info. But we made do - we just added it to the back of the e-card (we could actually edit that section).
We liked the card / color selection of Zazzle. And the one we picked ended up being on sale!

They didn't like the pictures of my New York trip so they cancelled my order. Pictures were of the Empire State Building exhibit with my sister, Rockefeller Center with my sister, and Winter Garden Theater with my sister. Apparently they violated their picture code. I won't ever order or recommend this site. They are horrible.
Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else and shop. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered wedding invitations and plan to order the invitations for our reception as well. The only issue I had was finding something that fit our theme. Our colors were black and burgundy and we have a botanical/vintage kind of theme going. The price was about what I was expecting to spend. They also arrived sooner than the expected delivery date so that was a plus.
My wedding planner recommended them.

Loved the card and the return address stampers, happy I was able to customize as far as font and ink colors. Result was awesome, better than I hoped, they will be in the mail any day now.
Most importantly: delivery issue that was my fault, and Zazzle's customer service staff worked to resolve it and I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the whole process.

Unfortunately the invitations were beautiful but the print was so small most people will need a magnifying glass to read them. I would rethink getting invitations for an event from you in the future. The picture online for review was perfect but the actual size was much smaller

This was my first time using Zazzle. I found the site easy to navigate and the design interface really easy to use, especially easy to customize the label product and import a logo. Will definitely use them again. Product also shipped in less than 3 days... Very pleased.

I tried to order a t-shirt on their site to be told it included the confederate flag and was racially disallowed. The t-shirt was an anti-racist design, and on their website for sale. They now have £60 plus of my money and refuse to ship their item. Silly people. Lots of too and fro but I am out of pocket because of their incompetence.

I placed an order with them and then received an email that they were refusing to complete half of my order because they "didn't feel like it." Excuse me?! What the hell, that is literally your JOB! Horrible customer service and will spread the word of their unprofessionalism.

I customized and ordered invitations for a rehearsal dinner and was very pleased with the templates offered and the quality of the product. They arrived just as ordered and were very nice. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the order arrived a day later then I had hoped not sure if it was the mail delivery or an order problem

My daughter will be celebrating her 16th birthday and wanted a unique invitation. When she found what she wanted on Zazzle, the process from start to finish was very easy. We now have wonderful invitations to send out to our family and friends to celebrate her Sweet 16!

Ordered 9/12/16, did not receive for over a month. I initially emailed them asking for an eta, they referred me to the general postage which did not state anything about waiting over four weeks for. Following the dispatch date, 11/01/17, I did not receive until February. When I did finally receive my order, the quality poor and the sizing was ridiculously small. Not happy.

I designed thank you cards for my husbands birthday party and paid lots to get them shipped overnight, when they arrived they were all wrong, either printed or designed, either way I couldn't use them at all, I was so upset and distressed by it. I contacted Zazzle customer service for help and in less than 15 minutes they made sure the design is correct, credited my account for the original order and helped me place new order with me on the phone to ensure everything goes well. I am so pleased. So happy. Customer service like that is so rare to find and as upset as I was I am now so confident that everything will work out and my guests will be getting their thank you notes with a beautiful design on it. Thank you Zazzle and Thank you Damian from Customer Service who patiently helped and solved the problem. The experience you have with any company depends on every single person you come in contact. I was lucky enough mine was with Damian!

So far everyone I've given one to has commented on how pretty they are which is exactly my type of style of arranging things. I'm also elated about the customization process, very easy to follow. Zazzle cancelled my order saying our picture was in conflict with their content guidelines. The picture was a group shot of a family member and some other standing over a buffalo in South Dakota. There was nothing about the photo in conflict with any laws and did not display anything violent. Completely absurd!

Zazzle is terrible. I ordered a couple little pillows with an R on them on November 29 for an xmas gift. They didn't arrive till xmas eve (almost a month later), and they had Ns on them! So I had to ship a late, wrong gift. Never order from this spam site again.

I'm writing this review I sit here on hold for half an hour so far during my lunch break calling Zazzle for the 7th time. Hey, 7th time's the charm right…anyway, my mom's present has been stuck in a "processing" state for almost four weeks. A bit worrisome at this point and I hope I didn't just lose my money to a website I thought finally I'd try for the first time. I honestly don't mind receiving it so late as much as I wish there had been some communication about the delay, no promises about the 7 business day manufacturing time plus 4-7 business days shipping... or even just a response to my case request and numerous calls. Zazzle, it saddens me to say that it will take a lot for me to return or to recommend to others!

We ordered some casual party invites that we designed ourselves. It was easy to upload our design and preview it. This was one of the few sites where we had an option of a paper color other than white. (Yay, Kraft paper!) The only thing I would change would be to order fewer invites - we had to order 50, and now we have like 20 extra cards sitting around. And possibly have a different price for just one sided printing vs front/back printing.
Even though it cost more per card, they had a wider selection of paper, including the specific type I was looking for - kraft paper.

I ordered custom wrapping paper and stickers on November 15, they were shipped out the sentence day in two separate packages for some reason. The wrapping paper has arrived, but the stickers have not! I needed the items for this upcoming Friday and ordered using Standard Shipping well in advance to allow the items to get here in time. I emailed Zazzle to inquire about this situation but have not received a response or even an acknowledgment that my email was received. I normally love shopping at Zazzle but I am extremely disapointed in this circumstance. Will think twice in the future before ordering.

I needed my custom binder as soon as possible. Got an email saying the order was ready, but it was running late and would arrive today instead. No package today, so I checked the order details. Now it says it will arrive tomorrow. How many times will they change the date? Very frustrating.

Be VERY careful when ordering. I ordered an iPhone 5 case and didn't want to personalize it. I didn't notice that they had filled in the personalization box with the name "Stephen" as an example and REQUIRED that I both notice and remove this. This goes against user design principles, by the way. So of course, I received a case with Stephen on it. When I complained, they told me it was my fault for failing to clear the filled in field, and would only credit my account for the cost of the case. I got no refund on my $13.99 premium shipping--had been ordering it for Christmas.

I ordered some birthday invitations, and when they were delivered there were no envelopes. I called the company and asked if I should have received them, or if they charged extra for them. I was reassured that it was an oversight, and that they would ship the envelopes the next day on a rush basis at no charge, and sure enough, I got them 2 days later. I was shocked to read the negative reviews because my experience was very positive.

I don't understand why there are bad reviews about the customer service. They handled my problem extremely professionally and corrected the mistake in a timely manner. Yes, it was frustrating that the mistake occurred but the way they handled it was above and beyond normal customer service. And I should point out it was ME who made the mistake! I didn't take out the customized text before I ordered my item. They gave me a full refund so I could order again for free, even though I made the mistake.
