I ordered invitations, thank yous, a sign and a guest book. Ive had invites several weeks, as having so much to do... finally mailed them with everyone asking time. I neglectedto put it on. Wish theywould have said, do you want a time? Apparently they proof read nothing. Too much on my mind to even notice. Make certain YOU proof read everything. They do not.

Thank you for the quick turnaround - placed the order 6/22/22 and received it 6/29/22. Extremely pleased with the 50th wedding anniversary invitations... they are beautiful! Website was easy to use to edit the invitation as needed.
I had received a beautiful bridal shower invitation as well as a wedding invitation and asked the sender where she got the invitations.

I have tried 2 cards and they are not usable.
Order#1. The heavy duty paper is not paper at all, it is ridiculously thick cardboard. The metallic effect if not metallic at all, it is a dull gradient. The printing was crooked or the cards were not cut square. The tracking link for Ontrac shipping is a bogus UPS link.
Order#2. Second try was with normal paper and no fake metallic band. This time the colored lines were misprinted. So tried a do-over. Same UPS error, no sign of my order in my account. My ink jet printed cards at home are so much better.
1-2 spam emails every day about their specials.

Years ago I've ordered a few decals from zazzle and I was always pleased with my orders. But I decided to try them again and what a disappointment. The new decal dont stick to my laptop and I'm having a hard time getting a replacement. At this point I just want my money back, I'll order elsewhere.

Labels I ordered were just fine. The new address announcements, however, I was a bit disappointed in. Although I knew the photos on the back side would be a tad bit dark due to when they were taken, the photo on the front was much darker than I expected. I didn't reach out to Customer Service as I really needed to get them in the mail, but I would suggest that anyone else who has that problem, do so.

Tried repeatedly to cancel Zazzle Black delivery service after being offered a free 30 day trial. After calling and holding for about 15 minutes I finally got through to someone who was supposed to cancel the service; and I was sent a confirmation of cancellation. The following day I get an e-mail thanking me for joining and then charging me! By e-mail the response I get to this is that it takes 45 days to process a refund (but it only takes seconds to create a charge to you). Now I am facing 2 credit card charges and will have to block them from ever charging my card again. The credit card company "Fraud" department is also looking into this and I have disputed the charges.
Don't waste your time/money with these people as there is no customer service department and they will only placate you if there is a problem.

I paid around $100 for overnight shipping (obviously because I needed them quickly) for invitations, received 5 days later which is basically free standard shipping time. Zazzle refused to refund or credit the extra shipping cost since I paid for a specific service and did NOT receive it. Will NOT use again, do not recommend.

Would NEVER order again from this company. Worst customer service ever and NOT honest. Place an order 2 weeks ago. And suppose to receive my order within a week of when the ordered was placed. I call each day to see what is happening to my order as I need my order as I'm working on a deadline. Same story I keep hearing from them. Last which was 4 days ago its ready to be packed to ship and will ship within the next day or two. It's was past that time and when I track my order still showing in the making. Seriously what the f?!? They promised me I will have my order but they are overloaded with orders. So don't take anymore orders crazy ppl. Besides, I've emailed them and no response and you hold for 30 mins before some damm person comes onto the phone. SCREW THIS COMPANY.

I needed business cards and marketing for an event. I ordered them days in advance and paid the extra $30 to get them expedited just in case, so they would get to me in time. Now two days before the event I received an email they changed the delivery date of my order, well now they won't get here in time. Waste of money and time.

My daughters first birthday is next month and we were in dire need of getting invitations promptly so we could send them out. I was excited they offered multiple options for shipping. I paid $50 dollars for zip shipping, order was placed on March 7th, I was suppose to receive them March 10th and my package never arrived! I decide to track my package with UPS for an update...come to find out it isn't set to arrive until March 13! What an absolute waste of $50 dollars. I better be getting a refund for shipping seeing as I paid for expedited costs only to receive them in a standard time frame! Very disappointed.

I ordered Christmas photo cards on 12/3/13... its now 12/17 one week before Christmas and I still don't have my cards! The first order had my girls picture so dark you couldn't see them! The reprint came about a week later and it was for Donovan's baptism in NJ! When you call the 1-800 number you cannot get thru due to "high call volume" so the only contact is email which they have not responded in 4 days!
I will NEVER you ZAZZLE and recommend that you avoid them as well!

Originally, I had considered cancelling my zazzle account, due to the extremely long time to receive cards that I needed sooner than my poor planning provided for. Subscribing to the premium service has enabled me to order and know that I have a very good chance of receiving the lovely cards that are so much fun "designing" and personalizing. Everyone seems to love them. I'm extremely glad that I tried the premium service that has turned out to be wonderful. All of your artists that I have used to help me with my birthday wishes have made me so very happy.
I wanted an alternative to the limited offerings of Hallmark and their awful awful web site and ridiculous waiting time for things that should be in stock and deliverable within a reasonable time.
Also, I am loving the ability to see new card ideas and to be able to personalize the cards for each of my numerous nieces and nephews. I found zazzle by needing some really classy return address labels. And I love those, too. THANK YOU, ZAZZLE, for helping me to have a happy life and be able to love all of my "children" this way.

Everything turned out really good, my only feedback is tacking on 20 for shipping at the end of check out was a bummer. If we weren't pressed for time we would have done more research for a company with comparable products but cheaper shipping.
Because it was super easy to upload our invites and customize them the exact way we wanted.

Awful service. Placed an order on 04/12/11 and stll not received. There is no tracking order to find out where the package is even though delivery charges were extremely expensive. I've emailed their customer service days ago and no reply. Do not use them.
