I ordered posters for my youngest son and his interest in pirate ships and navigational maps,. My order arrived on time and was of high quality print. He was thrilled. I have used this site before and have always had good results.

I ordered a custom job for my son's wedding and the website indicated it would be delivered by 11-23. I called on 11-23 when it was not delivered and they had charged my credit card but the job was far from even going into production. I told them if it was not received by 11-25 to cancel the order. Then on 11-28, I receive an email wondering if I want my order produce since it is delayed. Really! My son's wedding was over. I sent an email saying to cancel and then they said they would refund my money. What they do not get is that if they had been honest, I would have ordered from elsewhere!

I liked the product which were small square magnets using my photos. I liked how they turned out but ordering them was labor intensive. I had to sign in each time I went to the "cart" page to order each of four different magnets and their respective quantities as well as my personal postage order.

There are so many items to choose from. The website is easy to navigate. It was nice to be able to see what the final product will look like with all of your information entered on the card. The order was quick.

Fun customizable designs were available and there was even a nice sale for Halloween! My only problem with this purchase was that the cards cost less than the shipping. To be fair, I did only get two individual cards but really $7 for shipping!

I ordered business cards from gotprint.com and they were horrible. They offer a money back guarantee but dont honor it. I decided to take a chance with zazzle and Im so impressed. I love the cards and will definitely be getting more.

Everyone loves the design! The editing tool was powerful and I love the fact that personalization was allowed before place order, so I could make sure I can edit the way I wanted. The printed invitation arrived ahead of schedule. It was a very easy and pleasant process from picking design to get printed invitations.

The design came out perfectly! I ordered the custom frosted mug for my boyfriend and it came out just as shown online. The custom lettering looks embedded in the glass instead of a cheap sticker which looks so much more high end.

I am very happy with my sisters business cards and so is she. The pearl paper is great for someone who wants to add a little shine to their cards or paper or as well that want to brighten up a color on the existing image on the cards. The customer service is great, I had called in for some help and the lady gave me great advice on how to fix the cards so they come out perfect and so they did! I will be ordering more cards and flyers soon!

The most awesome website for all your prints and emblems on just about any thing. They do the most beautiful portrait or posters way below the average prize, and they do all sizes even if you want to choose your own. You can design your own posters, t-shirts, cups, you name it. I custom designed my luggage tags. I took a picture, reduced it in size, and tiled it over the luggage tag. It looks really good. I wish you could copy the design from one side to the other. It was difficult getting the two sides to match.
The tag is very sturdy plastic and the design printing was good. It the color is good and it's very even. No light spots.
The tags have a thin leather strap. I'm withholding judgment on those. I live in a very dry climate and I'm wondering how long before the leather drys, cracks, or tears. The straps are my only reservation about the product.

I went to the site to try to exchange an item and was put through the most difficult time trying to do so. They use a captcha process that is so draconian it took 15 minutes just to figure out how to get through to be able to send the return. It's like a video game with a solution you have to figure out after practicing for hours. Then I finally got the form through and never heard from them.

I love my Derby Bridal Shower Invitations! However, I must admit I found the design process very troublesome and cumbersome and not at all User Friendly. I recommend being able to put in the Bride's Name 1 time and have that populate the order appropriately. To receive misprinted cards with the sample names, is extremely frustrating, a waste of time, money and energy! But, I must say your Customer Service team (in Ireland) was Wonderful to work with... Very helpful, polite, professional. Just wish I could have done it myself the first time!

I found this business on line while looking for a personalized coffee mug for a Christmas gift. They offered great looking products and I found their website easy to navigate. Using one of my digital photos, I designed the picture (my two year old great grandson) and the logo ("I Love You Papaw"). I received it less than a week after ordering, well packaged. The finished product was beautiful and I'm sure will be a cherished gift! I will be using this business again.

My only reason for four stars is because I find the website difficult to maneuver. The Tissue Paper is beautiful. I haven't worked with it yet but I think it will be wonderful. Shipping was fairly fast. Packaging very nice.

I ordered my wedding programs on August 3 and they are still in the "Making" process. These are for my wedding on August 26. I've called the customer service line twice and been hung up on twice before I even spoke with someone. 39 minute wait times! This is ridiculous. I'll never recommend Zazzle. My cousin is a wedding event planner and I'll be sure to tell her to advise her customers to avoid Zazzle if they aren't delivered tomorrow.

Even though I ordered the wrong tshirt and tried to cancel the order quickly, I was not able to cancel. It is a gift. Zazzle wrote me back to say they will make an exception by crediting my account and letting me keep the tshirt! Now that's great customer service! I'll be more careful when ordering in the future. Zazzle is awesome!

Overall a good experience. The invitations I ordered could have been packed more carefully. When I received my order the top left corners of the invitation was dog eared/folded down on about half of the 50 I ordered. I was able to smooth them out and it wasn't as noticeable. Also, who knows what will happen to the envelopes in the shipping process once I mail them.

I ordered a Recumbent trike t-shirt. The printing was not lined up correctly and the frame of the trike does not meet the wheels. It looks ridiculous. I contacted customer service and have not heard back from them. 100% customer satisfaction? Ha! I won't do business with this company again.

Good luck getting anything approved for printing with their terms. I spent 3 hours designing and ordering stickers for a child's birthday party just to find out a week later that my order was cancelled due to a violation with their terms. I was literally ordering 3 sheets of large stickers and 3 sheets of small with the childs name on them, clearly not for commercial use. I disputed the cancellation and they couldn't do anything for me.
For smaller jobs, buy the materials and print yourself. You will save a lot of money this way, or take to a print shop so you don't have to wait for shipping.
For larger jobs I would suggest going somewhere else completely. Don't waste a second of your time with this company.

I ordered a photo collage that was supposed to look like it was on a canvas. I got a cardboard box of crappy quality photos for $36. They let me get a refund, however, after a month and 10 emails back and forth, still no refund they "claimed" was processed.
