They bait you by giving you one free month. When I tried to cancel membership within a month, they provide no way (or nearly impossible to find the way) to do it on their website. And also no way to contact customer service. Thanks s is a dishonest business practice.

Truly appreciated the customer service I received with Joe today. Zazzle credited my account for a full refund due to a mistake that I made on a printed order.

I previously have had exceptional customer service and have been very pleased with the quality of my many orders. Thank you!

Initially had issues with the background picture was moved and not even so there was a white part at the bottom of the paper, but it was caught by them and not approved and I was able to redo. Very helpful! Super satisfied with outcome and the print was clear and colors bright. Would definitely use again!

I purchased a shirt on April 20 for an event on May 7,2017. The order confirmed I would receive the item in 5-7 business days (with several days to spare.) As of Saturday, May 6, the last shipping day I could have received it before my event, I have yet to receive my shirt! I spoke with someone else who ordered the same shirt a few days earlier for the same event and they did not receive their shirt either. This is inexcusable.

Update: Zazzle eventually refunded my purchase price and let me keep the shirt. Unfortunately, that still didn't rewind the clock so I could have my shirt at the event I wanted it for.

Although I waited quite long (over 1 hour), it was worth the wait and I took the time to blow my hair dry as I waited. As usual, the representative I spoke with (Kathy) was great and took the necessary time to resolve my issue. I have dealt with Zazzle customer service many times in the past and they never disappoint. As a matter of fact, they always go over and above my expectations. If there has ever been any disappointment with something I have ordered, they have always gone out of there way to make it right, if possible, or return it if not. I will always recommend Zazzle to my friends. Thank you for the great support but the wait time today, which was a Monday and near the holidays which might account for the problem, was horrendous.

I ordered 4 Shirts from Zazzle.com and as stated on the website the manufacturing turnaround time for dark apparel is 3-5 business day. Well, guess what? I received my order In 3 days only! When opening my package I was impressed with the quality of the shirts. I realized that I will need some more shirts, and i also needed some help with the design, so I called the customer service and asked them for help, they gave me a 50% off as well as a free shipping code. The person that i spoke with was really helpful and knowledge and he was able to answer all my questions! Right now i'm waiting for my new package which I have placed today. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. Thumbs up ZAZZLE!

I Designed a Shirt for My Martial Arts Students and Instructors. The site made it easy for me to do this, and the end product turned out perfect! The shirt is very high quality. And the printing looks like it will last a long time. I'm a Retire 50-year Martial arts Instructor with only a few students I still teach, so being able to make individual shirts for the different ranks at a fair price is important, I will be buying all my shirts from Zazzle in the future!

1.The local Company I used to buy my shirts from went out of business during Covid-19
2. I needed a Company that would allow Me to place small orders and yet give me the freedom to make My own designs!

I have had two orders now with Zazzle; one for wedding invitations, and one for mugs. Customization was easy, customer service was extremely patient with all my questions, and the products are truly truly top notch. Many compliments were received on the invitations and the mugs are gifts I haven't delivered yet. I'm sure they will be loved! When I searched their site for mugs there were thousands of options and each was customizable. I love scrolling through there pages. It's easy and I still can't believe the vast assortment of products. Lately I'm looking at customizable Easter gifts!

We ordered a sweatshirt on 4/21 and the estimated time for delivery was between 5/1 to 5/4. I tried to call last week on Friday and was told we would be receiving an email with information on where our product was. Of course we never received an email. It is now Tuesday and we still have not received an email or our product. I tried to call and was on hold for 15 minutes before being connected with a rep, who then put me on hold after getting my information, and then the call was disconnected. This is ridiculous! We will never be ordering from this company again.

I'm a stay at home mom of 2 kids under 2. I ordered Christmas stickers for our Xmas cards. They were Disney - adorable. The stickers arrived poor quality and faded. I had brought the stickers over to my moms house because that's where we do our Christmas card tradition.
Long story short, I called customer service - Edward. He was unable to help me in anyway. He told me that if I couldn't send a photo of the stickers right now then he could not help with the order! I asked to speak to a supervisor - still got nowhere. Wasted 45 minutes of my time and have horrible stickers. I'm frustrated. And annoyed. I was a FIRST time customer and LAST!

All I can say, the products look adorable. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Refused to just help me out. I didn't have access to take pics of the photos so they refused to help me or send out new ones.

The cards are beautifully made and came quickly but to get them within what would have amounted to more than a week, which to me is not exactly rush delivery I had to pay an additional 15 dollars. I had no choice because I couldn't leave the house to get cards in time but I paid 30 dollars for three greeting cards and I'm sick about that. Never again

Joe was extremely helpful in assisting me with my order. Joe helped with the design and wording of the invitations I was customizing for my daughter's 21st birthday, which is a big deal! He was patient and kind. He repeated my requests back to me for confirmation, asked if he could help in any other way, and provided me with a discount code. His excellent customer service made this experience stress free and fun! I was quite pleased with the final product and will return as a satisfied customer!

My original package was lost in the mail and the customer service I received to get my replacement order to me in the same amount of time was exceptional. Every time I called for an update on my order I was promised that I would receive an email with the update and they held true to their promise. I started a store for my cycling club on Dazzle and placed an order for some headsweat hats. I paid for expedited shipping and the order ended up taking a month to deliver. Dazzle did refund my shipping fees, but the hats are of various print quality and none are acceptable, very faded and poor print quality. They said my order was delayed because the hats were not clearing quality control, which makes me wonder how the hats I received passed their inspection!?! Additionally, the hats run very large and neither fit my wife or myself. I am considering closing my store and shopping around for another printer.

Very easy experience, however the font on my napkins is wrong. The first name came out in all capital letters and then the second name came out correctly. First letter capitalized, the rest lower case. Unfortunately, l discarded all the packaging before I realized the mistake. Hence, I feel stuck with the napkins. I am pretty upset about it.

I ordered t shirts on Dec 16th and website said they would ship on Dec 28 or 29... that was okay as I needed them for NYE... Today I called the company on hold for 25 minutes... finally got someone and they still could not tell me when my order would be shipped... said they have production issues and lots of orders had some in. She did send me an email and promised overnight shipping... I would just like to know WHEN they will be shipped... said they would know in a couple of hours. Wish I would have checked the reviews before I placed my order. Lesson learned!

After 2 hours of back and forth on the phone with two support workers I finally resolved the problem of applying a gift card. The online support was not helpful and trying to make sense of things on the computer and the phone was tear your hair out material! If you are the pass through for vendors you need to up your game

I only purchase Zazzle's postage stamps. Love the originality of them and can personalize them for any season or special event. The post office loves them to and always asks where I get my stamps. I am trying to reach Zazzle to return a t-shirt that I ordered that was too big. They do NOT answer the phone( I do not have time to be on hold longer than 40 minutes) and have not replied to my e-mail. I am very frustrated. I have been calling for 4 days.Is this a ploy or do people actually reach them to return things? The t-shirt was very good quality and I have already ordered a new one in the correct size. I am so disappointed in the quality of service provided for returns that I am unsure if I will ever order from them again.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you order the correct size. The Zazzle guarantee is not much good if you can never reach them and they require a ROM number ( which is not provided with your order) to return items.
