Carey was superb. I had been having a series of problems with the website and he walked me through step by step. He was patient and informative; in addition, it's often hard to feel that people on the phone actually have a vested interested in your satification, however it was so clear Carey wanted to take the time to ensure everything was perfect. He was a truly exceptional sales associate.

I ordered a cool shirt. The shirt arrived quickly. It was too small. Zazzle lady said, "Don't worry; I'll fix it." New larger size shirt arrived quickly. This customer loves the shirt and is happy with the service. I'm not easy to please unless things go well; things went very well, and I'm very happy. Sigh.

The website was easy to use. Shipping times were solid. Just cannot read the cards - nobody can - the font is super small. It's embarrassing to hand them out because people think they are charming but cannot read them.

Ordered customs t shirts, took forever to get them, when I did the logos were smudged and blurry. I returned to get replacements, they held the return for almost 30'days, 4 emails asking where the replacements were and so I finally gave up, called them and asked for a refund... I'm going back to Vista Print

Overall, I feel the pricing was fair, delivery time was reasonable, although I did have to pay a membership for better shipping options which felt a little scammy.
Received everything I ordered as expected, quality seems good. Need to put them into use yet. Will update if the quality is poor. If no update, then all is good!

This was my first time using Zazzle and I will definitely do it again. Nice selection and relatively easy to sort and select. I would suggest it be easier to find cards and other product template with full edit capabilities so you don't have to go from item to item to check. My daughter LOVES her grad announcements.
Wanted to be able to have a wider selection and editorial capabilities. Target, Shutterfly and others are too limited and ridgid. Nd I always support smaller businesses and independent creators when I can.

Terrible service! I ordered a t-shirt on December 4th and it was shipped on December 5th. This was a Christmas present and I wrongly assumed 3 weeks was a more than reasonable time to deliver a small, light package. It arrived today (30th). I also emailed the "customer service" twice and didn't receive any reply or help. Will never shop on zazzle again

I made a last minute decision to get invites made for my son's graduation dinner. I was able to quickly get them ordered and delivered. They turned out great! The only negative thing was the cost of shipping.

My daughter-in-law ordered fabric to be shipped to me. The enclosed paperwork was for someone else's order and the printing of the fabric was totally unacceptable. She contacted them 2 weeks ago to return the material but has received no response. I contacted them but they won't deal with me because she placed the order. The 30 day window for return is closing rapidly. I would nit order from them. For the exorbitant cost of the fabric, I certainly expected better. I tried to attach a photo but it doesn't work.

Worst customer service. After 18 business days of waiting for my business cards (that should have arrived within 5-12 business days after processing) I called customer support (waited 1.5 hours) just to be told that my cards were 'lost in transit'. They granted a refund but never even apologized for the inconvenience and barely acknowledged this as a negative experience. I asked the rep if they would send another batch of business cards 'on them' and she said 'that's not something that they do'. So after ordering from zazzle i waited 18 business days to receive nothing and had to go to a very important networking event with NO business cards. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAZZLE-go to vista print!

We ordered a few different times through zazzle. The first and second batch of invitations, business cards we used as inserts, and return address labels all turned out perfectly. The last batch of invitations we got though were AWFUL. We had forgotten a few people last minute we needed to invite to our wedding and getting these out was time sensitive. This last batch came in torn packaging, the invitations were all bent and even the printing on the last batch was terrible. A few of the invitations had perfect circles missing in the top layer basically the size of like a cigarette circle you would see burned in a car. Super disappointed in the outcome of the last batch. I've reached out to support and heard nothing back at all.
Honestly, they still havent gotten back to me and it's been 4 days.
They had the best all in one invitations I was looking for and the coupon deals they run just couldn't be beat.

Stay away. I ordered a one towel with lettering printed on it. The site says to give it 12-14 business days to process. It has been over 21 business days and it is still processing. I received an email twice stating that I have been upgraded to the highest shipping method ( how many times can I be upgraded to the highest method, I thought I was already there!) Calling them is a joke hold times are at least 15 - 25 mins. They had no idea when my order would be processed so I cancelled the order entirely. You would think that they would offer something other than 10% off of your next order ( as if I wld order anything from them again) for the inconvenience. I don't know if they have someone walking the order to them from China but ordering with them was a total waste of time and I am so disappointed.

Not only do I like their selection of items but recently had to deal with their customer service group over an item that arrived broken (thanks UPS). They sent me out a replacement item in a matter of a couple days. It's rare to see customer service like that.

If I don't get my shipment in of my 3 mugs that have already been paid for will I get a replacement or my money back? So far I have not received them at all. They were ordered on the 1st and, as far I know, were shipped on the 1st. They cost me $16 to $17 or so and all together cost me $59.84 and standard shipping. My order before came just fine. I dunno what in the world.
