I've been a fan of Zazzle for a long time. They have come a long way with product selection and progressively getting better all around. You can buy straight products or have something created for you. It' fantastic. Big fan.

The quality of the several items I purchased was very good. My shipment of one item was delayed because my address got placed on someone else's package, but customer service re-ordered my item and it shipped promptly.

Very poor customer Service, Poor response. I used a Groupon and the website did not give an option for the amount the Groupon was for. I order 70 instead of 75 cards. The website started out charging. 49 a card but when I put my Groupon in, the cards went up to $1.70. The Groupon was to cover the whole cost including shipping however, I ended up paying $34 extra. I needed to place my order because these were Christmas cards and I figured they would fix the problem. It took three days for them to get back to me and when they did, they said they could not refund the money because I put in the wrong amount. They offered a new code but did not give me a code. When the cards arrived, they were wrong. If you use this company, good luck to you.

I have never been so frustrated with a company before in my life. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. This was the biggest mistake.
I ordered a present (luggage tag) for a very high level executive at my company with 3 weeks for it to be made and delivered. THREE WEEKS. For three weeks it said processing. I tried calling every day and and emailing every day to get an update on the status, but after waiting for over 40 minutes every time and receiving no email response, I grew discouraged.
Finally I waited for 55 minutes and got in touch with someone who said they would ship it that day. I received a shipping confirmation, and my package was sent to somebody in Missouri. I live in New York. WHAT IS THIS COMPANY? Why haven't they been reported? This is a literal SCAM!

I am in the process of helping my mom plan my sister's bridal shower. I sent a copy of the invitation that I had created to 3 people to check for errors. The only problem, I didn't send it to the mother-in-law to be. She found an error immediately. The only problem was that I had already placed my order. I was in total shock, embarrassment and freak out mode. I called and was only on hold for 2 minutes. Which is the exact time that I was told I would have to wait. The person I spoke to named Terri was amazing. She calmed me down, fixed the problem and had the order replaced and sent with no extra charges or fees. This was completely my mistake! I feel terrible! Terri went above and beyond to calm me down and help me fix my problem. I only wish more people were as kind and compassionate as she was! Her help was above and beyond the call of duty. I can't thank her enough!

Loved the website. Easy to navigate, tons of choices. If tons of choices aren't enough for you, you can create your own custom t-shirts: great idea! I will go back to Zazzle for more (these shirts make good gifts), and have recommended it to friends.

This was the WORST online experience I have ever had. I ordered my wedding invitations and accessories and they came out all different sizes. They didn't match... the quality of the paper is CHEAP. I could have gotten better quality if I went to the local drug store and picked up a package of invitations. What is worse, when I called Customer Service, the rep was mean, insulting, and kept saying the same thing "you made the mistake" and "this is our policy". His supervisor was even worse... said the same phrases over and over again. They rude and insensitive and did not try to remedy the situation. I sent the entire order back in the precise way they told me they had to send it back. I have the UPS tracking showing it was delivered. Yet they say they never received it. I have yet to receive my refund which is over $400... please don't trust this site, especially with something important. I learned this the hard way.

The customization and order process was easy. I was disappointed when the final product did not meet expectations. What I ordered had a glitter effect, no actual glitter of course, but the print was just so flat. It didn't reflect the pizzazz of the online sample, but it was too late for a do over. I needed to get them mailed. The envelopes I ordered to mail them in had more style than the invitations themselves. Not a great first experience.
I was interested in trying out a new vendor for these special invitations for my vow renewal.

Very expensive shipping. If it wasn't a memorial birthday and extra meaningful event; I would never spend this kind of money on invitations plus the absurd shipping cost. If there was free shipping I would place more orders.

It was so easy to customize our invitations. As soon as they were finalized, we ordered them and had them at our doorstep in less than a week. The invitations are beautiful, they're exactly as we designed, the colors are perfect, exactly as on the screen. Will use Zazzle again.

Crappy misleading site. Said first time customers would get free shipping. Entered promo code and it would not accept. Said 3-5 shipping days. I am getting my order in 10. When I finally got a CSR they said if I ordered less than 50 items it would be 3-5, but since I ordered exactly 50 postcards it takes longer. Oh and CSR said the promo code was for KEDS sneakers only? WTF?

I ordered a unique #1 Swiss Grandma shirt for my mom, it was too small ( I expected a headache getting it exchanged) they just asked me to pick out the new size and boom! They sent it right to her, she LOVES it and is busy showing it off to everyone she knows... and they said just give the old small one away or keep it (no hassle at all) Cool shirt graphics

I ordered custom baby shower invitations never arrived I contact customer service whom stated they would overnight me some by 10am next morning never happened. If you call customer service you will wait one hour each time. Shipping is horrible. I will never order from this company again.

I usually get my buisness cards from here for my firm and never had a problem, so I bought a Custom made baseball for my husband for Fathers Day. I paid extra for the shipping so we could have it by Wednesday, June 20. I have yet to receive anything even though on the website it says it was shipped. I called on Thursday and the representative I spoke to told me that it had been shipped out and he would return my express shipping. Even thought this happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another day. This morning I called UPS and they told me they have yet to pick up the product from Zazzle. How irresponsible of them. I am truly disappointed and wont be using them again. Fathers day is very important for my daughter and she was very excited to give her father the gift and thanks to zazzle that was impossible. Maybe we will get the baseball for next fathers day.

I recently purchased a mug from Zazzle. They induced me into trying a 30-day Free trial of somethi9ng they call "Zazzle Black". Whatever it is, it apparently has a $9.95 annual fee. As an unemployed 71-year-old veteran, $9.95 comes out of my meager Social Security check. I protested but they did not see any benefit in refunding my $9.95 as I had missed the 30-day deadline to cancel the membership by the time I was notified by PayPal that Zazzle had charged my account for $9.95. Not only did they lose a customer, but I am recommending anyone who reads this to not only not "purchase" the Zazzle Black gimmick but to not do business with them at all!
