The invitation samples I ordered took awhile to get to us, but I'm sure that's only because I ordered 4-different customized ones and that probably took time for the set up. Other than that, the product was very nice and looked good for it's cost.

I received a faulty tile and had a web chat with customer service, who were excellent at resolving the issue and sending out a new tile immediately. So nice to have a company that are so helpful and quick in resolving an issue. Thank you.

I ordered a t-shirt for my mother in law and when it came it was the wrong size however when I contacted customer service they sent another at no charge and let me keep the other. Now my mother and I can look cute together. I was very happy with the company.

I'm not happy paying for expedited next day service. You notified me that there was a delay in processing but was charged for expedited service. Ordered on a thursday, was suppose to receive my order on Friday but didn't receive my order till Monday. Would be nice to refund me some money on over paying for expedited shipping I never received.

I have placed 2 orders with Zazzle.com I have received 2 separate emails from them asking for my review of the products. I have tried repeatedly to leave a review but every time I
I hit the submit button nothing happens. When I ordered one of the items, I had to call customer service for help with the personalized lettering because the website is quite confusing. Even with customer service help the product was not done correctly. Then when I tried to pay, the website refused my credit card. This happened several times until I finally used a different card. When I called my credit card company they showed several charges that the Zazzle website said had been refused. They were eventually credited back to my card. This website isn't worth the hassle and I will look elsewhere for personalized products.

Beware Zazzle. Waited a month to hear from them that they couldn't produce my entire order. They tried to partially fulfill it but I decided to cancel the whole thing because I was so disgusted they made me sit around for a month with no word on my order. (After saying the ETA would be arriving to me within a week)

I tried to send a gift to a friend in Canada from zazzle.ca. They would not send it because she has only a P. O. address. The small town she lives in, and I suspect many small towns, only have P. O. addresses! There is no delivery to home addresses. Thanks for nothing, Zazzle.

I used Zazzle to order bridal shower invites. There were so many to chose from. When I picked one I was surprised how much could be customized. It was amazing! They arrived before they were guaranteed to and they were better than I expected. Excellent quality! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I had a blanket made for my grandson, it was his first bday. I designed the blanket with mostly sleeping pics of him. Added Sweet Dreams in the middle. I received the blanket and it was so cheaply made and NO Sweet Dreams on it. Customer service is useless and sends you an automatic reply.
I called them and still no response. It ruined my grandsons first birthday. Horrible product and Horrible company

Easy sight to use. Order received when promised. The invitations were not printed correctly but I did not have time to reprint. On the screen when I typed in my address of 1110 Lee Road 244 but when it went to the review and select the 4's showed as ll. It was changed three times but each time showed 244 on the page you typed on and yet showed 211 on the final. I decided that it must be correct and it was just a glitch. But when I got them the were printed 211 instead of 244. The is no phone number to contact you so I could not let you know what had happened before it happened to someone else. I had to type and insert to sent with the invitations. I did not see a way to contact customer service before submitting the order to make sure or advise of the problem.
My granddaughter sent me a sample of an invitation you offered for her baby shower. It had Zazzle at the bottom so I went on line to find you and the invitation.

Received photo cards in a timely manner. They were smaller than I thought they would be and also, I was thinking the envelopes would have return address printed on them, not on photo cards. Otherwise, photo card looks great and good quality.

This is a fantastic place for those of us who's styles are unique! Quality products and a great selection of them! My only gripe is that the app is not great when trying to design. It tends to close or log you out in the middle of a design. I lost a design do to this.

Ordered Mothers day card week before Mothers day. 2 days before the date it had not even been shipped, emailed asking to cancel or refund as it would not arrive it time.
Responded saying as I paid postage equal to price of card it should be there and had just been sent!
2 days after Mothers day and it has still not been delivered.
Emailed again requesting refund as service now not fit for purpose.
Emailed back saying OK, in this circumstance they will do so.
They refunded 30% of the cost and kept the rest!
Will not use again or recommend to anyone.

Looks very cheap and poor quality. The finishing very poor quality, it should not even be sent out to a client! Absolutely disappointed. Even Vista print can make better quality for 5£.
And to return the item I have to print a form myself and even cover my own postage. You must be joking! I cannot even write a review on website.

Nice items arrived on time and intact but were a bit expensive especially with higher postage charges than I expected. Postages seemed more than when I order from Amazon US.
Products arrived and were as described so its a good site for unusual customised presents. I dealt with customer service over several emails as I lost my account password. Never got back into my account as they didnot help or really seem very interested, their last email suggested "start another account". I did but am still unhappy that I cant access my old data. Poor service which I have rarely found in US department stores. Online needs to do it better. Difficult to recommend based on price and service. Use if desperate.

Ive ordered quite a few items from Zazzle and only had an quality issue one time. I contacted customer service and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. I highly recommend and love Zazzle.

Joe was very patient and helpful. I was having difficulty downloading pictures and creating cards. I was on a time crunch and he was able to help me edit my order exactly how I described. We had several phone calls, and emails all of which he was on point regarding the specifications of my photo cards.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service helpful if having trouble negotiating website. I wish they were open earlier as I live in NYC and couldn't do any work until 12:00 EST.

I ordered from them about a month ago now. Firstly, their lowest shipping option doesn't have track and trace. I figured due to safety and customer value most companies would actually trace their packages even with the lowest shipping option - it IS 2013 after all. Secondly, when inquiring about my package I got a generic copy/paste after waiting 2 days. Really bad customer service to me, if I made someone wait 2 days then I'd atleast write them a response, not just paste them something.
Still not recieved my package, but I'm starting to genuinely wonder if it will even come - no tracking, no clue.
If it doesn't show up in another week I'll likely petition for my money back. Will not order from Zazzle again, even if they're the last company on earth.
EDIT; I'd have given them 0 stars if I could.

I have spent at least 5 hours of my valuable time in the past week trying to access an RMA online where their website will not cooperate, and spending a total of 3.4 hours on hold on five separate occasions trying to contact their customer service line. My feeling is that they have a very liberal return policy, because you will find it totally impossible to ever reach them. I am furious and frustrated. Received an iPhone case mate with a cloudy screen protector... unacceptable. Seriously... are their phone lines busier than those of LLBean?

DO NOT USE. They were five days late with my Holiday order. I foolishly used them again and paid $25.00 for expedited shipping and the items were five days late. These were items for a first birthday. Customer service is useless and difficult to reach. My items were made on time, they dropped the ball on the shipping and did not offer a refund. I had to call and complain!

This was only the second time I've used this site, the first being a few years ago. I needed two baseball caps and every place I checked had minimum amounts required. After designing my own hat :) I called customer service, honestly doubtful i could get them in time for our trivia tournament. Reached a rep immediately and he suggested expatiated shipping would get my hats to me by the 24th. They arrived on the 17th! Beautifully done. I do a lot of on line shopping and was 100% satisfied with this transaction.

This is the worst custom site ever. I designed a men's necktie that simply said "im awesome" i used the fonts they provided and the colors they provided... i DID NOT upload any pictures or logos. About a week after i placed my order and made a payment i got an email saying that it was copyright infringement and they can not print this item. Apparently a wrestler on WWE has "im awesome" as a catchphrase. Since when did freedom of speech become copywrited. I personally think its a load a B. S. anyone can say that they "are awesome" thanks zazzle for ruining my kids gift to their father for fathers day by simply saying hes "awesome". You guys suck. Oh... and im STILL waiting on my refund.

It has not arrived in their 5-12 business days and when I called customer service, they now say it could take 17 business days.
