This was such an unbelievable find for me. A great, fun creative outlet - and the do so much of the coordination and work that would have meant hours and hours and hours of researching and finding product, printer, design on my own.

Ordered invites on Dec 6 for my daughter's birthday and it took five days just to get them out and they still aren't here and her birthday is coming up next week. Called customer service 30 minutes before I talked to someone and she basically told me nothing. Said she would call ups and email me. Never did. First time customer and very disapointed. If you're going to run a invite company at least have the invitations here before her birthday. I definitely will not be ordering from here again and will not recommend to anyone!

I wanted to find a Build Bridges, Not Walls t-shirt, so went to Zazzle. Sure they have one, but it's in the middle of about two dozen Build The Wall shirts. Ridiculous that a company is capitalizing off of this. Building A Wall is the epitome of racism, stop selling these shirts if you have any morals.

Order the sweatshirt Nov 24, expected delivery was Dec 3 - 6. I requested update Dec 16, reply was they will look into it, nothing ever came of it, filed dispute with card company and thus order was canceled, will recieve refund in 10 days, so they held my money for 40 days interest free. Multiply that by thousands of orders every day.

Tip for consumers:
Do not expect to receive your item in a timely manner, if at all.

I sent designed a custom mug for my father's retirement through Zazzle and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Customer Service had some questions about the design, emailed me quickly with them, responded in no time, and I had my mug a day before the ETA.

If you're looking for a someone to make you a custom mug, don't even bother looking anywhere else.

I ordered 2 things as gifts for Valentine's Day on January 30th and it took them over a week to tell me they couldn't make the shirt because it violated their terms. I had to inquire about the other item I ordered since I never received it. Only then did they say the entire order was cancelled. And there's no way custom foil wrapped around chocolate peanut butter cups of my fiancé and I kissing outside in front of flowers violated any terms or conditions. Will never order from again and now I get to hurry up and figure out what to get my fiancé for Valentine's Day due to their late notice. Buyer beware.

Be careful and order way before you need it. You may have to inquire where your item is before they tell you.

Because this was a last minute order for our destination wedding, I had no choice but to go along with it; however, the price for the quality of the print on the shirts we received were less than satisfactory, in my opinion. I have used sites in the past where you can customize products; however, the look of the ones I received from Zazzle looked as if they were done on a below average printer, as opposed to being screen printed. The words were blurry and/or faded on the shirt. What should have been black ink, looked more gray. I ordered three shirts - two for the bride and one for the groom. The groom's shirt was the best of the bunch. I customized two of the three shirts, and the other was already done by a Zazzle designer. The quality of the shirts themselves was not bad, even considering I went with the lesser (value) options. Although the shirts were a hit, I was a bit disappointed and probably will not order this type of product from Zazzle in the future.

I give it 2 stars only because I got my mugs on time but I was missing part of my order. I sent an inquiry and got a rude reply 72 hours. I sent the original request because my packing slip and email said 3 items shipped and I only received 2. I should have read the reviews here first...

I had a custom order placed for our business, with a scheduled photo shoot that we would be using the product for.

Ordered well ahead of time - May 8th & paid for upgraded premium shipping (May 15th - May 17th.)

Keep in mind with Zazzle your estimated Delivery date will be missed. I have received no communication from the company and my items still show as "Making"

After paying $70+ for 3 shirts with premium shipping, i find this unacceptable and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Tip for consumers:
The estimated delivery date was missed. No communication from the company. Paid for the premium upgrade and items still show as "in process." Recommend looking elsewhere.

Truly dreadful.
They took my money on May 1st.

On May 5th they got round to sending me an email saying they were about to arrange for a birthday card to be sent from the UK to France.

It arrived on the 15th May having gone via Belgium!
It would have been cheaper and quicker to buy a card and post it myself. (I sent a package via snail mail which arrived after 5 days)

I ordered 4 personalized masks April 27th, 2020 to be delivered by their estimated date May 21st -29th. 41 days since order no masks and updates or time estimate after I sent them a message. I will not use them again. Adhere to your dates and don't underestimate it to get orders in. Since Covid19 I know things changed but I got orders from outside the US within weeks not months.

I've now placed 2 orders with Zazzle. My first order took longer than expected and I had tried calling in to find out why the delay and hung up after 30 min on hold. I waited a few more days and finally received the order. I was satisfied with the invitations I ordered. I placed a second order yesterday for thank you cards and I tried calling in once I realized I needed to make a change on it to see if it would be possible, but again on hold for 30+ minutes! Tried again this morning - again going on 30 minutes now. I will not be ordering from them again if their customer support is this awful! There are plenty of other places I can order from.
Update to review: after 45 minutes - the call hung up! DEFINITELY DONE WITH ZAZZLE!

We ordered 2 poufs in beige but the color had a pink undertone and was terrible. Even if the color would have been right, I would send back because the quality was terrible. They shipped from North Carolina but we had to ship back to San Jose, California which cost us $114 for the pair. (I only paid $226) And lesson learned, you pay for what you get. Shame on them to even sell such poor quality. The seams where terrible.

After posting this comment, Zazzle contacted me and gave me a credit for my shipping costs which is fair. However, the quality of the pouf is still terrible. What a waste of time and money.

Horrible company! Ordered christmas cards on December 9th. Said i would get them in 5 to 7 business days. It's now the 21st and still no cards. Actually called a couple of days ago to check on order. I was on hold for 45 min. They then told me I would have them by the 21st. They lied!

My partner and I requested a copy of our ketubah we commissioned from an artist for display at our upcoming destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta. Somehow, someone visually impaired at Zazzle observed a copyright watermark that was non-existent, needlessly rejecting our order that we desperately needed.

After following up with the artist, who informed us that she never added a watermark and couldn't observe one within the image we provided to Zazzle, we decided to order directly from a printing company in Mexico that had no issue recreating the image on foam board within 24-48 hours at a cost that was substantially less than anything offered at Zazzle. Buyer beware; this was our first and last experience with this company. Thanks for nothing.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service at Zazzle leaves much to be desired.

I love the doggie t-shirt I got and being able to have it customized for my lil furbaby! Reasonable prices. I would suggest going up a size larger than the one that says will fit because it came a lil snug.

I have ordered Business cards on 4 separate occassions from Zazzle.co.uk and not had any issues.
The cards are sent form the US which isn't made perfectly clear but as long as you are organised and prepared to wait a couple of weeks then there are no problems.
There are so many customizable templates to choose from and the design tool is pretty intuitive, it's worth the wait. Postage costs are not that high either - a few pounds.

As at the date of this review being written there is currently 15% OFF BUSINESS CARDS.
