I ordered invitations for a Halloween party in mid-late august thinking that was a good amount of time for the invites to be shipped to me and sent out by October 1st… but wow did they come fast! The quality was great, they were easily customizable, and the speed at which they were delivered was beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using zazzle for all my invites in the future!
They had many great options, were easily customized to my liking, and were affordable!

I love Zazzle! It's so fun to upload my own designs, and make my own custom products. I amaze my family and friends with custom gifts that they would have never thought of on their own. It makes gift giving so much easier. No more fretting over that person who has everything, because I bet they don't have something with a custom design by you on it!

I've ordered cards from Zazzle multiple times and every time it is quick easy simple and efficient I never have problems with them I can easily get in contact with anybody I need to and the quality is amazing

It is an exciting site. Love it. It's a great concept and long may it continue to be a leader. Just wish they would open a factory in the UK, or at least perhaps send products in a container to the UK with a view to cutting postal costs.

I love the products your site offers. I miscounted my wedding invites and needed to rush a small order (10 invites) and the express shipping was $30+. It just seems very steep. I also only received 9/10 invitations that I ordered. I was quite peeved about that as I am still short 1 invitation but will make do because I'm not placing an order for 1 invitation. The cost of the shipping also deterred me from re-ordering address labels as I didn't realize I was short on those as well. I can understand that the shipping is a little higher because the items are all customized but I can't justify spending more on shipping than on the products I purchased.

I used this company a few times before without issue but on my last order before Christmas they screwed me up. I ordered a bunch of things such as two custom mugs with my own images on them, custom bumper stickers, magnetic buttons, and custom greeting cards.
What happened next was they flagged at least half of my order as "Copyright infringement" which was incorrect since it was probably fair use, (but even if it was, I don't care if it is). Then they shipped the other half of the order without reducing the shipping cost. Actually all that ended up shipping was like two greeting cards and 2 magnetic buttons and no mugs or stickers.
Now the reason why they are too strict on Copyright is because they got hit with a lawsuit for $460K. It's not their fault but their over aggressive policy is an impact on the customer. So I will just go to another print shop instead which won't care about, for example, a screencap a movie with text overlaid on it, on a mug. Problem solved.

Ordered a personalised present for my dad for Father's Day after 8 days of the order I started to chase up the company, most of the time they ignored my emails but when the did answer they ensured it would be here in time. On day 12 of ordering it still hadn't been dispatched and there was no way it would come in time.
Awful company, awful service.

Don't worry, if you have an issue with your order, its your fault. No need to send them any information because even if its something you couldn't have possibly caused (i. E. inconsistant borders on business cards) they will find a way to make it your fault. HORRIBLE customer service. Spend so much time finding ways to blame me when they could've just taken care of the issue and had a happy customer!

I have now used Zazzle for two invitations and for customized key chains that we had made for our employees that were graduating. All three products have turned out better than I expected and the costs are extremely fair. I was able to use a Groupon for my son's grad party invitations and was so pleased at the high quality cardstock and presentation - 110 invitations for only $47! There is always a discount code that helps bring costs down and the way that you can customize with your own photos is easy to use and makes things very personal. There a wide variety of designs to choose from as well. I will probably use Zazzle for all future orders of this sort; I am very glad I found them.

I placed a personalized card order online and although I had to go back and forth because a comma kept coming up in my personalization, I eventually left it go through. It did not turn up on the finished product and I was very pleased with the product received. It was everything as presented and the artwork was superb.
I could not get the assistant to understand what my issue was so I took the chance that the issue won't show up on the product. I was pleased to find that it did not show up on the finished product. Thank you.
I had actually looked at the website for a different product that I did not purchase but went back to it when I was interested in a personal card.

Worst company ever! I placed an order on 11/29/16 and received an email with an estimated delivery date of 12/5/16 to 12/8/16, which has come and gone. It took customer service 3 days to respond and they don't know when it will be shipped. Needless to say, it's the 19th and they have left me in a bind during Christmas. They still have no idea when my order would be shipped, but offered to expedite shipping for 2-3, day delivery - they should offer overnight delivery at this point. Canceling my order and will NEVER use them again!

I ordered 75 custom wedding invitations and picked the cheapest shipping possible, I got it two days later which was very fast! I got the cheapest of everything to save money but everything so much better than I expected!

The customization of the plates/napkins was beautiful however, the plates themselves were of cheap quality. Had to purchase plastic chargers to place them on. For the price (over $2 per plate) expected more.

I ordered a card form an artist to use as a birthday card for my husband. The drawing on the cover is two cheetahs. He loves cheetahs, sort of his spirit animal. I added a custom happy birthday message that I wrote to make it really personalized. I give it to him tomorrow. He is going to love it!

These people are doing invitations, it's imperative that they're sent out at a proper time. If you want your invites done, you better plan 6mo out! I planned the standard 2mo out and they still haven't delivered. It makes you look like a fool, like you can't get it together, when really Zazzle can't get it together. I had to manually input each address, which took hours, now they can't even send our address labels! What a joke! Now, I have to hand write each invitation. I would've done that weeks ago had I known zazzle would screw me over. I'm very upset. Do NOT use this company

Invitations arrived in a damaged envelope. The corners of all the invites were all bent. I didn't have time to have them redone before needing to mail them out. I suggest Zazzle use boxes for shipping since the envelope did not protect them from damage. Disappointing for the price I paid.

I have used Zazzle for the past two years for my Christmas cards, just to make them more personal. I also use them for birthday and other greeting-type cards and have never been disappointed. I can customize the cards to fit my own personal needs and the quality is as good, or even better than, store-bought cards. I can definitely recommend Zazzle for greeting cards!

They dont honor price adjustments like all other companies. Its nonesense. You get some generic email back with some bogus explanation as to why. They promise you credit in your zazzle account that doesnt even come up when you try to find it. Will avoid!

Terrific customer service. I had a problem with my original order. I misinterpreted a description. They gave me credit for the original shipment and I re-ordered the correct watches and my granddaughters love them.
