Ordered 1 mug via zazzle.co.uk assuming they would ship from the UK. But no, it came from the USA. It took 3 WEEKS to get here and when it arrived it was the wrong order! They must have some really incompetent people working on the line because apparently this happens quite a bit. I'm still waiting for a response from them but it's already Dec 12th so based on their turnaround time i won't be able to get my actual order in time for Xmas:(

Furthermore, they don't even have a UK phone number. Their ONLY support number is in the U.S. and i couldn't even get through all the way from Ireland. Does their phone line even work? This company appears to be in serious need of an audit on their trading practices.

White men and women in shirts that reference directly to black men, women and their culture! Totally disrespectful! Were there not any black models to hire or better yet don't use any models at all! They don't care about how they represent their product. Just as long as they make money!

Hello Lauren,

We hear you and understand how these designs, when automatically pre-populated on random models, appear to be a sign of disrespect. We are an open user-generated content marketplace where designers and users can freely upload any design as long as it complies with the terms of our User Agreement. In the case of the t-shirts in question, each designer is shown a series of pre-posed randomized model shots upon which their design is placed. It’s always possible that gender, race and other attributes of the model do not match up to the specifics of the design, given the ratio of our millions of designs to the 100 or so t-shirt styles we offer.

We’re working on an interim fix that doesn’t mismatch out-of-context content to models; some of the designs may be down temporarily while this is underway. Our long-term solution is to absolutely build on the diversity of our models. We are doing this as quickly as possible, but please know this issue isn’t taken care of by cutting corners; our steps are iterative to find the best solution for the long-term. Thank you for maintaining an open dialogue with us and expressing your feedback.

The xtreme case meets or exceeds the protection offered by the OtterBox, and the graphics are excellent. Also, the iPhone screen visibility is better than with an OtterBox.

I was amazed by how quickly I received the product- much faster than promised by Zazzle.

I will definitely order from Zazzle again.

Excellent quality in the merchandise. I purchased 3 mugs and a mouse pad (so far), and I love them all. The mugs were very well packed and it arrived in a timely manner. I can say Zazzle will go a long way, and it all started with one grumpy looking cat.

I created an invitation on Zazzle and that was fun and easy. Then, I went to find an envelope that would work with and enhance the invitation. I spent a great deal of time searching their catalogue of envelopes. Everyone that I selected was out of stock. Finally, I just arbitrarily click on various envelopes. All out of stock. After contacting customer service, they tell me that they are out of paper to print their envelopes and they have no ETA for when it will be back in stock. What kind of printing business as large as Zazzle allows themselves to run out of paper?

I am so sorry to hear about this. Although we are currently out of stock of our custom envelopes, all our invitations already include free standard white envelopes. We also have colored envelopements that you can add for additional costs (this can be done once you add your invitations to the shopping cart). Both of these options cannot be customized though.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. When their was a problem with the login of my account they could not fix it. They could not authenticate me with my credit card or my mailing address. They told me that I had to sign up for a new account. Don't bother with these guys.

I was surprised to find the Carnival Glory key chain I was looking for on this site. They have everything! I needed it quickly for a cruise I am taking in two days and they shipped it out to me with time to spare! The prices are great, too! I love this site!

Why do companies think our time is worthless and their time is valuable? Why do they treat us so poorly? If you want to know if the order was received and ask, fine. If the question is just a tactic to get a survey response then I need to find a new vendor.

I ordered a custom hat almost a month ago and it still hasn't come. This is extremely frustrating because I need it before i leave for college. I called them, was on hold for over 40 minutes, and eventually got them to upgrade my shipping, but that was over a week ago and I still haven't received my order. This is really disheartening because I now feel like I am being scammed. I already dug through the internet for hours to try to make this hat, and it was exhausting. This has been too long of a process.

If you are looking for timely delivery, do not go to Zazzle

I love that you are able to personalize just about everything! We purchased personalized stamps that match our wedding "logo" and it added the perfect finishing touch to our wedding invitations! Super quick turnaround and just as we wanted them to look and feel!

Awesome site to get my Army loving son some cool designs on shirts, till I get to the shipping charge… $17 shipping for 1 kids t-shirt and 1 kids sweatshirt. That's crazy. No way will I pay that for 2 shirts. So sad cuz I would have purchased multiple times.

I spent $44 for 100 business cards they were pretty but the paper quality is cheap very flimsy even though I spent extra for the better Quality paper. Never again! Also I had to wait 14 days for delivery. Going back to Vista print!

I ordered pillows for my daughter's wedding reception 10 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping, which according to their email would be deliverered tomorrow at the latest. They haven't even shipped and the wedding is this Sat! To make it worse, I have been on hold for over three hours when I made 4 attempts to reach them at all different times of day. To be honest, I don't think they really have a customer service dept, they just wait for everyone to hang up. I emailed them 6 hours ago and have heard nothing. I'm very diassapointdc and frustrated at the lack of any kind of customer service.

A few years ago, Zazzle put some of my original artwork onto a wrist watch and it came out absolutely beautiful. The only thing was the watch face was tiny, so it wasn't the easiest to read the time on, but still I loved it. It kept the time well, however the watch band was a bit small for my fat wrist and had to get a larger band for it. A friend now owns the watch and loves owning a unique piece of my art.

I ordered an iPhone 5 case 3 years ago from Zazzle and loved it. But the iPhone 6S case was a disappointment. The image of Stonehenge was not properly aligned. As on website image. I posted a bad review here when I got no response 24 hours after filing complaint. Update: After they read this complaint I was contacted quickly. They could not fix alignment problem, offered a credit toward a different case. I asked for a refund and they agreed promptly. The refund was posted to my Paypal quickly

We received lanyard badges and magnetic name tags both were very bad quality printing. I guess I couldn't expect too much considering the individual price however I would have no problem paying double for better quality. The name tags came chipped and scratched and the badges have no bleed looks like they were printed off of a little desktop printer.

Do not order from them! I purchased christmas cards from them, because they had a great deal. However, I paid for 2 day shipping and didn't receive them for 9 business days! Also, the picture on the card is much darker than the one I submitted! I contacted customer service multiple times and still have had no response! I also received one less envelope than I did card! I used this company last year and that's why I chose to use them this year again, but after this. I would never recommend them or use them again. I am completely disgusted with my service. This isn't even something I can return in time, because I wanted them out for Christmas. I didn't even get them in time for them to be in people's mailboxes by Christmas, because it took so long for them to ship it.
1 star is too much to give them.

I placed an order on July 5th for invitations. They were supposed to be delivered between July 14-17th. Today is the 17th and I did not receive the order, so I followed up on my account only to find my order has been canceled. I received no notification or reason and now my time is limited. I will await response from the customer service dept and follow up here but my expectation is there will be a rush on my order with a discount.

I ordered a set of Taz (Tasmanian Devil) stickers (two sheets of four, same image on both sets) on 7/25/17 and they're still in the creation process as of 8/9/17. I called numerous times and emailed them and first I was told they're having problems with the production facility because the machine was broken. For two weeks? The next reason I heard was their production facility was behind because of the amount of orders they had to fulfill. I told them if that's the case and the machine is broken or they're that behind then don't accept new orders for stickers.

They did expedite the shipping and gave me a refund, even though I didn't ask for either, so I appreciate that. When they refunded my money I had a feeling my order was never going out.

I still want the stickers.
