Website interface was great. Shipping was fast. But I thought that I was ordering genuine customized forever stamps. I was disappointed to discover that I bought little cards that look like stamps. It was completely my fault for not fully understanding what I was buying. It would be nice if the website had said "These are not real stamps" somewhere during the customization process. If it does say that, then I missed it.

I read on Google that Zazzle is one of about five companies that is allowed to print custom forever stamps.

I ordered 30 customized postcards for my (travel theme) wedding centerpieces (two per table, back to back) and they were gorgeous! I was a little worried because I had ordered them really close to the wedding date but they came the first day of expected delivery and we had enough time to make stands. They looked perfect!

Customer service, Niamh, was extremely helpful. I had just ordered 2 invitations that arrived and I wanted something else. I couldnt sign in. She walked me through a new password and I was able to order something else.

I am thrilled that I found Zazzle. I was looking for a very particular power boat business card. I spent hours looking at other websites, even for the major chain stores. All I could find was sailboat business cards and others that were not to my liking. Untill I came across your website. I love it! Not only am I pleased with my purchase, but I had to return something and the return and refund process was so easy! I am a fan of your website for life and will certainly be telling others about it!

Zazzle has some very nice products at great prices. What I find frustrating is the inability of the site to put items in order of lowest to highest prices and highest to lowest prices. It takes me a lot of time to navigate the website and look at all of the items because the prices are out of order even if I select lowest to highest price.

I have been so impressed with Zazzle's customer service! A few weeks ago I had ordered a gift and was curious about where it was (I live outside the U.S. and not in a major city so I didn't expect it to be fast). I checked the tracking number and the number couldn't be found. It only takes a few days between shipping and the tracking number becoming active so I contacted Zazzle to see if they had an alternate way of tracking it. They told me that the number should have been active so they considered my order "lost in transit" and were sending a replacement with an upgrade to express shipping free of charge!

The next day, the original package showed up so I emailed again to ask them to cancel the replacement. They said it had already shipped and to keep both!

I'll definitely be shopping there again!

I placed an order for 5 t-shirts with my company logo and what I got was just horrible. The logos on each shirt were different sizes and the colors were messed up as well. Then for the last 2wks I have been trying to get someone in customer service both on email and by phone to no avail. Today I was waiting on the phone for over 2hrs. What reputable company operates in the manner? Hell, you can call the government and get a faster response than Zazzle. Do yourself a favor, avoid Zazzle like the plague!

Kathy at Zazzle helped me to edit the invitations and made great design suggestions. She stepped me thru the design and ordering processes and also applied promo discounts and free shipping to my order. I will be ordering again from Zazzle very soon!

These cards are so unique and different. Very impressive. Manufacturers don't seem to realize that a lot of the older photos, pictures of old designs and fabric, are missed. There are a lot of people who buy older cards like this for collecting.

Furious! Email's rejected, cannot get them via phone, they took my money immediately from my account, yet I still have not received order! It has been in "processing" FOREVER! Do NOT risk doing business with them ever! I don't have $60+ to throw away! This is a NIGHTMARE!

Received daily email that there was something wrong with my order; customer service said it was fine. Order came 6 days late (too late to use it) and half of it was missing, despite the invoice stating it was included in the shipment.

Tip for consumers:
Don't depend on your order arriving on time or accurate. And if you ordered address labels, be prepared for daily emails telling you what you submitted was wrong, even though customer service tells you everything is okay.

I have been trying to order from Zazzle for the past 10 days, but they are saying all tissue paper is "out of stock" for the 2nd time in a month - and this time for over a week, yet the company that prints it for them (I see their name on my delivery packages of my Zazzle orders), says they do not have a stock issue.

Additionally, when I put in a very specific search, like "hummingbird tissue paper" - I get aprons, placemats, mouse pads... and in 8+ pages for the search results, the images repeat 3,4,5 times. I am then forced into a round about of going into my older orders, going to an image I liked, then searching the pages for that artists work to see if they have more i might like. Horribly tedious.

I am a crafter with a seasonal window for selling at shows and Zazzle is not reliable nor do they communicate well about when they might be able to fill orders.

I ordered 2 Sweatshirt Hoodies for Christmas Gifts on 12/5. The website said that they would be delivered by 12/15. Still have not received these items and when I check the website the order has not been shipped, is still being "made."

This is disappointing. I would not have ordered if I knew this was going to happen. I will not use this company again.

Disappointing. I spent over $100 and trusted to receive these items for gifts and have been let down.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. Too bad I can't leave zero. I placed an order for wedding invitations, and when I received the first order, it was someone else's order and not mine. Took Zazzle 4 days to respond to my complaint and 3 days to get the "fixed" order... which was still wrong and someone else's! Now I have to wait another 7 days to get my correct order? Well I am now running out of time, as I have to get my invites sent out ASAP and I'll most likely be forced to order from another website. I better get a full refund, as this is absolutely unacceptable whether we are in a pandemic or not. The first time my order was wrong, I was understanding. Now, not so much. Will never order from Zazzle again.

WORST Company to deal with. Order a puzzle they billed my CC and it takes 8 weeks to get. After 7 weeks I called on hold for 62 mins. Chatted with a rep who couldn't answer the question on when my puzzled that they billed 7 weeks ago was. Ask for a supervisor who also couldn't answer the question. The only thing she could say was HOW BUSY they are... WOW... Glad they are busy but when needed answers I expect a supervisor to help... BTW customer service was so non pro-active. Skip this company and move on to a company who care about there customers!

Last week we ordered from Zazzle for the first time. We ordered Christmas cards through them. This weekend I checked the order to see delivery date or if it had been sent-it stated my order was cancelled. By who? I didn't cancel it. My money was already taken. What the actual hell? We had to wait until Monday to speak to someone and it took over a 1/2 hr on hold to reach a person. To find out Zazzle cancelled the order and didn't send an email or anything (or return our money) due to the use of the word ''Lysol'' on the card (violating their company ''policy''). As if this isn't enough to swear me off of them for life. My husband wasted an entire morning (yes-over 3 hrs on the phone) trying to re-order since we'd already paid for the cards -we removed the offending word and they couldn't figure out how to give us the same price as when we ordered on the 3rd. Do Not Trust this Company!

Stay away from zazzle! Their promise of 100% satisfaction that if you don't love it they will take it back is not true at all! I emailed them to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) per instruction for return, they emailed me back right away to clarify my request. I emailed them twice to clarify everything what I wanted and that I am requesting replacement, I never heard anything from them at all. Beware!

Big Zazzle fan here! Zazzle makes it simple to use their templates to design and to order some of the most creative gifts I've ever been able to personalize. I've been ordering from Zazzle for several years and out of the dozens and dozens of times I've ordered from Zazzle, there was just one time I needed help with an order and their Customer Service Rep was excellent. Great company. Great products. Great prices, especially considering their merchandise is unique and easy to personalize.
