Zazzle has a great selection of thank you cards for funerals. We first used them in 2017 when my brother died. We used them again in 2020 for my dad and 2022 for my mom's funerals. The cards offer wonderful sentiments and you can add a prayer to the back side of the card. Only negative was it was difficult to find the cards on their website.

Few days ago i tried to order online. Told me name on my card was invalid. Multiple glitches while navigating their website. Today i tried again. After painstakingly navigating the site and multiple time entering and reentering my information and promo codes (some don't work) it said my card was declined insufficient funds. Smh i verified that there was money in my account... but i give up. Never going to waste my time attempting to order anything from this crap company again.

Sarah from Prettyfancyinvites was great. I had input the information thru Zazzle- she "took owenrrship " of the project and enhanced my layout for a much better product. I appreciated her initiative. The invites came out great and arrived very promptly.
The hsipment of envelopes arrived before the invite. I just needed clarification that the invite was following in a second envelope. It was and it arrived 2 days later.

My order was perfect, except for shipping. The cards were in a very flimsy box that was shipped in a larger bag. During shipping the package must have been jostled or slightly crushed and the flimsy box opened and all cards were loose in the larger bag and some were damaged. Very disappointing.

I missed a deadline to order a banner locally through an IG account. I was able to order one via Zazzle on short notice and it got to me in time! I ordered it on a Saturday and pay the two day shipping rate for it to get here by Wednesday. My son's graduation was Saturday. I was more then pleased with the way it came out! Absolutely LOVED IT!

I tried to order a custom shirt from them and they cancelled the order without telling me. I understand why they cancelled it so that's not the problem. I've been contacting them for two weeks about getting a refund for it but they are NOT helpful. I was told, "payment never reached us, money should still be in your bank". Okay, if that was the case then fine, but the money is still missing! It's not my bank's fault, so it has to be Zazzle's! TWO WEEKS and still no refund! My bank shows a charge from Zazzle, but no reimbursement, and I didn't see any money magically appear without a statement next to it.
My advice, just avoid this site if you want anything custom made. If they cancel it on you YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. You'll never see that money again.

The first cards I ordered from zazzle were several days late and I couldn't use them in the opening of my business and the cards were to be shipped to my vacation home. When I checked out of the rental three days after the cards were to arrive, I contacted zazzle and they didn't offer to make it right until I put a review here. They then said they would refund my money -- 10 days later and no refund-- and they shipped new cards out that are completely illegible because the font is the same color as the card stock and the font is super small. To top it off, I received someone else's business cards today who lives in New York! How could this company get it so wrong so many times?

I really liked that I could choose an invitation and then change font, font size, wording, color of font, etc. they had a lot of options. They even had options for how the invite is cut around the edges.
It was recommended to me by my family member and I liked what I saw

Zazzle is a horrible discriminatory company that refuses business based on egregious misconceptions put forth by Marxist Social Justice Warriors. They have flat out refused my business because of my political leanings, which is in direct violation of the Unruh Act (see Harris v. Capital Growth Investors XIV, 52 Cal. 3d 1142 (1991)). Then they proceeded to hide beyond their "User Agreement", which after reading in its entirety, did not back their decision. When I asked them to specifically cite which portion of the Agreement I violated I was gove a response "we will not work with you". Please, I implore you, take your business elsewhere to companies who do not act like Brown shirt facists.

Ordered t shirt that was much different in the photo. Guy wearing it in the photo was same height etc as my husband. Not only was it way too small, the guitar cords were not visible (unlike the photo). It was a gift and the time to return it by will not work.

My review will be consistent with many others. My order hasn't arrived. It says it shipped on the 4th but there is no tracking # to check. I contacted customer service 2x via email and called only to wait and wait on the phone. I too don't believe there is an actual customer service line or rep. Even the busiest places don't make people wait 20+ mins to speak to someone. There are many good places to order from. Had a read the review (note for next time) I wouldn't have ordered.

Worst service every. I ordered Christmas gifts and they cancelled them. I reordered through customer service again and order was cancelled. I emailed and called and also sent them the emails they sent me where it was re ordered and free shipping but no records of ordering. Never do business with them.

My order of invitations for a friend's bridal shower and for another friend's baby shower did not arrive. I informed him that I had already initiated an investigation with the carrier but was concerned about the amount of time an investigation with the carrier could take. Carey was so accommodating and understanding of my sense distress in needing these invitations. He did not hesitate to offer the invitations to be resent at no additional cost and when I asked if I could pay extra for expedited shipping to get them quicker, he again did not hesitate to offer this expedited shipping at no additional cost to me. It is company's like this and Customer Service Representatives like this that go the extra mile that make someone a forever customer. You have no idea how much I appreciate this extra effort of care and customer service. I will order from Zazzle again and again! Thank you! Audrey

I recently ordered from Zazzle for the second time. The first time they sent the completely wrong product to the recipient (it was a gift) who lives out of state so I couldn't even return it. This time, I indicated it was a gift on the order form, and tried to pay for expedited shipping, but their website erased all of that and made it not a gift order with standard shipping. So now I'm delivering a late birthday present with a receipt. Nice. I even tried to fix the issue, but they got back to me too late and said there was "nothing they could do." I don't know why I decided to trust this awful website again, but they will never get my money a third time.

I assumed I had to label the luggage tabs myself. However, there was not a place to do so. Kathy was so nice and helpful to me. The labels have to be personalized at Zazzle itself. Kathy had me keep the luggage tabs and she credited my credit card back to me. I will buy from Zazzle again since I had such a great experience with Kathy in customer service.

Zazzle can be a good place to make custom tee shirts for gifts. You can design your own using their website, or you can upload a picture. The shipping is quick and the prices aren't bad. My biggest complaint is how slow their web interface can be. I've ordered 3 times, but the last time I gave up because their site was so slow and I used CafePress.com instead which is also good.

I purchased an item called a gym duffle bag. It cost over $100 with postage.
The quality is something I wouldn't even pay $10 for but that is not the only problem.
It did not state that postage would be from USA
It did not state that the cost I saw was us dollars
I have sent three requests for a return slip but they do not answer the emails.
I now have an item that is useless, extremely poor quality and out of pocket for $100.
Customer service is non existent. Quality is disgraceful.

This website has so much to offer, daily discounts on products, or shipping, or both. I found exactly what I wanted from the search very quickly. The delivery was right on time that was stated when I ordered. I did everything online and I was very satisfied with the tracactions between pages and the checkout was very smooth too. I will be using this website more especially for customized products.

Aoife was so helpful in so many ways. I had just discovered Zazzle and was using it for the first time. I had trouble with the website and learning how it worked. Aoife kindly sorted all that out, helped me to design my card, and was incredibly patient helping me to navigate the website. I love the cards I got! Aoife is very talented herself- I am a designer/ artist, and she "got" what I was trying to explain and translated it into a great looking card. All with sense of humor, kindness, skill, intelligence, and respect. She is a gem! Thank you Aoife! The invitation design came out perfectly. I was really happy with the look and feel. However, they were shipped in a cardboard envelope and many of the corners were bent or peeled back. Since the invitation was black, it was really noticeable. I was not pleased with that. But the design was perfect.
It had what I was looking for for my daughters first birthday invitations and I got a 50% off deal.

My order arrived in a timely manner.
I will use Zazzle again and will recommend the site.

My shirt looks fantastic. Only problem I had was it sent the shirt I design 1st versus the changes I made to it. For the most part it came on time and I have something to wear to my daughter's party. I do recommend this site and will use it again.
