Very nice product. We had a little trouble revising the messages on the card, particularly with regard to who was hosting the post-wedding brunch but eventually figured out that we should just delete what was on the sample and then add what we wanted to the end of the previous line on the card and then hit the space bar

I am very disappointed, I ordered invitations for my wedding I received them yesterday and omg they don look anything like the picture! Description said vintage lace invitations well it turns out it's just a print lace it's like they took a picture of it and just printed our names. It's not 3D or anything what a waste of my time and money!

The card was exactly what I needed and I was pleased with it. What I am very unhappy with is your charge for postage. The card was mailed to me from NC and you charged me $5.99. I weighed the card on a postage scale and it was just under 3 oz. According to USPS fees that should cost about $1.40. Outrageous. Please don't tell me it was because of "handling charges". It's postage and $5.99 for a card is crazy. The card I selected was discounted but the postage... will not shop Zazzle again.

Ordered wedding invitations and they were just what I thought they would be and they were super fast from order to delivery was a week and the 4th of July holiday was in there. Oh and they arrived a day early

Turn around time was appalling, customer service was rude when the product i purchased had some incorrect wording due to their system and even when offering a refund their wording was accusatory and unacceptable in a customer service environment, dont use!

I previously had 2 great orders with Zazzle, so I decided to do a large order for my dance school (15 shirts). I placed my order on 10/10, and by 10/20 I noticed that it had not been shipped yet. I reached out only to be told that they couldn't provide an ETA. This went on for a few days, and I called Zazzle to be told that they would follow up. They did ship out eventually, and 17 days later I received. This was stressful because I had 15 people relying on ME to get these shirts in on time. I didn't understand why Zazzle never reached out first, I had to follow up via email and phone daily to receive an ETA and explanation. Their customer service personnel were quick to reply and helpful --- but I'm not sure if I'd use Zazzle again because of this.
Tip for consumers:
If you are placing a large order, continue to follow up if they take too long to ship. I fortunately allowed myself 3 weeks before our event, but it still wasn't enough time for them.

This was my first experience with Zazzle and I was delighted. The birthday card I purchased was first given to me by my father when I was a teenager. I consider it a classic and they were on sale so I bought them in bulk. I added in a few more favorite cards and some postcards. Love the quality and the impeccable service.
The Sandra Boynton birthday card that became a classic in our family was 50% off so I bought them in bulk! I added in more cards and postcards, too, because I love snail mail as one way to stay in touch with family and friends.

I'll gladly give the full 5 stare rating as soon as Zazzle brings back the womens tank top in thier line up. They had them (about 1 1/2 years ago?) but took them off thier line up. I had ordered quite a few, but they only had 3 colors plus white. So I'm really hoping they can bring them back and even get more colors. They do have spagetti string type and racer back tanks, but not every one can or will wear those, I won't. I have purchased many t shirts, long sleave t shirts and sweatshirts and (the regular womens tank tops back when I could). I have gotten great service, if there was a problem Zazzle always fixed it.

I had very specific items in mind and searched the Net for them. I found Zazzle and altho I'd never heard of them before, the cost was low enough that I decided to give them a try. The ordering/checkout process was easy; my order came quickly and very well packaged. Quality of product is good. I definitely will keep Zazzle in mind.

I bought something from this site a year ago and the other day I had a $110 charge for this site. I do not believe someone swiped my card as this is the only charge and only site. I asked Zazzle to research this, gave them the order date, total and the last four of the card used. They said it would be difficult to find, this from their fraud department. Really? Not helpful at all, didn't appear they gave a damn about my concern and why should they? They got their money. I had them remove any and all data that may be there. Very unhelpful but that's the new Amerikan way.

When I ordered a pet Memorial ornament two weeks ago. And I got email from them last week and they told me that they were shipping it out and I would receive it on December 6. But I haven't gotten it. So I contacted them many times and they didn't contact the delivery company and ask what happened to my package. So I contacted the post office and I couldn't file a claim because Zazzle put insurance on it! I didn't give them permission to put insurance on my order.

I ordered a specially printed t-shirt as a birthday gift. It was a women's size small. When it arrived, even though the tag indicated in was a women's size small, it could not have been larger than a youth medium. Also, the print quality was terrible! When I spent nearly $30 to get this gift, I really expected more. I am not sure if I want to give Zazzle a chance to fix this or not. For sure, I will not order from Zazzle again and if I hear of anyone doing so, I will let them know of my experience.

Ordered custom ornaments and the picture quality was awful. I carefully positioned the picture and text but it wasn't printed properly, so the text is cut off and looks messy. Was supposed to be gifts for family but most are unusable. Picture attached is what I ordered vs. what I got

Update... was very dissatisfied with product received so I emailed zazzle. Received response same day and submitted a photo of product I purchased. They offered me a credit to their site or a complete refund. I chose refund and was very happy with their response, sadly wished their product had arrived perfect.

I placed an order for 2 polo shirts with pictures printed as a gift for Father's Day for the kids to give their grandfathers. I received one today and am so disappointed. Shirt appears to be of good quality, however, the pictures printed are horrible. Can barely see the kids faces. Wish I never ordered from this place. Now have to order something else because it's embarassing to give this as a gift.

I was attempting to pay for a personalized rubber stamp of my tripawed kitty's front paw print, we lost to cancer this month. I had such a hard time with just the check out process. The shipping charges were not applying correctly and then to find that the PayPal option was not working. I was not willing to put my CC info. On their site.
Not to mention there is no way to contact them directly. Well not at 7 P.M. PST.
So I jumped on the information superhighway and with just the tip of my claws typed in the search bar ZAZZLE Reviews.

I ordered a t-shirt that cost about 50$ on May 5th for my husband's birthday/fathers day a month and a half early thinking there will be plenty of time, still not shipped and now I see a promo code for fathers day as well! That's ironic, anyone ordering now for fathers day will not likely get this any time close to fathers day. Should've read the reviews before I ordered as I see this is a reccuring issue.

We have searched extensively for the perfect template for our business cards. I even tried (unsuccessfully) designing our own cards.
I went to the Zazzle templates and quickly found the perfect one!

I ordered several custom t-shirts from zazzle 2 years ago and they were great. Just ordered some new t-shirts and the quality was terrible. The front of the black t-shirt was faded. Looked like a iron-on transfer had been removed from the shirt. The design on the back of the shirt was near the waist line, yet the design we submitted has the design between the shoulders. Then we requested a RMA and now have to submit photos. In other words, their quality was terrible now I have to jump through hoops to return the item. Interestingly, the sent an extra t-shirt where they had smudged the ink on design to the extent the letters were not readable. Why send that to us?
