I ordered a card for my 30th wedding anniversary nine days before the event. I thought that this was plenty of time for such a simple order however it is yet to arrive. To be fair the small print does say 5 - 12 days but who a: reads the small print or b: expects anything to take that long these days. I would reccomend that you make a card yourself on the computer - as I ended up doing!

I ordered a single KEYCHAIN and 6 days later my order has not moved. No updates, nothing. Forget that I paid more for shipping than for the item. This is why most people go immediately to places like Amazon. I'm glad I didn't want to actually give it to the person I ordered it for, who knows when I'll actually see it.

The website promised expressed delivery of 2 days if I paid the extra shipping rate which I did and the invites didnt get delivered until 3 days after the promised date. Zazzle refused to refund my express delivery fee.
This company doesnt hold true to their promises and are misleading. There are other internet options available. I will never use Zazzle again.

Zazzle refused to complete my order of two shirts with a close up of my son's face saying it was a conflict of content guidelines. The shirts were to be for my two sons since their old shirts are outgrown. So ridiculous.

My first order arrived in a timely manner but of such poor quality. I don't know how it passed any quality control measures, I reached out they gave me a credit rather than a refund. They failed to provide a product that I could use, and would not give me a refund. When I went to re-order the same cards and a different finish they upcharge from the original order additional six dollars interesting. First time failed. Check in time. Increase the price. I needed the business cards for a show, they failed me. I would probably never order again. I actually sent them a copy of the business cards I received and a screenshot of what I ordered. They never recognize the poor quality job. They did stuck me with an upcharge. You

I loved my card but was a bit flabbergasted at shipping costs. I supposed there is a reason for those costs but in this day of free shipping from Amazon, paying three times the cost of the item is a bit much.

I ordered wedding programs from Zazzle and recieved them about a week before my wedding. Unfortunately, they were not the correct edit of the programs due to an error I think on my part. As a panicking Bride I frantically called the customer service line and spoke with an agent named Kathy who reassured my that it could be fixed and that I wouldn't be charged for the reprint or the express shipping, being that I had no choice but to overnight them since my wedding was in 8 days. She helped me re-edit my programs and even proofed them for me and I ended up paying nothing. They truly are a great company and the programs look amazing. I will definitely use them for any printing I need in the future. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had.

Beware. Stole $ from my bank account a month after I bought a shirt causing a $30 overdraft fee. They said I signed up for Zazzle Black but I DID NOT. After I complained they refunded the $9.95 they stole but I still owe the bank $30 for the overdraft. Ended up spending $75 on a crappy t-shirt.

The T-shirt quality was good but the emblem on the shirt was faded. I didn't return the
T-shirt because I will be out of the money for the return (shipping) and left with no product. Really disappointed because this was a gift. I removed the Facebook post that I shared also. Very skeptical about the quality for other products.

The issue was more with shipping, it said it was going to arrive the day after Mother's Day. So I had to quickly but another card for my aunt at Walgreens with the package I planned. When it did arrive I already sent my gift with the new card.

I have been struggling at work (grocery retail) with customers touching me to get my attention, being ADHD and autistic with sensory issues, and difficulties telling people to stop. Especially after it's already happened.
The big white buttons that say 'Please Don't Touch Me, I'm Autistic' were a desperation-buy, and I was a little afraid of getting harassed at work by HR and people in general.
But so far so good! I pinned it to my back shoulder where most people touch me, and it even brought attention to the issue with people who had no idea I've been really struggling.
Had exactly what I was looking for at a decent price.
Friends have ordered for Zazzle and had a great experience as well.

My band was headed to a music festival and we needed new business cards ASAP. After designing our cards (took less than 5 minutes and was a super easy and user-friendly process!), we opted to pay the extra amount for 2-day shipping (about $21 extra) since we were on such a time crunch to get the cards. The cards arrived exactly on time, and I was able to bring them with me to the music festival and to network in the way that I intended and needed to. I was very impressed with Zazzle - it was so easy to design cards to look precisely the way I envisioned them. The cards were perhaps a bit pricey, but in my mind the price was well worth it for the very high quality!

I did order a sample first, and my only complaint is cost of shipping, because I did have to pay $$$ for the single sample and then later my actual order.
