We will definitely be using this site for our upcoming and future events as well as being our friends and family. They have some really fun designs and the website is very user friendly. We found the site on Groupon and couldn't be happier with how our invitations turned out!

I just received my 4th order from Zazzle and the quality and customer service is impeccable! I had my order sent to my old address and when I reached out to zazzle, they re-made my order and sent it via express when I had originally paid for standard postage. I've been soo happy with every order and believe me I'm a hard person to impress! Can't wait to order again and again!

My wife ordered a shirt from Zazzle and it is too small for my nephew. We have tried repeatedly to get an RMA by calling and waiting on hold for inordinate amounts of time to no avail. We have emailed and gotten no response. The shirt was of good quality and delivery was quick. We just cannot get customer service! We were going to give this as a Christmas gift but I don't believe I will get a response in time...
I was contacted by Zazzle after posting and they are working to solve the problem. I will upgrade the stars for service and returns. Hopefully I receive the shipment as promised. Response to the issue after the review was prompt. If not satisfied I will revise! Way to step up Zazzle.
Tip for consumers:
It's a crap shoot with service and returns. So far, I am crapping out!
Given time and review, they will work to fix the problems.

I placed my order the day after my son was born. I called them 4 days after expected delivery and the item wasn't even ready. They said it would be expedited and would ship that day or the next... THREE days later NOTHING! I canceled and now waiting for money to be returned. This has been absolutely horrible horrible! I wish I read all these negative reviews before ordering.

I downloaded an old family photo for the Save the Date Family Reunion Post cards. They were fantastic. The paper quality was heavy. I am so pleased with the quick service & the quality of the product.

It was an absolute blast creating this card. Just remember folks…. The invites don't matter. Don't spend all your time and effort for just ONE DAY! Focus your time and effort on the marriage. Not the wedding.

Zazzle is my go to site for business cards, custom products, etc. They are easy to access if there is a problem and they always come through to make us, the customer, satisfied. My fiancé and I ordered Save the Dates from Zazzle. It was our first time using them, based off some research we did. Turns out, they're amazing! We had been using Shuttterfly, an although they're good, they're so much more expensive. With Zazzle, we got BEAUTIFUL cards for an amazing price. Planning weddings are hard. But, with Zazzle, all of our stationary, invitations, and more will be beautiful and financially great. Thanks Zazzle for making this so easy.

I ordered baseball themed invitations for my son's Bar Mitzvah. They were very easy to customize with my own wording and they were available in multiple sizes. I ordered multiple versions of the large size invitation as well as smaller response cards. All of the envelopes were included. And they arrived within a week! I am very happy with my experience at Zazzle.

I had no issues with my order, however the partnership with the USPS is annoying to me. My order arrived at my local post office which is 5 mins from my home. I then have to wait another day for it to be delivered to my home.

I bought a Groupon and ordered 75 Christmas cards on Nov. 27th. Still have not received them. This is after 2 emails that were not acknowledged and 2 phone calls (that were both 50 minutes long). AVOID this co.! On the first phone call they said they were going to expedite my cards, today they told me my cards were in production... nearly 3 weeks after I ordered the cards.

I ordered facemasks on May 8,2020. Here we are on June 17th and still no order, Zazzle had no problem placing the charge on credit card on May 8th. I emailed to ask about the status, and I received a response that basically said we'll let you know when it ships. That's unacceptable. I have requested a refund. Do not do business with Zazzle.
