I just ordered first set of special occasion invitations. I can't wait to send them to my guests!
I found that it was important to re-check the info on the card. Each time I edited the Details of the invitations, I found it was necessary to "Add it to my order" and then I had to remove the previous version from my order. This was a bit confusing.
I look forward to receiving my order- which includes the envelopes by the way, and write another review.

What a great company to work with. I had made a mistake on my baby shower invites and Marta went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to order stickers or something to correct the mistake, but I was able to get a credit for my order to reorder and correct the issue. Thank you so much Marta and Zazzle. This was the first time I ordered a customized item from Zazzle. I needed some assistance from a computer techie to customize but the result is amazing. I had ordered aprons for three close friends who threw a baby shower for my daughter. The aprons are of superior quality and the customization is perfect.

My first order I did for my invites I messed up and I frantically went to the website to see how I could fix it. It was so nice to find a step by step process to fix my mistake. And then my invites ended up arriving earlier than what was stated so that's always nice!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Zazzle. The invitations I ordered look exactly how I designed them on the website. I was also extremely happy with how fast they came in. I ordered them on Friday and they were in by Wednesday. I would highly recommend ordering invitations from Zazzle!

On 12/03/2017, I placed an order on Zazzle. On 12/11/2017, I received another customer's order from Zazzle instead of my order. On 12/11/2017, I submitted an online inquiry to Zazzle regarding the issue. On 12/12/2017, I received an e-mail response from Zazzle indicating my order would be re-processed and sent ASAP. On 12/18/2017, I still had not received a shipment notification, so I e-mailed Zazzle to follow-up on the status. I received an e-mail response from Zazzle indicating my order was still being processed. On 12/19/2017, I called Zazzle and was informed that my order was still being processed.
I would just like to receive the items I ordered by the end of this week. That is all. The product description indicates it is supposed to be ready to ship within 3 business days. It has been over 6 business days since Zazzle was notified that they sent me another customer's order and I am still waiting for Zazzle to ship my order. It has been a frustrating experience.

I ordered a sign which included a drop down list to order the stand for the sign as well. I did do that, but I think that part of the order failed. I received the sign which was fine but not the stand. They refused to send me a stand without another sign order. Surely I am not the only one this has happened to; very disappointed they could not make a customer happy.

Their customer service is top notch. They resolved a problem above and beyond my request. I had an issue with the shipping address, and instead of reshipping when the item was returned by the post office, they remade the item and expedited the shipping. The CSR was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the email correspondence was timely. Would gladly do business with them again.

What I love about Zazzle is the excellent quality of the products and the ease to customize the products. Anytime I have needed help they are prompt and very helpful. I have bought from Zazzle over and over and I am happy with each order. I am disabled and it makes gift shopping so easy for me plus I can have my gifts mailed directly to whoever I bought it for - even internationally.

The website made it easy to create the cards and customize them. The cards arrived before the estimated delivery date. Lastly, the cards are as durable, shiny, and beautiful as I imagined them to be. I had a great experience with Zazzle.

The ordering process was easy. I found the baby shower invitations I liked and typed in the personalized information I wanted guests to know. I went on to select all the standard offerings. The card looked great on the screen, and I was excited about my order. But when my invitations arrived, I noticed they were much smaller than what was portrayed on the website and the font was also very small. I am planning to still use these invitations since I paid a good price for them, but I was disappointed in the discrepancy of what I saw when I placed my order versus what I got when I received my order.
I loved the variety of designs offered for baby shower invitations.

I ordered business cards that looked great on the website. They were not near the quality pictured online when they arrived. The print quality was terrible. I am not happy with the business cards especially since they were more on the expensive side.

I had a small order of only 10 invitations and was pleased that Zazzle could do the small order. Quality of the paper was of good quality. I was able to customize my invitation yet using suggestions from Zazzle. And was shipped to me within a week.
