I had to give a big up to the *******@zazzle_inc for taking care of me! My order was way behind and they gave me a credit for the amount of my purchases! For being so late. Carey I believe was the one who helped me! Excellent customer service! Quality products very happy!

Wasn't sure about ordering my Save The Dates cards. Was contemplating on making them myself. I took a chance and placed my order. I received my order sooner then expected. Great quality! Great work! Simply live them! Planning on ordering my Wedding Invitations as well.
Chose Zazzle because of their large selection. Also, I've ordered personalized ornaments from them before. Great quality!

Ordered a personalised clock from Zazzle. Cheap shoddy and very poor quality. When tried to refund, no trace of my order. Apparently I had ordered from American Zazzle so I had to call them. Issued a refund but wouldn't recommend these people.

Each poster I ordered was from a different artist and were different sizes, small and large. But all of them arrived in poor quality. One poster was a detailed world map. The only legible words are the large country and city names. Another poster was a periodic table, with each side cropped off and chunks of ink missing. The third was a botanical mushroom poster that was super blurry. The last was a solar system chart with the top cropped off.
In Zazzles promotional emails, they say satisfaction is guaranteed. But when I sent them pictures and asked for a refund, I was begrudgingly offered a credit of the sale price I paid so I can apply that to order the posters again at FULL PRICE. Yes, they want more money to replace them!
When I asked how I could be sure I wouldn't get more blurriness and cropping, they offered to have someone actually look at the posters before shipping them this time!
Never again will I shop there!

Ordered three specialty ties from Zazzle. When they arrived, they were a bit too wide for my husband's taste. They also had a hard starchy feel to them. When I requested a RMA number, the customer service department totally took care of me! This is a totally awesome company! Very customer service oriented! I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered a shirt i designed and it was to small but it was an XL ans that is what i normally wear. I called the rep was so sweet and said she would take care of that for me. Well the second shirt which was an XXL still did not fit. I called and the next rep sent me an email to help me find a shirt that would be true to fit. The invites are super cute. The only thing was that I messaged the artist right after I ordered the invites asking to add a zipcode because the sample looked weird with it. I didn't get a message back until after they shipped saying I would have to cancel the order and re order. Which was ridiculous.
I previously ordered a notebook as a gift and loved it. I don't think I would order invites again.

After my initial review I was contacted by Diona <Thank you for contacting me and keeping me up dated> I received an e-mail about my shirt being sent out on June 2nd! I received the shirt today, June 3rd, via UPS... there was just one problem. It was the wrong shirt. Luckily, the name was correct but I had ordered a Baby American Apparel 3/4 Sleeve Raglan T-Shirt, colored blue... but received a plain white shirt instead.
It's way too late to try to send it back and try again as my son's birthday party is next week. Over all I'm still not that impressed considering the order was placed on the 7th... of May. :/

I placed an order on the 7th of May. I emailed on the 22nd to check the status of the shirt to see if it would make it by my deadline of June 5th for my son's first birthday. I was emailed a generic response. I know this was a generic response as I received the same response when I emailed again on the 28th. Both emails said: "We sincerely apologize for the delay on your current Zazzle order.
We have contacted our production team for an update and we are working diligently with them to produce your order. Please know we will continue to monitor your order to ensure it ships out as quickly as possible.
In the meantime we have upgraded your shipping to a faster method as a courtesy to you (at no extra charge). Once your order ships, please disregard the automated email you will receive referring to your original shipping method. That shipping email will only confirm the shipment of your order, but will not properly reflect the shipping upgrade that has been applied to the package.

We ordered wedding invitations. We received someone's 50th anniversary cards instead. Zazzle takes your money and does not get back to you. We called a douzen times and stayed on hold for an hour each time. No body answers the phone. This site is a scam!

I order a t-shirt from Zazzle. I paid £15 for delivery! But it was express so that's ok I guess. So £30 in total as t-shirt was about £15
Got the order, and now have been sent an invoice from Zazzle for $21.82. Nothing on the invoice to say what it relates to, but a quick goggle says it is import fees!
SO BEWARE! The price you pay at the till is not the real price, you will be hit be a 2nd invoice for import fees, though this was never mentioned at anytime when browsing the site or placing the order.
I have raised a case with the customer service team but by looking at these reviews I don't expect a response soon. As I ordered to my work address, work are now chasing me for payment. SNEEKY.
Do not order from here as they have hidden fees. All together including the new invoice the t-shirt was NOT worth it.

I was looking for done kind of fun little thing to send my daughter for Social Worker Month in March. I searched "gifts social workers" and was really intrigued by what Zazzle showed. Hadn't tried them previously, but nice site, well-organized, gave me nothing but what I searched for. I found some reslly cute buttons she could wear at the pediatric medical center where she works. They were sobreseía belt priced I got her give different ones, so she has one for each day of her work week. Shipping was quick, with items arriving well-packed and intact.
When I Google-searched “social worker gifts,” Zazzle showed some really clever and cute items that caught my interest.

The wedding invitations I designed and ordered were finished and delivered early. The cards were exactly as I order them.
A small issue had to do with the size of the font. My fiancé and my family's have some elderly members that will not be able to read the font because it was too small when printed.
The only true negative about the experience was the placement of my delivery, and that is the mail service not Zazzle.
My sister-in-law recommended it.

I will think twice on how to size a shirt, and I did look on the size chart, but it still seems small for a woman, more like a Jr. Or teen size shirt

The luggage tag I ordered & received is fine. My complaint is with the so-called "expedited" delivery fee ($14.99) I was charged. The supposed delivery time was 2 days from manufacture, but it was more than a week since I received a e-mail telling me the item was READY TO SHIP. Not very expeditious in my mind, and cetainly not worth that high a fee. I'll think twice before ordering from Zazzle again.

The item I ordered was taking a bit long to be made, so I sent an email to customer service expressing my concern that I needed the item by Christmas. Within one hour the customer service team kindly replied and upgraded my shipping to "next day air." My item was shipped today and will be here on the 20th!

I read a couple reviews on this site about Zazzle products prior to ordering. So, I was very hesitant to order from them. However, with the price of cards being so low, I felt I didn't have too much to lose if they weren't very good.
Boy am I glad I did! I ordered cards from Zazzle to ask my bridesmaids if they would be in my wedding. They came out absolutely GORGEOUS! The colors, the writing, everything on them was exactly as it showed online. I was also impressed with the quality of the card, (thick cardstock). The company also sent me an envelope for each card, which I was expecting.
I love my cards so much that I plan to order wedding invitations with them as well!

I ordered some 40th Anniversary party invitations (black with light grayish-white lettering) and could not be any happier. This was my first time ordering with Zazzle and based on some of the negative reviews I was a little scared to order from them, but I really liked what I saw online. No regrets. The 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 square anniversary invites I chose, were a nice sturdy card stock, and had a rich black matte color and the lettering was crisp and clean. Very classy. I have already received compliments from some of our invitees who called in to RSVP.
Also would like to say "thank you" to Peter in customer service who helped expedite my order arrival date. Will order from them again.

Ordered in stock items that were scheduled to be delivered by December 15th. Sent several emails by December 20th and received zero response. Waited online for hours to finally speak with someone December 22nd and was told sorry order won't be on time for Christmas but maybe the week after. The only compensation they offered was free shipping. Don't waste your money if you want something on time. Terrible customer service

I just tried setting up an account and it was impossible! I must've reset my account password about 5 times. Finally, when trying to set up a store name, nothing I came up with was acceptable. I was instructed to use letters and numbers and even when my store name only had letters in it, it still wasn't accepted. Definitely NOT USER FRIENDLY! I'll use someone else. This was a waste of over an hour of my time!

I purchased 2 items 20 days before I needed them, one item arrived on the 18th day and I am still waiting for the other item. I paid extra to have it delivered earlier to ensure I met the required date, however they were unable to meet either date with the delivery of my items. I have tried to reach out to them, however No one has responded to my email. I tried calling, however, due to the call volume and Covid -19, they are unable to take your call and suggest you leave a message.
Even trying to write this review, i am going through a third party, with the hopes, someone else wont make the same mistake I did.
I will never recommend this site and I suggest all Veteran's avoid it like the plaque.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid like the plague!!!!! It isn't worth the time or hassle, when they don't deliver on their promise.
