I ordered 2 customized coffee mugs for a 50th Anniversary gift. The order arrived within five days even though I live all the way across the United States from Zazzle's location! Very impressed with the product and HIGHLY impressed with the speed with which it was delivered! I will definitely use Zazzle again if the need arises.

I will never order from this company again. I received the wrong invitations and my account was charged for this wrong order. I called and was on hold for over an hour and was first told that if they sent the wrong invitations they would not have charged my account. Wrong! I had the invoice in my hand. I was told that they would refund my account but that it could take 7-21 business days! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Horrible customer service.

Created and memory board, and the board delivered was absolutely perfect! Grateful for how customizable these boards are as well! Plenty of options for the number of photos, mix of small as well as multiple large photos (rather than one large photo). In addition, the wording is 100% customizable. Truly turned out perfect and delivery was faster than estimated!

I am very disappointed with the custom Return Address labels that I purchased from Zazzle.com! The print is very small and the US Marine Lt. Colonel logo is so small that you cannot distinguish the insignia or the lettering. It looked much larger on the website. There is plenty of room on the label to make the print & the logo larger. I will not reorder and recommend that you not waste your money on this Zazzle prduct.

Order the smallest quantity possible until you are sure you are satified with the product.

Love the business cards not happy with the shipping issue. I sent an email about this and wasn't really happy with the response which said you did not deliver on Saturdays. (I had paid extra for fast shipping) I then order a different business card with regular shipping and this was sent UPS and it was delivered on Saturday! I don't really understand other then I feel like I was not treated fairly on the cost of shipping the 1st set of cards.

Using Zazzle was so easy. Customizing was a breeze. I even found that I could add additional text fields, change the fonts and text size. The artwork is beautiful. The order arrived exactly when it was supposed to and looks exactly as expected. I highly recommend using Zazzle!

As this was my first experience with Zazzle I called customer service with shipping questions as I needed my Wedding Invites ASAP & was nervous about timing. The Agent Joe explained both the standard options and Zazzle black and was very articulate and knowledgeable about the products. I decided to do go with Zazzle black. My shower invitations are beautiful! Thank you! I also appreciated that they arrived the day they were promised. I was a little worried about them because my mailman bent the package to shove them in my mailbox, but the invitations were fine. Perhaps use a package that will more easily slip in a standard roadside mailbox?
I had previously ordered invitations on Etsy and they never arrived and I could get no response from the seller. By the time I realized they weren't coming, I was two weeks late getting invitations ordered. I not only liked Zazzle's ability to show me the edited invitation, but the option to rush them.

I recently ordered my save the dates through Zazzle. I am not new to the company and have always had a good experience. I also recently moved and didnt update my address. My order was shipped to the old address and while it should have been forwarded, it got lost. I called customer service and spoke with Oskar. He was amazing! He explained that its policy to resend the order to prevent me waiting any longer for the product to arrive. He was even able to get two-day shipping. I never expected this kind of customer service. I am beyond happy with Zazzle and will be recommending their services to my friends and family!

I ordered a 90th Birthday Gift throw pillow that I was able to customize myself. It turned out beautiful! It was such a smooth process, and it was delivered a day earlier than expected, which was wonderful. I would suggest Zazzle to my family, and friends, for sure!

My order was "shipped" on the 20th of December 2016. It is now the 12th of Jan 2017 and still nothing. I totally understand the holiday period but emailed to check that my product had been sent and to ask if this was normal for the holiday period. Still no reply. Extremely slack, no contact and disappointed. Hoping I either receive my product or a refund!

If there were zero starts I would have gone with that. This has absolutely been the worst service I have received from any company, ever. I cannot believe they can run a company like they do. I paid almost 30 extra dollars to have them express shipped and they are more than one week late. The worst part being that the lady in customer service continues to lie to me about when my order will be here. ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I found this website for a personalized balloon for my mom. I couldn't believe that it was a site that sold these types of things. I was so excited to attach this personalized balloon to my presents. To ensure that I would receive the balloon by Mother's Day, I ordered the balloon on April 30,2021 and even paid a little extra to have it arrive on time. My order had the balloon to be delivered on May 6,2021. Today is Mother's Day 2021 and no balloon, update or anything. Of course, I tried to call Zazzle to inquire and they were closed. Now in all honesty, I will not act like this is my first online purchase mishap. However, the balloon was for my dead mother and for this being my first time ordering with Zazzle, the first impression has been compromised with the failure to deliver on time and permanently damaged because of communication or lack there of. This was my first, last and Never Again with this site.

I searched for the perfect wedding invites for months until I found ceremony and reception invitations and RSVP cards on Zazzle for a great price. Everything was super easy to customize and we are so impressed with the quality of the products.

I ordered baby shower invitations from them and when I received them, the printing was awful. I gave them a chance to redo the invitations and have them sent to me, waited 5 days for this process to take place, only to find out they never sent the invitations at all. I ordered them from another company and had to pay rush shipping of $20 to get them to me because the baby shower date was fast approaching, and asked zazzle to reimburse me and they wouldn't. They did reimburse me for my order with them, but still fell short in my eyes because they not only wasted my money, but my time as well. They just can't seem to follow through on anything and their product was awful.

I received the wrong order. When I did receive the correct order, the embroidery was crooked on the hat and the stitching wasn't cleaned up very well. Customer service was friendly, but at no time did they offer a discount or apology despite the errors. Will not use Zazzle again.

I recently reviewed www.zazzle.com and was pretty harsh. I had ordered my stuff for delivery for the holidays, but it was not delivered in time. I wrote a review on this site and got a response from Zazzle.
They overnighted my order to me and credited my card for the full order! They said it might take a couple of weeks for me to receive my credit; however, it was there within two business days. Even though I did not receive it on time, I still received my order in time to give it to the kids just a couple of days after the holidays. I was very pleased with the quality of my order. The graphics were good, and the shirts were Beefy Haynes, which I consider to be good quality shirts. I have ordered shirts from some other locations, and they were super thin and cheap.
The bottom line is that even though the order was late, they did a good job of taking care of me. I am going to give them another chance; however, I will place my order even earlier if it is a holiday order.

Very pleased with the website, had really great items from t-shirts to accessories. This is a site I bookmarked to use for shopping for the holidays since there are so many great items and I many people to shop for and at times it is hard to find their interests and this site seems to have it all.

Bought a poster - simple enough right?
Instead of being a high quality print of the original map, it's an image of an image of an image. I wasn't expecting perfection, but I can't believe something this pathetic is out there.
On top of that they have a 100% Guarantee, "We promise 100% satisfaction, If you don't absolutely love it we'll take it back!"
Okay, well I didn't like it so I contacted them to get an RMA number and let them know I wasn't pleased. They tell me they want a picture of the poster... why? I literally just opened it 5 minutes ago, was appalled and immediately wrote to have it returned. Is the 100% satisfaction guarantee not mine to make? I'm not satisfied, so I don't want it.
So instead of continuing with their process (honestly, I don't need the $30, I'm not destitute) I'm just going to let people know to stay far away from their posters. They're terrible, you'd have to be half blind to be pleased with their quality.
