I placed an order for an ornament as a Christmas gift. Order placed December 6 and shipped out December 8. I have to send this out to someone when it gets here. Needless to say it will not arrive before Christmas. Very disappointing. I wouldn't have placed the order but the company promised fast shipping. Contacted them but haven't heard back yet.

NEVER BUY from ZAZZLE
Worst company ever! Ordered a special banner for daughters graduation a month before event. Paid $16 extra for shipping so would be sure to arrive on plenty of time. They just could not deliver. Was told they were busy. Started to make 2 days before event. Then abruptly sent an email canceling my order! The email they sent did not even offer an apology... NOTHING. I week later still no refund. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a hot mess. You should apologize to my Graduate!

I'm so angry, if zazzle cannot deliver quality and a product exactly as the one in the picture they should not do that. My card look like I printed my self. Not metallic, not relief logo. Instead of rose Gold, I got ugly pink with gray shadows. BEWARE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Plus their website doesn't even allow costumers to write real reviews. I order the best silk paper but not even that was true. And the Gold logo only looks ok in the picture from ur camara phone, in real is totally flat not Gold and bad printed

I like the design but I did not check the size and they were much smaller than expected. I thought they would be standard invitation size but they were 3.5in by 5in which made the writing so small it is difficult to read.

Not only did they take FOREVER (today was last estimated day. End of day b4 a long weekend in Canada. So Im rightly screwex now) and I choose faster shipping! I now am faced with attending a huge Rally to hand out plain business cards (If I wanted plain paper cards I could have done Vistaprint or Staples for 9.99 in 48 hours! I, m just livid! I paid over 52 bucks for 200 MAGNET businesscards. I got 200 Plain cards. With a nasty blue line on back! Thankfully I went through Paypal :)) . The kicker. No response to my messeges as yet. And Ive been on HOLD over 20 minutes. To put the Cherry on the cake!

I was able to purchase a customized speck case for an iPhone 4s. The only thing I am not happy with is that the picture was placed on fabric and adhered to the case. I did not realize the fabric would not be covered too to protect the image and to keep it looking good longer.

I placed an order for 14 masks on 04/21/2020, charged my credit card on 04/22/20 for $230. Should arrive between May 9th and 11th. As of today May 26th, no masks and when I track my order they haven't even been shipped. I emailed support team on 05/18/2020 - advised 2 to 3 business day response... they don't respond. Called today 05/26/2020 during their 3 hour window and sat on hold for 28 minutes to receive a message they were having technical difficulties and disconnected my call. Called back and received a busy signal. I officially reached my snapping point and called my credit card company and I am disputing the charge! I will NEVER order from them again and I actually liked some of their things but they completely let their customers during a difficult time. You can keep the masks now I had to go purchase other ones from Mother Bee Maternity and they were GREAT quality, $5 per mask and I received them very quickly.

Ok, so UPS lost my rush Zazzle business card order. I panicked as I was leaving for a business conference (in 2 days) and UPS said they would investigate and have an update in 8-10 days. Uhhhh... No help there. I called Zazzle customer support and had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony. I could tell that he really cared about my problem and wanted do everything he could to help me. He put in a rush order for me and overnighted my cards (at no charge to me... WOW!). My cards arrived the night before my trip. Thank you, Zazzle! You have earned my loyalty 100%. I urge all to shop Zazzle! Btw... this is not a company plant - this is my real story. :)

I paid extra for 2 day shipping and didn't receive my order for over a week later. I asked for a refund on my shipping and over numerous back and forth emails, the company refused to refund my shipping since I signed up for the zazzle black service. I would think since I paid for the membership, they would take care of this manner. Instead I canceled my member and will never order from this company again. They cant even provide a phone number to contact anyone, you have to do it through email. Horrible customer service! Avoid ordering from this company!

I ordered some pre-designed novelty shirts for a holiday party. They came within just a few days. Very fast shipping! The shirts were a hit at the party so, I was ultimately happy however, the cut of the female shirt was a bit uncomfortable. The neck line came up very high and it was a bit stiff. Also, the coloring was a bit off from how it looked on line. The RED in it looked traditional on line but, came more of a maroon. Overall, I'm pleased with my Zazzle shirts and would certainly order from them again!

Package was last in transit. Zazzle agreed and told me to confirm address and they would put a RUSH on the item with their production team. Confirmed address immediately. This product took 2 days to ship originally, now for the replacement item RUSH we are on the third day with no word yet when it will ship. Two parts of the order arrived perfectly. The other, that I needed today, is still LOST IN TRANSIT. As I was told by the USPS 3 days ago.

I received my wedding invitations in a timely matter however, the envelopes my order came with were completely different from the proof that was sent to me so I was disappointed. The proof invitation and envelope was elegant and good materiel and the envelopes sent to me when I purchased my order were thin, cheap looking and had the "Zazzle" watermark on them and the proof did not so it was a surprise for me and a little disappointing. I couldn't return them as I was cutting it short on time and needed to send out invitations asap.

The Zazzle site was incredibly user friendly. When my item arrived, the quality was great, but the text was hard to see because of the colors I had chosen (completely my fault). Zazzle honored their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee without queston, and the representative was extremely friendly and helpful. I am so pleased with Zazzle. I ordered my baby shower invitations with a Groupon offer. They weren't the color I thought they were when I received them, so I wanted to go ahead and return them. I emailed customer service and I heard a response within 24 hours. Not only did they refund me and activate my Groupon code again, but they did not need me to send the old invites me. Easily the best customer service and company there is when it comes to returns and quality!

I had a great experience with your Customer Service Rep. She was very helpful in guiding me through the process of ordering my Son's B-day Invitations. The only issue I had was ordering on my own... it wasn't real clear how to fix an issue with the wording hence I called Customer Service and they walked me through it.

My experience was terrible. I ordered around 300 invitations in my full order and you only sent me 170 envelopes for my invites. On top of that they were missing invites and rsvp cards. I contacted you and you sent the invites but again no envelopes. I wish I didnt choose this company. The customer service is very poor and didnt even give me a personal call. I dont ever want to shop here again. Good thing I ordered early or else I wouldnt have wedding invites to send out. I would like to continue ordering for my wedding but Im not confident I will get my product at all or even on time. My account really should be credited in addition for the inconvienience and my time.
