My experiences have all been positives. I order alot from them and I like how you can customize. On those rare occasions that I recieved something misprinted, all I had to do was contact their customer service who always either replaces the item or credited my account. All without the hassle of me having to make a trip to the post office to return something.

The invitations were gorgeous. HOWEVER, the day after I had ordered my items that had come out to 140$, I received a coupon for 50% off of my order. Considering their "100% satisfaction guaranteed", I messaged customer service and asked that the coupon be applied to my previous order. I also asked to be reimbursed the difference. I was told that they could apply the coupon but that they wouldn't reimburse the difference to me in the original form of payment. Instead they would only give me credit to buy from them again. So mUch for "100% satisfaction guaranteed". I will buy from them again only to use up my credit. After that, I will purchase future items elsewhere and do not recommend them.

I placed an order with Zazzle on 9/14/23 with express shipping and was assured by customer service that I would have my program fans for my 9/22/23 wedding on 9/20/23. Well that didn't happen. My wedding was on 9/22/23 at 3:00pm and the programs were delivered to my house on 9/22/23 at 7pm. I'm so disappointed at this point I really wanted the program fans since my wedding was outside. This would have been a great addition. So now I have 200 fans and for what.

I ordered program fans for my wedding but I did not use them because they arrive while my wedding was going on instead 2 days before my wedding like I was assured I would get since I paid for express shipping.

Book of Shadows binder, image not centered. 6 mm white stripe from top to bottom that looks to be to be the original color of the total binder. I've waited all week for a response from gloriagypsy. What a waste of money. Color is faded, not like the picture of the item I paid for.

I am happy with Zazzle. I like making invites and cards. So easy to navigate, to upload images and to design my own. Their backgrounds are so varied and beautiful! And overall quality is truly amazing. Delivery time is excellent. And their prices are reasonable. I will be keeping my membership with them!

They have by far the most unsatisfactory customer service support. I wasn't pleased with their product and asked for them to send corrected ones and they wanted me to jump through hoops to get the items back to them and then wait to have better non-damaged items that had been corrected sent to me. Needless to say I didn't have that much time. I then was tricked into purchasing the Zazzle Black 2-days shipping. I called trying to get it fixed and they could care less. So now I try to use this $40 shipping membership and come to find out it is only 2 days AFTER the product is manufactured! It can be 7 to 10 days for the product to be manufactured THEN 2 days to get to you. Not worth it!

I ordered invitations for my housewarming party and i was beyond happy with the product i received. The price was great due to Zazzle having sales almost everyday! I made the choice to use an existing design and customize the wording to my liking/event. The quality of this product was wonderful and my guests loved them!

I spent several hours designing custom products only to find out the day before I needed them that the order was mysteriously canceled. The people I spoke to were unapologetic and unwilling to assist. I will never use them again.

I placed an order for invitations and added extra envelopes to the order in error. Zazzle was very helpful with canceling the order for the extra envelops. Since they ended up shipping with the order anyway Zazzle issued me a credit and told me that I do not have to return the envelopes.

Ordered 2 keyrings in august never recieved them emailing back and forth apparently they have been shipped twice! I was offered shipping refund didnt happen i was offered full refund didnt happen. I fully belive them to be a scam website the only good reviews are clearly robots or fake the company should be closed down ripping people off

I was trying to order a pair of custom made Daisy High Tops shoes for my girlfriend for an upcoming music festival, but I was having difficulty getting the customization right. Carey very kindly and patiently walked me through the customization process, made sure I had the shoes exactly as I wanted them, and he even gave me a discount code to lower the cost of Premium shipping to ensure that the shoes arrive before the festival. I have had 4 orders with Zazzle. The first was fine. The last 2 were horrible. The wrong size that I had to replace. By the time customer svs returned my email, it was too late. They never offered to refund the money. I then did a poster. There was a spelling mistake. My fault. I wrote an email asking to modify (they offered that svs) I received a return email stating it was too late to modify. Why offer it? They asked if I wanted to cancel. I asked to cancel. Guess, what, it's too late to cancel. Sixty dollars down the drain. I will have to do it all over again. Their customer service is the worst. It's horrible. They shouldn't call it customer svs they do nothing to help customers. I give it 2 stars bc my first order back in 2014 was right.

If there is ANY problem or question with your order, & most likely there will be, they do not return emails and never, ever, ever pick up the phone.
When you think you've ordered the perfect gift, pay EXTRA for fast shipping and it doesn't show up, how on earth do they stay in business? Since my dilemma I've read 100's of horrible customer nightmares... my only wish is that I had read them BEFORE I got screwed.

I was worried that printing quality wouldn't be very good, but was SO pleased when it arrived. Excellent quality, the order arrived days before expected, and I love that I was able to customize the post card. I used it as a menu card and had the menu printed on the back. Very happy with everything!

From the get go the whole process is seamless. You pick from the myriad of design templates and then type your info in and the templates show's you real time looks and then allow you to edit.This is the 2nd time I've used Zazzle and would definitely recommend to anyone..
I google searched business cards and after looking thru a couple of websites, Zazzle was the winner.

Spotted a t-shirt I liked, bookmarked it. 2 months later when money was better, ordered it. They then immediately cancelled the order and refunded my money with some nonsense about not being licensed for the product which they HAD BEEN SELLING FOR MONTHS.
Total waste of time, and the losers won't even delete my unwanted account- just keep insulting my intelligence with garbage about "looking forward to delighting me with great products in the future." Yeah, not gonna happen. Fool me once, shame on you- fool me twice, shame on me. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and they made theirs by cancelling my first and only order.

I ordered t-shirts on December 8th with a delivery date between Dec 15th-19th. There was never any tracking information available, so I tried calling customer service several times was well as emailing them. I waited on hold for more than 30 minutes each time I called. On the last attempt, I waited 35 minutes for a customer service rep to tell me that I would not be receiving the product before Christmas but "sometime" in January. There was never any attempt to let me know this ahead of time so that I may have found what I wanted elsewhere. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

After I looked I realizedI had misspelled a street name Ivan help me cancel my order from today and fix the error I got the new invites ordered and he even helped my with shipping. He was very knowledgeable

The cards are great. The shipping was fast too. The only issue I had was the configurating of the app it's self. The name on the sample card would not go away, so I had to delete and create a new template.
It was affordable and the styles were nice.

I placed an order for two shirts and mistakenly ordered one of them Large instead of XL. I emailed Zazzle and has a response the next day from Aisling asking for the correct size. I responded, and the day after that I was emailed a notice that the replacement was on its way, free of charge and free shipping. I wasn't even asked to send back the original, for a mistake I made. Shipping and service were fast enough that time combined for original and replacement was just over a week. I am impressed enough to leave this review on all major review sites, as I believe excellent service deserves a great review. Thank you so much to Aisling, and the rest of the support staff involved.

I ordered graduation cards for my son's graduation as a Doctor from zazzle.co.uk for delivery to the UK. Although I searched the website, it did not inform me that the cards were manufactured in California, It is now over a week AFTER the graduation and the cards have not arrived. I also contacted the Zazzel Customer Service through the website to find out where the cards were manufactured as they were so late - it took them a week to email me a reply. Very poor service - don't order from Zazzle

I ordered a framed canvas print from the costing 292.34 We are not wealthy people so this was a big purchase as we're trying to decorate our new little house.
So, it came terribly dark, super pixelated, the crappiest frame job ever and they said they could refund the money but not the shipping so we said, ok, knowing because it was a large print, it would be pretty expensive.
It would cost $200 to ship back...
I wrote their customer service and they said they couldn't refund the shipping, it's only if items were damaged in shipping.
So, tomorrow I'm throwing a $300 framed print in the trash, boo.
*An update is that they finally decided to give us a refund so that is nice. I think also on their site now they list if something is too small for blowing up which they didn't have before. So be careful with ordering prints but we are thankful that we are able to have the damaged product refunded!

Zazzle rejected my design on the basis of copyright infringement, which I understand.
However, I wrote a short, concise, specifically-worded request for guidance in how to bring my design in to compliance, and they REFUSE TO ANSWER or even acknowledge the email.
This is beyond comprehension. I recommend that everyone avoid this company altogether unless you enjoy being kicked around by shoddy customer service.
