I had been looking for a guest book with sunflowers on it to use at my Mom's memorial service and was having no luck. Not only was I able to get a guest book with sunflowers on it but I was able to add a picture of my Mom on it too. It turned out beautiful... much better than I had expected it to be and the price was amazing. I couldn't even get a plain book for the price I was able to the the one from Zazzle for with all I wanted on the front of it. And service was FAST! I would definitely use this site again.

I ordered invites for my husband's 80th birthday party. I found the Zazzle site easy to use, easy to modify the invite, ordering simple and clear and the invites came within 1 week. I am very happy, thank you.

Designed a custom mug for a friend and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The designer interface takes a moment to understand, but provides a lot of options. The quality of the mug came out better than I expected!

Zazzle said they would cancel my order if they did not hear back from me with official documentation. Didn't have time for that, so I ordered from somewhere else trusting they had actually canceled and then got my Zazzle order and charge. I had paid for expedited shipping so that wasn't cheap. No problem with the item itself.

We got our Save The Dates printed here. Far Far exceeded our expectations on print quality. Laser perfect. Brilliant colors. The paper quality was true quality papaer and the delivery time for 250 card (plus envelopes) was just a couple of days. The envelopes were just plain white though. They were nice and of good quality, but were just plain white. Mad love for this site.

I ordered a Christmas ornament from this company. The ornament was "Joy to the World Funny Trump Mugshot Ceramic Ornament." I ordered it and paid for it. I received an email very shortly. The email explained to me that Zazzle considered the ornament improper and therefore, would refund my money and cancel the order. I am very upset about this! Why was it listed for sale on the site if they weren't going to sell it? Ann Scott

I ordered business cards and gift cards from them which is the worst quality EVER so thin and bad quality! They have their fake "if you don't love it return it" motto but you have to get an RA and it's impossible to get hold of anyone I've sent two emails and phoned and phoned but nothing? I had to create this post in hopes that a customer service representative would care enough to contact me so I can send this S#it back! STAY AWAY

I was able to easly customize my "Save the Date" for the Bachelorette to the Actual Bachelorette Invitations as well as to the Bridal Shower invitations for an entire suite. Nice paper, nice printing and they arrived faster than expected. I do wish zazzle offered envelope liners, they are such a nice touch to customize an invitation. Maybe in the future?
My daughter has been using them and recommended.

I ordered a shirt from them that came in wrong. It cost me $21 dollars. I wrote them an email. No Response. I chatted with someone who said they were going to give me a credit. He only gave me a $14 dollar credit. I emailed them again to ask about the $14 dollar credit when I paid $21 dollars. No response again. Chatted again with someone who basically told me they couldn't do anything and I just had to reorder and pay the extra money. So. In the end. I had to pay another $13 dollars to get a shirt that came in wrong in the first place.

Do NOT order from them. I ordered on 11/15 and the order was supposed to come to me by 11/21 or 11/22. I emailed on 11/21 and the response was we will escalate your order for shipping but no shipping information. ON 11/22 i called and got hung up on. I called back and was told my order was still in production and did i still want it? How it was for tday with turkeys on it why would i want that after the holidays? Now i have to wait 7-10 business days for their mess ups. Classy company right? IF you couldnt honor the order update the customer not have the customer chase you around to get an answer

They made things right I would stay on top of them as they will make things right but should have this sense of urgency from the beginning

I liked the many selections. One that I bought was I Think therefore I'm atheist and I was dissapointed only because the "therefore" word is almost not visible. It looked somewhat dim on the site but I thought it would be more visible than it is. When going back to the site to look at it though I guess what you see is what you get. I am happy with the others that I ordered.

This was My first time using this company. I ordered Christmas cards/save the dates and after a week of waiting, I received an empty box with no item, just tissue paper. I cant imagine why a box wouldnt be double checked to ensure the item was in it prior to delivery. Very dissapointed with my first purchase and hope the company can fix this in a timely manner.

Recently ordered a tshirt and realised that there was a spelling error. Contacted customer services who by this stage had taken my payment only to be told that there was nothing they could do. I have sent numerous emails trying to get my money back, seems to me that this company are thieves. Pure and simple, absolutely disgusted and i will slam this company at every avaliable oppurtunity

Make certain to check the dimensions of the card, during the editing phase the card appeared larthan it was. I had intended to get a standard RSVP size card, when it arrived it was the size of a business card. Design was beautiful - but older guests may need magnifying glass to read.

I wasn't able to center my writing on the back of my card and thought you would make it look correctly centered on the card to make it look good but, now I have cards that look like I made them myself at home not professionally printed
