I checked on their website the ownership of the company. I understand their problems now! This is a family run business with a lot of problems. I waited 22 minutes to get someone from customer service. I must tell you she was very good at helping me. However it was still a 20 minute wait. They are not prepared to handle the Christmas rush. Also they store your credit card information so if you do not want that done you must check a box, which in my case not interested in losing my identity. Here is a grand rip off if you order ONE HOLIDAY CARD YOU PAY 6 DOLLARS SHIPPING COST. Let me say it again a giant rip off. I ordered from another web store and I ordered one card and they shipped it free, in fact all their cards regardless of the amount are shipped free. I doubt that I will use ZAZZLE again.

I ordered some customised mugs for a Christmas present, I ended up spending over $50. When the mugs did come they had sent me someone else's order! When i emailled them I recieved an automated email, no apology. An apology would have been nice because by the time the new shipment came Christmas had been and gone. Today I recieved the reprinted mugs and they have been printed on different sizes, when i ordered all the same size!
I would not deal with Zazzle again

This was a steampunk clock. It is a background picture and not real objects. One thing that I had to do was to repaint the hands on the clock. They blended into the background and I could barely see them.

Placed a banner order on 5/10/2021 for a 5/21/2021 event. On 5/19/2021, I received someone else's graduation banner which now you have 2 dissatisfied customers. I called & the rep tried to blame the courier for me not receiving it which I told him "the courier has nothing to do with the production & labeling"). I asked for a supv & was connected to Mariel, she made an exception to expedite my order & overnight it to me. Of course, I never received the banner & had no banner for my function. I called again on 5/24/2021 since they are closed on the weekend to get my refund. I will never do business with them again especially for a major event.

I had these stamps made to compliment invitations I had made with your company, for my daughter's engagement party. They are absolutely beautiful, I am 100% pleased with this product. I fully endorse this company and the productes they provide

Just like the other ladies on this feed. I ordered stamps on 8/1 and they're now a week late and every time I call customer service I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes and receive no answers to when my order will get here. They told me they would personally call me today with answers and I've received no phone call. I have tried to be nice and understanding but this is beyond frustrating. If this company is going to be making or manufacturing ANYTHING WEDDING related. Then they need to have better costumer service. There are timeframes that brides have to maintain to make sure everything is delivered on time. I will be calling to get my money back if my order isn't shipped tomorrow by noon. This is RIDICULOUS! I'm very disappointed

My only thing is that I paid a lot extra to get my order rushed. And it didn't get shipped until the day it was supposed to be here and then I didn't receive it till late. So that was very stressful that it wouldn't be here on time

I've ordered a handful of items with no problems from Zazzle. I decided I would order a couple t-shirts with my logo just to see how they looked. My order was on the 7th of August. The 20th of August the order still says its in the process of "Making". I thought that was maybe an error and sent in an inquiry stating if its on the way please let me know, but if the order has just fallen through the cracks, please cancel it. Well at 4 am today I get an email telling me my order was cancelled. No sorry we screwed up, no we will make it right, just here's your cancellation. No sorry we have had your money since the 7th and it will be another week or more to get refunded. Just disgusted at Zazzle "We promise 100% satisfaction". Might want to change your mission statement.

I order 2 St. Patricks day shirts almost 2 weeks ago. I received my order Tuesday when I opened the packaged they had sent me the wrong size, I had ordered a XL and they sent me a M. When I called and told them I was leaving Friday for St. Patricks day they told me tough luck. Then I spoke with a manager who said they were going to overnight it to me so I would have it by Thursday... Today is Thursday and they just sent me a email saying they still haven't shipped the shirt yet. I am really upset because this is an error on there part and they are acting like it is my fault... Never will I do buisness there again

I was at Witts-end so I placed a call to customer service at dazzle... the guy who answered could not have been any more patient and nice to me... he could see what I had started... he talked me through the rest but I still couldnt add it to the cart... so he did it for me... he was great... really great! Thank You so much!

I designed an itinerary that I wanted to email. There was an option to email the intinerary to myself to make sure it was sent accurately. However, it just showed the first page and directed me back to the site. VERY misleading and the customer service agent was not helpful. I would not recommend using them for anything!

I p purchased a Groupon and when I tried to use it I found out that the invitation I chose was not available with the Groupon. I was so disappointed because it was the one I really wanted. The amazing lady I spoke with searched and searched for a way to make it work for me and still be able to use the Groupon. Once she found a template that would work she went in and made all of the customizing to make it just like the one I had already created. She listened and was so patient, I could not have had a better experience! I wish I had her name to give her a personal thank you shout out

I ordered a christmas ornament for my boyfriend and it turned out horribly. I worked very hard to make sure this ornament was perfect and was in no way going to accidentally cut off (I am a complete perfectionist) but regardless, the pictures I had placed on the ornament were on there crooked and the words at the top had the hole that the string threw over the words. The quality was just plain bad; the pictures and the words were fuzzy and the words on the back were completely discolored and the words on the top appeared to have been smudged off and were hardly legible. It is honestly disgusting that a large company would think that this would suffice and attempt to send it to me like this. What is worse is I called them to tell them of this issue as I write this and I have been on the phone for over an hour. This is just unacceptable.
