I wanted a special Halloween coffee cup with a particular scene on it. I could find the scene on everything except a coffee cup I was so frustrated. I bought the downloadable picture on Etsy and the Shop owner told me about sending it to Zazzle, so I followed the instructions on Zazzle (so easy) and I now have my perfect Halloween mug! Thank you Zazzle so much I can't say how much I appreciate your company! There are so many more pictures I love and would love to have on other things in my home.

They are crooks. I cancelled within a trial period because I knew it wasn't worth it after I received the t-shirt I ordered and the quality was very poor. They continued to charge my account way after the time I cancelled and couldn't even respond in a timely manner - meaning I have yet to hear back as to why they charged me for something I cancelled. I would not deal with them, it's not worth the hassle.

The only aspect of mug customization that could possibly be improved, would be to see EXACTLY where the text and artwork will fall on the mug... it's a little difficult to get these things exactly where you want them.

After I posted my review, another Zazzle's customer service officer emailed me with a solution to resend me my order and refund my shipping therefore, I would like to thank this online review platform. Without this platform, I contacted the company's many customer service staff, but I felt no one of them really took care of solving problems. In order to appreciate the company will resend my order (I have not received it yet), I am increasing my review stars to three but this will be my first and also the last time to purchase on Zazzle. Once again, I thank this SiteJabber online review platform very much.

On December 14, I placed two orders for my best friend and myself (we are in different city) as Christmas gifts, and paid quick shipping so that to ensure delivery by Christmas. On the day of Christmas eve. I found both tracking info were still "Shipped on December 16". I sent emails to Zazzle, and Zazzle replied to me told me both orders were "lost in transit". What a terrible horrible scam!

I wanted a Zippo lighter with a photo that my husband thought had been lost but the layout was difficult to understand I finally got it after quite some time and I also want to get his name put on it which didn't offer me a color or a place to put it so I called the next day for them to tell me that the name was in black and you could hardly see it and that they put it right in the middle of the picture? Then they told me they couldn't change it? Their a company that personalizes, but they couldn't change it? Won't be going to zazzle again. Very disappointing. Now I await my refund...

I recently ordered engagement announcements from Zazzle and the picture on them was so pixely you could hardly see our faces. I just decided to get them done at Costco because I know the quality would be good if I ordered through them. But 40 bucks down the drain! You would have at least thought they would email me about the photo quality on the cards So I could have chosen a picture that wasn't pixely. I received them and realized there was no way I could actually send them to wedding invitees. Very disappointed.

The invites I ordered were exactly as I expected. They were great quality (even the envelopes - I wrote on the envelopes with sharpie, and it didn't go through). I am very pleased with my order! No complaints!

For someone who is not super tech savy, this was an easy site to use. I was able to customize bridal shower invitations very easily, adjusting font and spacing as needed. When they arrived as promised, the quality of the paperstock was high and what i expected. Defineately would use site again.

The embroidery on the long sleeved t-shirt I ordered was flawed. The embroidery at the end of one letter was never completed and left a hole in the fabric.
I completed the request for a return authorization online. CAS-*******-4 4W1L8. No response from Zazzle. Completed another online request for a return authorization. CAS *******-L8P9Q9. No response from Zazzle, Called the 800#. Disconnected twice before getting a human to talk to. Total order $32.12.
I'm going to dispute this charge to my VISA.

I was told Zazzle makes custom postage stamps. I joined and tried to find that. No luck. I tried to find an email address and help. No luck there either.
There web site was deficient in that I can't get help or find what I want. I'm going to PhotoStamps instead.

I paid extra to receive my order 1-2 business days after shipping, however, the last of the 3 items ordered arrived 3 business days after shipping
If time wasn't important to me, I would not have paid extra to receive sooner. It appears the order was shipped USPS priority which to me is not expedited shipping! The items I ordered were beautiful!

I got my stuff on time as expected. Customer service promptly showed concern about my problem. Instead, they sent me one on their courier charge on one day delivery when there was mistake in shipment( which is normal sometimes). I got my stuff in one day when I called customer service. They appolpziEd. They were right, my second same stuff also came in 5 days, which I didnot send back because of courier charge. I regret always for that. Great one

I wanted to comment on how great Zazzle.com is as an on-line company. To welcome the newest member of my husbands family, baby Elli, everyone will be getting together in a few weeks to meet her for the first time. (She was born in August & lives in Wyoming with her mommy & daddy). As a family tradition, we get a button for each big ocassion we are together. So, in honor of little ms. Elli, we wanted to order a button with her picture on it to celebrate "Elli-Palooza!" So, on Friday, I downloaded her picture, created the button and ordered 20 of them to be shipped. I received an order confirmation email immediately. Then, on Saturday, I received another email stating they were being shipped! AMAZING! The site promises personalized gifts and stuff, but it doesn't actually deliver it. I wanted to order personalized masks, but the design I wanted wasn't available (which is strange, since personalization is the specialty of the site).

First time zazzle and never again.
I had ordered bathmats a week and a half ago from zazzle and the estimated delivery date was 8/17-8/19.
I checked my order status on the 18th thinking they should have been in by now. Instead it said they were in the process of making them! I figured they would ship it by the next day so I didn't call.
Come the 19th, they STILL haven't made them yet. I have a house showing tomorrow and my interior designer and I planned to have those bathmats in by the end of this week. Now I'm stuck scrambling to find nautical bathmats before I start showing the house to potential buyers.
I then called and all they could do was just expedite the order as much as they could. They honestly should have just given these mats to me for free.
Just awful. Won't be buying house decor from zazzle again. I recommend just buying decor from amazon.

First order was so tiny I couldn't read it. They redid the order and after paying for shipping and taxes again I was up to $40 for address labels! The second order was worse than the first, wrong label and tiny font over the design. I asked them to redo with the label and font I approved and send them out with no shipping charge and haven't heard from them again. Not satisfied!
