This web site is totally awsome from the product timing everything. I made 3 orders the second one I canceled they reinvered me the same day into my account. So I reorder again. I am one that does not trust the internet to buy stuff but this is the first time and I really am happy. I have already recommended this website to my family and friends. I will order again. I am graduating Sat. May 14th and ordered a custom made shirt for a party I'm having on Thurs. And I have not heard a peep about it since placing the order on Fri. I sent an email and NO response and called the CS dept and have been sitting on hold for 37 minutes or more now; so for now I am not happy with the (Customer) Service. I do not appreciate and/or like this as I need to know if I'm going to have a shirt on Thurs. And if not need to find another alternative.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. They don't answer their customer care phone line. I was promised my product either May 6th or 7th. It is now the 8th and no product. Pathetic. I ordered this product for the surprise Prom I'm doing at home for my senior who is missing prom because of this virus. I am very thankful, I didn't order anything for graduation as most likely it wouldn't arrive. Never dealing with this company again. It's a complete scam. DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. I am so upset.

Kathy helped me out with a personalized item that
Had to be redone ( my error). She redid the item for me and made me feel so happy with the result. The item was for my coworker who was leaving the company and she aided in expediting my order st no charge.

Ordered a key chain with a clip art of a frog with a first name. After paying over $13 for shipping it finally came. The graphic and name were so tiny it looked like a dirt spot. Took over 3 weeks to get a response for a return. They told me because I approved the personalization, it was basically my fault. There was plenty of room on the key chain to make the graphic and personalization bigger. There was not an option to tell them this common sense request. I was too EMBARASSED to give it as a gift. The tell you SATISFACTION GAURANTEED but I was offered some sort of credit. I found their response to be arrogant, how dare they. My 3 year old could have done a better job. Was a little piece of paper glued crookedly in a circle.

I ordered birthday invitations 2 weeks ago. My order would process for 4 days so I called to see what the delay is. They said they are having trouble with the cardstock so I reordered with a different type. A week later still the same problem. I cancelled the order than made a new one with a completely different paper and ordered overnight delivery. 2 days later I don't receive it and call them again and they said that paper is having trouble but they chose one for me and said they would send it out that day. Well I email them asking if they sent it yet and they say no we cannot make any changes we are having some issues and my order needs to be canceled again. Well it is time for the party now 3 weeks later and the issue was never resolved and I never got any cards. They did not inform me about the problems and would not communicate about them. I had to reach them to get any answers. Will never use this again, they are so dishonest I am sickened by the lying and poor communication.

My wedding invitations turned out great. The quality of them is wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is having someone that proof's your designs. I had changed the numbers to 25 instead of 23 and it left the RD behind it. So my invitations say the 25RD of June. My mistake and thankfully it wasn't my primary invitation.
I was recommended to Zazzle by a friend and really liked the different options available.
