I ordered our Save the Dates and my Bridal Shower invitations through Zazzle and both came out so incredibly beautiful and high quality! I will be ordering our Wedding Invitations through Zazzle as well. The pricing can't be beat for the quality and I love that the designs are those of independent creators.

Awful company! I ordered a t-shirt intended as a Christmas present on 08/12/14 and only recieved it on 09/01/15.
I can appreciate that it had to be delivered to Ireland but that is ridiculous!
Furthermore when the t-shirt arrived it was a size small when I had ordered a large.
Absolute joke!
I have now emailed "customer support" twice regarding each issue and have never gotten a reply.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My daughter in law and I exchange Christmas ornaments depicting something that the two of us have done together over the past year. She and I went house hunting which resulted in the purchase of their home. The ornament I got for her is a SOLD sign, with the address of their new home and a photo of the two of them in front of their own SOLD sign... I love it and so will she!

I ordered WEDDING invitations and after opening them, saw they left out he envelopes. After speaking with someone, I was told they were not included and would have to order them separately, for an additional cost. How does a company sell wedding invites without envelopes.?! I placed yet, another order, to find out, they cancelled my order. What kind of company does not contact their customer and or provide updates on the item progress. THE ONLY REASON FOR THE 3 STARS, IS DUE TO THEIR SELECTION. Customer service and the lack of ability to make things right are deplorable. They should be ashamed of themselves and the last manager I spoke with, could have card less. Thank you, Zazzle for ruining my wedding invitations and notices.

I love putting my pix and artwork on the products you provide. I took a while, but I soon started getting nice comments and then sales. It's so easy to work with your templates etc. I love making my anual Christmas and Birthday cards through Zazzle. It makes it a whole lot easier thatn making my card by hand. It saves a lot of time and work.

My name tag I ordered is not glittery and shiny like the advertised one showed, it's just a bland very dull print and their is no shine or glitter at all. It's awful. Highly disappointed.

This company is a joke. I gave Zazzle 1 star only because zero stars wasn't an option. Wish I would have read the reviews before I had ordered from Zazzle because I would have never ordered anything from them if I had... I ordered 2 pacifiers and received an email stating the items have shipped and 2 weeks later still no pacifiers, when contacting the company they say the items is out of stock. How it that possible being that zazzle had already supposedly shipped the items, Zazzle you claimed that my order was shipped so that you could go ahead and get your money then you want me to wait 21 days to get my money back. Your business is a piece of crap, LIARS! You can bet I will let everyone I know, know how awful your company is. I will never order anything from y'all again.

It is now May 20 and I have yet to receive my banner that I have ordered May 13. I specifically paid MORE for the shipment to be expedited because I needed it for a SURPRISE graduation party that I am now somewhat worried about because my order has not even been processed or "made" yet. I would appreciate it if you could at least respond back to me telling me how backed up you guys are just so I know that all the comments people left are false and that you guys are a legit company. If I don't get this by Friday May 22 the graduation party will be ruined, I will make sure you guys have the correct comments representing your company for future business and last but not least I will make sure I get every penny back. Very disappointed! The writing was so small on the charm you couldn't read it. The number 25th was also small and it's very cheap looking. Would definitely not recommend. Really wanted it for my sons anniversary

The previous customer was accurate in describing the customer service. It really is terrible. They advertise a free trial that wasn't free (for me at least). After a few emails they explained per the agreement the $9.95 isn't refundable. Well, if it is worth me not ordering from them again over $9.95 then so be it. Then the order... invites looked ok but arrived 3 days later then expected. I will be ordering from Snapfish or Shutterfly.
Update: Zazzle replied that they would issue a refund to my card and could be expected to take up to 30 days. Their response came on April 14th. As of today, June 23rd, there is no credit posted to my account. It's not the money as much as what it says about the company paying attention to it's customers and paying attention to details.
2nd update 07/10/14. As of today the amount was refunded with apologies that the refund was overlooked. Unfortunately it doesn't change my review.

I ordered five sheets of (30) return labels on Friday, November 10,2017. Not a hige order at all. I did standard shipping with the promise of delivery to happen no later than Wednesday, November 22,2017.
I called on November 20th to check the status since it hadn't been shipped yet according to the tracking system in my account, and the customer service rep immediately apologized and changed the shipping speed to Express. I waited 24 hours to see if the status of the order had changed since I was technically supposed to receive it no later than tomorrow, November 22nd and still no change.
So I just cancelled and ordered from Vista Print. Zazzle has got excellent customer service reps, but their production team is obviously behind and cannot keep up with national orders like this. There are so many other complaints similar to mine and it looks like their production values need to be re-evaluated.

Over the last few years, I have used Zazzle many, many times for products from T-shirts to promotional flyers. My experience has been consistently VERY SATISFYING. On the very rare occasion that I have had any issue or question with the final delivery of an order, customer support has always been VERY responsive and consistently addressed the issue to my satisfaction. I am used to getting good prices, good product and speedy production turn around from Zazzle, but I have to say, that my most recent order of a 1000 two sided flyers was produced with such speed and the final product was so "sharp" and crisp that I was newly impressed with the service and product I receive from Zazzle. I'll be around for quite awhile I'm sure. I give them my highest recommendation... :]

I ordered an iPhone 8+ phone case, it said in description it was a " CASE ". It as stated it was textured, It came and it was a cover and it looked textured but wasn't, It was a metal cover of a portion of a football. The cost of it was about $30. I could of gotten the very same item I was sent for $10 to $12 at other sites. There is no areas on Zazzle to resolve complaints of purchased items or misleading items. Thanks ALOT!

I ordered a baby blanket on May 28th and every time I check the order status it says that the blanket is still being manufactured however the confirmation email says "please allow 2-3 business day for blanket processing" and "4-7 business days after manufacturing for shipping." It is now June 16th and nothing has changed. My order wasn't shipped even though I paid for the standard shipping. I also have to wait until after 12pm eastern time in order to even speak with a representative to resolve this issue and the wait time is over 20 minutes. I was planning on making other personalized items but I will not be using this website ever again.

The product I received looked great however I didn't change all the original wording from the template and had wrong information on my invite because of zazzles terrible process of customizing. There should be boxes below the template to where you change the wording/info. Instead they make you do this not very intuitive process of clicking in the template itself. I've made invites from several other sites and this by far was the worst process. I did it on my phone so it wasn't very easy to see everything that needed changed. Probably wouldn't use dazzle again because of this and risk messing up again.
