I placed my order on 3rd May - est. Delivery was 11-14 May. Still no sign of the item now, on 2nd June, and not a single email from Zazzle to mention/apologise for/explain the delay. It is not helped by the fact that each order has so many stages of processing/preprocessing/preshipment/confirmation etc etc.
Badly run company from what I can see. I hope to God that the item I ordered is okay, otherwise I fear that the return process could take months.

Priced way too high for quality of item. I did receive the item in a timely manner, the colors were as described which is what I needed. However the quality as they described it is not at all what I expected to receive and it's not going to be durable enough for what my youth is I was very disappointed that I had to pay almost $100 for something I could've boughtAt Joannes fabric for $21.

Wonderful customer service. I struggled with my computer skills. After my 2nd attempt to do what I wanted, I got a phone call asking if I wanted her to help me get it the way I wanted it. In a just a short while, she emailed me a link to look at it. It's beautiful. Just what I was envisioning.

The color of cardstock used to prepare the announcements was not the color I ordered, and the color was important. I ordered red and got burdundy instead. Although I really liked the design, I doubt that I will use Zazzle again because there was no convenient way to get the order corrected in time, and customer service seems difficult to access.

I ordered a stamped/personalized tea towel on December 7th of 2013 and after notifying the company on January 15th regarding the missing order I received it on January 22nd, 2014. I would not recommend this site at all. The shipping charge for a 6 ounce tea towel was almost $7, an excessive amount in my opinion. When I contacted the company regarding the item I was informed the shipping would be expedited by a faster shipping method without additional charge, whooppee! It didn't make my experience any better. Very disappointed.

Ordered fabric, most money I have ever spent on fabric at that. It came, pretty fast too... but when I opened it I was immediately upset. The fabric looks terrible! That was April 3rd - I right then emailed about getting a replacement, no answer so I called a few days later, they sent me an email and I sent them pictures. 5 days later I had to call again as I hadn't heard back again - they said they would start the replacement (apr 11th) I've now had to call over 5 times and sit on hold for almost an hour every time, I've talked to multiple supervisors and been promised multiple times that my replacement is coming. The icing on the cake was today that I was promised to get a call by 9pm my time... it's now past 9 and I'm already not excited to start my day tomorrow with ANOTHER call to them. This is ridiculous - never order from Zazzle!

I settled for Zazzle because their print machine can print text in different languages. I ordered a shirt that they claimed to be "MADE IN USA". When I received it, it said it was made in HONDURAS! They refunded my money and let me keep the shirt, but after I washed it once in COLD WATER, the color became faded and spotty! The shirt looks like a faded mess now! I'm upset because I liked the design. DO NOT BUY THEIR SHIRTS! THEY"RE TRASH!

I ordered item #**************408 Minnie Mouse Red & White Polka Dot Birthday Card in time for them to be handed out this weekend on my daughter's birthday. As you can see in the attached photo, the cards were printed pink rather than red. I contacted Customer Support, forwarded them a picture the defective card and this is the reply I got from Terri in Customer Support.
"This replacement will be shipped using the courier service selected at the time of your original purchase, so you should receive the package in due time, based on the shipping estimates projected with your initial order."
IN DUE TIME? I NEED THEM THIS WEEKEND AND I ORDERED THEM IN PLENTY OF TIME. Why should I be told I'll get the replacement in "due time" when their company made a mistake on the printing?

I placed an order for luggage tags, and upon looking further at the other options, I found tags I WISHED I had ordered. I emailed the support team the next morning, and immediately received a reply; however, as I followed the cancellation directions they gave me, I could not get my order to cancel. I emailed my frustrations about the directions as time was ticking away, thinking that I would just have to live with my mistake. Imagine my surprise when I received an email the following morning that my order had been canceled. I placed a new order, am waiting on it to arrive, and am sure it will perfect. Alex in support went above and beyond to make sure that, what I know was MY MISTAKE, was completely resolved. Thank you.

I placed two orders with Zazzle. The first was placed Dec. 1st and was to arrive by Dec. 13th (at the latest). When it had not arrived by the 16th, I wrote to the company and was told that as soon as they had more information they would get back to me. They let me know on the 20th that they would ship it overnight at no extra cost to me. (WOW! Thanks for already getting it to me over a WEEK late!) Then when it arrived - the order was BLANK. They had not printed the picture or message on the front of the bodysuit for my Goddaughter. That meant no surprise gift for her. I'm not going to give her a white plain bodysuit. Thanks for NOTHING except costing me money Zazzle. I will NOT be using you again.
***They sent me an automated response saying they would email me about correcting my order - instead they just made me do more work and take pictures to hopefully get a refund - TERRIBLE customer service

I ordered a personalized recipe folder for my Mother as a Christmas gift on Dec 15 and paid 10$ for express shipping so that I would receive it by Dec 22nd (as stated when I placed my order). When I checked the tracking history on the 22nd, it said the item had just shipped by UPS overnight next day air. It's now the eve of the 23rd and still no package. Unless UPS delivers on Christmas Eve (considering the package really HAS shipped) my mom won't have this gift for Christmas. She is from out of state and only in town till Monday morning. So I guess I pay additional shipping to send the gift to her.(when and if the package ever gets here). AFTER Christmas. Zazzles offices are now closed for the holidays till Tuesday. Nope. I will not order from this company ever again.

The cards were wonderful but came completely out of the box and hadn't even been taped down (I ended up taping the the box myself with the tape provided on the box). Some of the papers were bent, I wasn't too happy about this part.
I liked the templates they provided.

I submitted an order for a graduation collage for my son. They cancelled my first order for no reason. I was only made aware after weeks went by and I logged in to see the progress. I resubmitted my order and received and email that I had a image of "Dairy Queen" on my images? I don't have ANY images of Dairy Queen or anything close to a company image or copyrighted items. I chose to cancel my order instead of educate them on what a DAIRY QUEEN IMAGE WOULD LOOK LIKE. Walgreens offers the same collage that is less expensive and available the same day you order it. Will never order from this site again.

Ordered a necklace for my niece in plenty of time for Christmas for 2012. They sent the wrong necklace type that I had ordered. When I called they first told me I could be able to get the correct item resent in time. When I called back (because I hadn't heard anything further), they said I would not receive it before Christmas. Well, it finally made it but it was the same necklace that I did not want in the first place, plus the second item was damaged. My niece ended up liking the necklace so she kept it. I can't believe that they would make a mistake and not try to correct it since it was THEIR MISTAKE. Then so send the same wrong item twice... all I can say is INCREDIBLE. I haven't shopped there since...

I printed three 5x7 pieces with instructions to sign our guest book, make a date night idea, and take a favor. While I liked the design and the price point, I was a little disappointed with the print quality (blurry and a little pixelated).
Found it online and it was more affordable than other sites.
