Christina in Customer Service exceeded my expectations. I had trouble finding a customizable item. The first time I contacted customer service I got a generic reply that didn't help. I sent another email and got Christina. She actually did the search for me and found the item that I thought I couldn't customize. She did a great job and I am very happy!

Very pleased with the quality of item received: it came exactly as described. Was notified within a day telling me my order had been shipped, however I was hoping to have revieved it by the 22nd for a birthday but it came 23rd: which was still within the time stated but more towards the back end, I had not factored in WORKING days. Other than that I was over the moon with my purchase and all negative reviews I read and worried about after purchase was for nothing. I am a very satisfied customer!

I ordered some bday invites from this company. It said 5-12 days. So on the 12th day I emailed them and told them I didnt have the invites and that I needed them asap. They said it must be lost in transit. So they printed more out and sent them the same day and I will be getting them tomorrow. I was really ticked at first but I have to say they made a great come back.
Tip for consumers:
great customer service. Leave plenty of time to ship in case it gets lost and they have time to re-send.

The design Zazzle offered was beautiful and came in fast! We ordered it on Tuesday, September 26th and it was delivered on Saturday, September 30th. The on-site design software was easy to use and make edits with too!

BAD website.
I had ordered a mousepad to be delivered to my friend as a gift and the wesite said it would be 15 working days for it to be delivered. It has been 3 more than 3 months now and it still has not been delivered.
Also the website is bad, There is no customer service or contact numbers to call.

I message Pixella designs repeatedly about the design of the Guessing the Due Date calendar for an upcoming baby shower. The designer never responded. The same cell fed the date of the Sunday and the Monday on the last week on the calendar. Since I used the Pixella design for the invitations that this product matched, I went ahead and ordered it and used 31. I will take a marker and change the 31 to a 30 for Sunday July 30th. Disappointed with this designer.
My daughter chose one of the invitation designs for a baby shower we are throwing for her.

I didnt want to give this company even one star but that was the lowest I could rate it.
I ordered a photo on canvas Dec. 8th... it was supposed to be her in 7-10 days.
I still hadn't received it on 12/24... It was for a Christmas gift. I emailed because there was no way else to contact customer service. I was told they didnt usually allow cancellations of orders but would cancel my order if I wanted to. I said just send the photo I ordered... a family photo of my inlaws family. What I received on Jan 20,2014 was a picture of a tigers head surrounded by a jungle background. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! The only thing they finally got correct was my refund and I'm waiting this long to post a review because I wanted to make sure I was refunded for this botched mess. I could have got the same photo on canvas done at my corner CVS for less!

Ordered SugarSparkle Checkbook cover. Price including shipping and tax over $30. What a disappointment! Blah… NO SPARKLE, cover not designed to permit writing checks one at a time. I cut plastic with scissors to somewhat permit writing checks. Added my own "sparkle" as you a see In the picI attached( glitter nail polish) Which makes it sooo much better! The FREE one that banks give with a check order are far superior.
Live and Learn! I could have returned but how much in postage would that be? I am done. Certainly learned NOT TO ORDER FROM ZAZZLE.!

I ordered a custom, self-inking bank stamp with a GREEN housing. Well, lo and behold, when it arrived a week later, it had a BLACK housing on it! Now, there is a particular reason for my needing the green housing (won't go into here). So, I took pictures of the item, along with screen shots of my order, and sent off a ticket to Zazzle. In less than 24 hours, I received an email reply, and was assured that the item would be re-sent to me at NO cost to me, and with a GREEN housing, as originally ordered. And sure enough...it arrived within six days! So I am VERY PLEASED with Zazzle, and how they were willing to rectify their error in order to make sure I am a satisfied customer! Thank you, Zazzle!

ZAZZLE had a great selection of Baby Shower Invitations with the LAMB theme that I needed. The company was most accommodating in their details of the invitation, and I am very pleased with how the invitations came out. I had them within a 48-hour turnaround period, and it was superb! I was so excited to see that I could order a personalized mug and get it by the 11th -15th of December. I waited and when it got to be the 13th I emailed Zazzle customer service and asked them if it would get to be by the 15th. No response. I looked on the tracking and it has now been changed to 4 to 7 business days after manufacturing. That is still on there today. I asked if I could cancel the order and of course no answer. Very disappointed. This is the first and last time I will ever order from here. If I would have gotten an answer that might have made things better.

I ordered a Sigil of Baphomet poster from Zazzle. With other sites, a mistake I made in my zip code sent the packages scurrying back. I received the package promptly, despite Solstice being so close to the date. When it got here, I had reasonable pessimism about what I was going to see when I opened it.
The parcel was well packed; the poster had a protective roll over it and the tube was secure. I filmed myself opening it, fearing it would come with a complaint, I wanted evidence. I unrolled it and the only discrepancy was that it looked even more beautiful than it appeared on the site. I reccomend this site.
