Zazzle does not even deserve one star. I have been an artist on Zazzle for a little more than a year now and they do nothing but cause headache. For example, today I went to cash my Zazzle pay check and I couldn't because THEY did NOT sign it and they do not have customer service over the weekend. I also find it funny that they sent me a FAKE check and now suddenly my sight won't work which means I can not contact them.

After two phones and two emails my Christmas Cards were nowhere to be found. I ordered them at the end of November and expected them at the end of the first week in December. I was given four different destinations from Zazzle customer service and told they were on their way. When I tracked the number myself it was different from what they were saying and after Dec. 5 it stopped updating the tracking information. No one knew where they were. Zazzle finally said they were delivered. Sadly, I did not have them. A few days later, after arguing with two customer service agents, I received "almost" a full refund. Then… they arrived! Now the second issue. The cards only came in one color...Christmas Green. Why were my cards black and white? There was also a huge red/orange spot on the back of some cards. I was so disappointed. It would be helpful for Zazzle if they listened to its customers and took care of them. If you don't know where they are, admit it and reprint them for free and expedite them. The company offered to reprint the lost cards, but I had to pay an expediting fee of $40. ( I did order a cube ornament with pictures on it. The edges are a little rough but it shipped when scheduled.)
Tip for consumers:
Be careful when looking at the cards. The colors are showing one thing and you are receiving something different.

Turn around from ordering to delivery was very quick. The invitations I ordered are beautiful. I love that the entire back of each one is covered with the artwork rather than just a white backing.

I ordered a lampshade that was printed upside down and not glued together. I wanted to return it but was told to just throw it away and was given store credit. So I shopped around and didn't see any thing I liked, so I reluctantly ordered another lampshade. It was also upside down. I was told to throw it away and I was GUARANTEED a full refund but got a credit and was told that they "cannot" give me a refund. Yes they could. They sent me BAD products. I didn't just change my mind. They saw the pictures and told me to throw them away and still will not give me my money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM #ZAZZLE

THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM ZAZZLE!
I ordered a laptop bag on 12/8/14, saw it took 10 days for production & paid for premium shipping. I even sent an email inquiry to make sure it would be on time for the holiday & got a automated email message (no human obviously read it). Now the on duty supervisor Miriam tells me that it was really 7 to 21 BUSINESS days for production and that they only work Monday - Friday. They also didn't ship it premium and I have no Christmas gift for my sister's fiancee. Big offer was to refund shipping - thanks a lot & Merry Christmas Zazzle. My last order with you.

I am floored at how badly this company is run now. I've been with them for years, and have a casual store. I ordered a single unframed print for a client and it has sat in processing for over three weeks (site says 24 hours at most). Every single time I call, they "upgrade" my shipping (how many times can you do that exactly? Is it ever actually upgraded?!) and tell me they'll contact processing and get it out asap. I've had multiple customer service reps email me the same message that they're working diligently to fix the situation, and then when I call they don't have record of the other reps doing so. I had to go to Staples and get my print to send to my client since it was for a specific event. She now has her print and is a happy customer, while the original still sits in processing! I called again today and they finally refunded my money after I said they lost me as a customer. Then they finally told me there is a large delay in the print department... thanks for telling me the truth. Finally. Please let your customers know if something like this happens so they can make alternate plans. I'm never going to be a zazzle customer again because I can't afford for them to run me around week after week when I've got better things to do.

After creating customized stamps for our holiday cards, getting them approved, and requesting zazzle to express ship them to us (within 5 business days)... we ended up receiving the wrong stamps. I have tried to contact zazzle via email (3 different email addresses) and phone to see if they could correct the order and ship new ones to us, NO RESPONSE! There phone# says that do to high volumes, they will not be able to respond via phone... my suggestion would be to STOP taking orders if it's unmanageable, and take care of the customer first.
So, I have taken matters into my own hands and contacted the person that the stamps we received were suppose to go to (via linkedin) and she just so happened to have ours! (That was a blessing, because its end of business day and still no response from zazzle). So we have been emailing each other back and forth all day to ensure these got to the right address, on time. What a fun day! (Could have been working on multiple other things, instead I am worried about stamps.)
I will say the stamps look great, and it was most likely an accident. I just hope they refund us for the extra shipping... we will see how that goes!

If you're thinking about ordering from Zazzle just don't bother wasting your time or money. I ordered 4 t-shirts for Christmas gifts on Dec. 4 with an estimated delivery date of 12/13-12/15. On 12/19 I had not received my order or any communication so I emailed them and got the same basic response as everybody else... no ETA and behind in production. My options were to cancel or have expedited shipping free of charge. I responded that I would like faster shipping and asked if any part of my order was ready and could possibly be shipped separately. There was absolutely no response after 4 emails. I finally received an email on 12/23 that my order was being shipped.
Today is 12/28 and I finally received my order. I'm not sure what expedited shipping means to Zazzle but 5 days from the time it was ready is not fast to me. Oh and I live in SC and it was coming from Florida. I could've driven there and picked it up myself in that time frame!
So now that I have the product I am even more disappointed. There is absolutely no consistency in sizing. The shirts are as basic and cheap as it gets. I did not opt for the higher quality shirt but I'm sure it would not have been much better.
Overall an awful experience. Buy local, buy from etsy, or buy anywhere else to prevent yourself from giving cheap t-shirts as a New Year's gift like me!
