I ordered a gift for Father's Day on the later side. I was expecting it to come anywhere from Friday, June 26th-Tuesday, June 30th as was the expected arrival time. I was constantly tracking the package as Zazzle made it so easy and convenient to do so. When I got the notification that the gift had arrived on June 20th, the day before Father's Day, I was shocked and extremely happy. I will definitely use Zazzle in the future! The gift came double wrapped, in perfect condition and looking incredible. Everything was so easy and my dad loved it!

I had one and only one experience with Zazzle. After ordering some promotional coasters from a company I've had a contract with for over a year, Zazzle failed to get them to me on time. When I reached out to them, they claimed they'd been lost in the mail. The tracking they sent showed they never left their facility and when I contacted UPS, they said they hadn't picked them up yet. Basically, Zazzle lied about sending them. Then, when they did send them, they were all off centered as you can see in the pics below. I sent them an email with pics showing this and they said they'd send out another one but it would take another 2 weeks. The client needed them for an event November 13 and a delayed arrival would not be acceptable. These coasters were supposed to be here on October 23 and it's been over a month since they were ordered. The client has terminated their contract with me. Zazzle's response was to apologize, refund and give me a coupon for 50% off my next order. Thanks, but no thanks.

I am a student interning at a hospital, I don't like the picture I took. I saw an advertisement for zazzle, I uploaded my photo and because I had previously been denied the logo of my school, I omitted the logo and STILL my design was rejected. They wrote an email that I would be given 3 days to provide proof that I have permission to print a custom ID with the school name (minus logo). Not even 2 hours later, I was told I was being refunded which will take 5 to 10 business days.
I Big waste of time.

I paid an extra 26.00 for shipping to receive my order by May8th or May 9th. Well it's May 9th and no order delivered and still says online in "making" process. I called and after 40 mins on hold was told they could "try" have my order delivered by May 11th. Well unless this order is received by 2pm on May 11th, it will be a useless purchase. My daughter needed a certain sweatshirt to wear on her senior high school cruise and I'm guessing she will be the one without it. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. If by chance I do get it in time, I am still disappointed that myself and my daughter now have to wonder for next two days if it's coming or not and had to pay to NOT get it on time.

Missed a deadline on my order. I called to check on the order status and was told they were behind in production and that basically, they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it. Would not guarantee delivery of my product even though I offered them another week. I then stated if I couldn't get the product, I would need to cancel my order as the event I needed the product for would be passed. (At this point, the order would have been placed ONE MONTH before it was needed(). She (Arrya - customer service rep), then gave me attitude about cancelling my order! I will NEVER order anything from this company EVER AGAIN. They suck!

I was really happy to find this website as it has so many cute ideas. I have ordered business cards to try it out. Three weeks after the order has been placed the status was still showing as "processing". That's when I got concerned and sent my first enquiry about my order status. The response was- we haven't received the payment. I have checked my bank account and confirmed that payment has been made on the day of the order. "Lovely" lady named Julie replied that I need to provide the proof. After a few more emails back and forth they still insisted that the payment hasn't been made! So, I had to call my bank and confirm with them. My further enquiries have been ignored by the Zazzle team. Then I see that the status of my order says "cancelled". I was furious! Made another enquiry- the response (by the same Julie) was- please send your bank details, we will issue a refund. WTF? I've never left a bad review but in this case I'm beyond myself and very disappointed! I never got my order, the money has been out of my account for 2 months, they haven't even apologised! I would never ever use or recommend this website to anyone, unless you want to waste your time and energy and get NOTHING in the end. Horrible, disgusting and very disappointing... And guess what- there is nowhere I could leave my feedback- not on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/zazzle nor on their website!

I placed an order on zazzle for a birthday present for my husband on May 14th. While placing the order, it doesn't mention the processing time, just the time it will take for shipping once the order is processed. That's half the information. Had I known that they will take weeks too process the order, I wouldn't have bought the gift from zazzle. When I contacted them, I got the same response as others that they are working with the production team to get the order out as soon as possible. And what's worst is that I revisited the zazzle website and went to the products that I have ordered, and in their description, it's says to receive by June 8 - June 14, order in the next hour! I mean seriously, I ordered on May 14th, and I am doubtful that I will receive my order by June 9th, which is the deadline for the birthday gift. This website seems to be misleading customers by giving half or inaccurate information!

The labels looked just like what I created on the computer. My measurements were off just a little but I was still able to make it work. Worked out perfect for me!
It was suggested by a friend because I was trying created labels on my own but was having a hard time trying to figure out the label size. I don’t have any of the equipment to design labels so it was so much easier to let someone else take care of that for me.

I ordered two t-shirts on December 11th. Paid SIX DOLLARS to ship two shirts that weigh nothing. Order confirmation said expected delivery December 19th to 21st. I never received a shipping confirmation, it is the 22nd and my order has not arrived, the link to check order says my t-shirts are being "made." There is no way to ask someone, just a useless set of FAQs. I can only assume that when/if I do get shirts it will be after Christmas. There are MANY places online to buy custom t-shirts. Do not buy from these people.

This is the second time I have used Zazzle for invitations. The wedding shower and baby shower invitations couldn't be more different in style, but are both exactly what I was looking for--and I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but I knew I would know it when I saw it, and I did! It is so incredibly EASY to create your own product, using the designs and graphics and fonts. I couldn't be more pleased with what I ordered, and prices are quite good as well. I am sure that I will use them again in the future.

If you're an artist looking to sell your designs, don't use Zazzle.
I've had a Zazzle Pro Designer account for nearly 10 years now. In the beginning, I used to make a few bucks from royalties. Today, they removed over a dozen of my designs that have been online for nearly a year. Subsequently, I removed all 500+ of my designs and removed all the products from my store. During the time that I've had my account, I've had over 100 designs removed and royalties cancelled for no apparent reason and with no appeals process or recourse. When I questioned it, I was told that something violated their terms of service, but never was informed of the specifics of this violation. All this happens even though I see a never-ending stream of blatant copyright and trademark infringing designs daily. All my designs are original. Creating designs is time consuming. Posting them on their site, adding descriptions, and determining pricing took a lot of time, only to have them removed. Only ten percent of what I posted on Zazzle has ever sold. I make more royalties from other similar sites in a week than I make with Zazzle all year. It's just not worth the headache.
