The pillows came in a decent amount of time. They looked exactly like the picture. I think they are a bit pricey especially adding shopping to the total. But overall I'm happy with it

They were adorable. I wished these cards would come with envelops but you can get those separate. They are perfect for the occasion in celebrating a new life! They shipped in about a week.

Made order on 30 June and paid double to price to get it on-time for a conference in SC! Didn't receive to order until conference was over missed major contacts! Extremely disappointed with service.
I’m not sure why I did but I doubt if I use them again. They have great graphics but the service…providing a time for items to arrive 5-6 days later with a up charge that doubled the prices only to not show up on time is ridiculous. Received no customer service support at all. No number or email.

Packaged delivered in great condition. When I opened it up, the envelopes were crunched. Looks like someone tossed them in with little care. They were just plain white envelopes so I used my own.

I typically do not write reviews, but as I am on hold because I cannot get in touch with customer service I am going to share my experience. I placed an order on 7/26 for custom stamps for save the dates and I too have been experiencing the production delays that everyone else has. The frustrating part is I would have much rather been told on the website up front that there were production delays and it could take 3 weeks to a month to receive the product. I will say that the first time I called customer service Aaron was SO professional and such a DELIGHT. He was genuinely interested in making the problem right. I also am very aware that often customer service centers are TOTALLY separate from the production facility. This is an unfortunate turn of events as I feel anxiety now about getting the stamps. I have been upgraded to 1 day UPS air delivery, but when I reached out to UPS they said to contact the seller because they did not have a package, even though on the website it says shipped yesterday. My advice to Zazzle, if anyone is listening, is to put on your website you are experiencing production delays. You can save many brides, mothers, customers, etc. anxiety about needing the orders in a timely manner. I will not be using zazzle for the wedding stamps. I spent $190 on stamps for save the dates and I am choosing to go with another company for the actual wedding stamps. I genuinely hope that Zazzle gets this figured out as I genuinely liked the way the stamps looked as opposed to other companies.

I have been involved in numerous weddings and large celebrations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with--on every level. MECHI the "supervisor" was beyond passive aggressive, offered no resolutions for wedding invitations that were two weeks late; she was so indifferent to their error, she said, "Well, I won't say they will come tomorrow--keep in mind we had been promised two other delivery dates! Deal with MINT or TINY PRINTS--any place but zazzle. WRITE YOUR OWN before even thinking of using zazzle. I wish there were a NO STAR rating.

I ordered a product and when I did I was told if shipping was upgraded I would receive in time for Christmas I did not receive product till Jan 15. The product was really nice but I felt I was deceived into the placing the order when they knew they were behind because of the holiday rush.
