Ordered a poster for christmas on November 25th. Said it was supposed to be delivered two days ago and now my package has no status. Not impressed at all, tried contacting the team but no response.

I ordered thank you cards on 4/30/17, which Zazzle stated would be delivered 5/8/17 (first lie). Their website states Please allow one business day for processing (second lie). Four business days later, Quality Control emailed me with a sizing issue and stated Once we receive your response, we will reply to confirm your request (third lie). Two hours later I replied asking them to proceed as is. To date, I have never received a confirmation email back nor a response to my other 3 emails to support looking for a status update. Ive also placed 3 telephone calls to customer service (wait times each over 30 minutes each). First, Jack advised he would email production and upgrade shipping. No response back. Second, Anan who promised the same thing and finally with a Supervisor named Michael who could do nothing more nor could he guarantee a firm delivery date. The only excuse was they were experiencing high volume. As my prints were still in production and clearly would not be delivered any time soon, I cancelled my order. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. How quick they are to process your credit card, but not your order.

If you have a deadline, don't order from them

For years now, I have sold designs off the website Zazzle but never enough to force them to issue me a check for what they owe me. Every time I call asking for the money they give me a run around which answers none of my questions and most importantly never results in a check. I am interested if others have had similar experiences and it they would be interested in launching a class-action suit against a clearly fraudulent company.
Zazzle tells me that they will now help me retrieve the money owed me. I have tried at least five times to retrieve my money before so forgive me if I am a little skeptical that you should respond so generously after a negative review. I know, just send me the money now. Just put the check in the mail. No need to help me, just do it. It's been years. If others are in the same situation, let's band together and initiate a class action.
P.s. Zazzle responds below that once again I should call them and they will help me get my money. I have called the at least five times: no check forthcoming. Why don't you just put the check in the mail? It's really that simple. You don't because you WON'T!

I ordered some custom ladybug 1st birthday invitations for our daughter's birthday. Customization was easy to edit and there were many choices. Delivered on time. I am pleased with my order.
I love that there are so many designs to choose from and you can customize them! I found an adorable ladybug invitation and was able to edit it to make a unique invitation.

Zazzle is a website I would recommend to anyone. I discovered them by Google and have grown brand awareness for my company RUP DESIGNS through zazzle, because they allow me to customize so many of their products.

I ordered 50 or so invitations for a catered event 6 weeks in advance-- thinking that they'd take 7-10 days to arrive, then I could mail them in time for guests to have 1 month notice. Unfortunately, 7 days passed till I got an email saying the ordered was in the queue for shipment... note that it did not confirm shipment, just that it was in the queue. So, I patiently waited 7 more days, still with no shipment. Then I emailed customer service. More than a day passed when a representative replied saying that they could confirm the package was lost in shipment (I could've checked myself had I received an email with a tracking number). In the message, the rep said they would do a new order and rush it... never saying sorry, never offering a refund. With the clock ticking, I said I could not wait for a new shipment and asked for a refund, which I am now told I will receive but not for 7-21 days. In a scramble, I went to Staples and bought inkjet invitations. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! They don't communicate well and don't apologize for mishaps. Since I never got a shipment confirmation, can't help but wonder if the order even left their premises. The company seems to be a disorganized mess.

This company and esp. KATHY in the placement order dept helped me so much today. I COULD not get my comp to put what I WANTED TO on the travel coffee. Then I had trouble with the code.(yep I am over 50. Way over) but she took all that stress and made it so easy. WITH her help we ordered it on line. THANKS SO MUCH for helping me out. SHE made Santa LOOK like a first timer. HAPPY HOLIDAYS IF you are ot happy with your order they replace it immd. Or give you a refund, THEY SHIP faster than any place that I KNOW OF. Give them another chance to make your gift giving different and a memory made to remember and share

Stickers have high quality look, only comment is I bought alot with different designs so a bulk purchase discount for different designs would be nice, some kind of sampler deal.

I love getting custom items from zazzle! It's the only custom product site I've ever found that let's you actually edit the customizations completely to your liking! No limits!

I ordered for the first time from Zazzle. Here's my honest review.
PROS:
- Easy site navigation on mobile, checkout experience was also simple and easy
- Fast shipping
- They advertise coupon codes directly on their site to encourage you to buy
- I love the products, most are pretty cute
- Their customer service is excellent, I was impressed. When I had an issue with a product and asked for a refund, they promptly emailed me back with a full refund and did not ask me to return the products. Most businesses suck at this aspect.
- Their marketing/communications is actually decent.
CONS
- Their products are made in China, which was really disappointing
- As a result of being made in China, one of the products (handwash and toothbrush holder bath set) arrived with a warning note stating that the product contained lead which can cause cancer and brain damage. I would never put my family around harmful substances, so I threw it away. It' sad because I actually like the monogram and end product
- I paid a big shipping cost which was the price of another purchase. Felt really steep.
Zazzle had a great start but has a long way to go. While they appear to handle customer service and website nav well, their focus should be what matters the most to the customers: a quality product.

Under California Proposition 65, businesses are required to provide a warning to California consumers when selling a product that contains any of the listed 850+ substances at levels that exceed the safe harbor limits established by the State of California under “CA Prop 65”. The CA Prop 65 warnings are only required under California law, to be given to California consumers of adult and children’s products at both the point of purchase (onsite), as well as on or within the physical product. Zazzle currently includes these CA Prop 65 warnings for all of its customers so that they may make informed purchasing decisions. Therefore, the product also has this warning shown online.
Customer safety is, and has always been, one of our primary concerns and we take it seriously. We have tested this product in lab for all relevant existing laws per it’s end use, and the warning is necessary because of the results from our lab report. Having said that, the exposure is minimal. So a consumer has to be exposed to the product for several years. We don’t have any data reg: exposure but I can assure you, we’re only following the laws and procedures.
