This is the first time I have ever been so upset about customer service that I looked to do this! I ordered some business cards from them and there were some printing issues that should have been brought up to me so that they could have been remedied (ex. Graphics resolution and other image problems). These were problems that could not be detected while designing the products on their website. However, I received no such calls or emails alerting me to the problems and received the business cards with a very pressing deadline that is quickly coming up. I emailed the company right away, but only received an automatic reply stating that there was something wrong with their "online request tool." This reply prompted me to send a direct email to their support team with an explanation of the problems and attached pics to illustrate them. I have not received a reply since that last email, and am desperate to find a phone number to talk to someone. Should I just give up? Apparently, many other reviewers have had the same experience as I had. I am beginning to think that I should kiss that money goodbye.

Easy to use website to design T-shirts, baby onesies, sweatshirts, etc. I made three different items, and they all turned out good. Nice quality clothing and range of products. Would use again.

Love the product, but needed it in 7-8 days, had to pay $25. NO customization whatsoever, just blank pro stable cardstock invites.
Very very disappointed in that. In todays world that's crazy.

My invitations were supposed to be sage green. When printed, they arrived almost gray looking. The green was not as light as it looked on the website. Disappointed.
