I had a custom order shirt with a picture of a landscape THAT I PAINTED MYSELF.
My friend really liked my painting and I thought it would be a nice birthday present for her. I submitted the order well before her birthday (3 weeks). 2 weeks of 'processing' my order, I get an email telling me I had COPYRIGHT CONTENT ON MY ORDER and that my order was cancelled. I have emailed them regarding the obvious mistake, but it was already too late for my friend's birthday. It's been a week since her birthday, and to this date I have not gotten any reply.
Not only does this show the absolutely terrible customer service, but the utter stupidity of the zazzle content reviewers. Never use this site.

I DO NOT recommend anyone use Zazzle for anything - I tried using this service for simple return address labels and what I got was an whole order of only HALF of the address even though when ordering it took all the information and I could view it on my label. When setting the print order WHY would anyone PRINT much less deliver return address labels with HALF the information. Watch... their response will be they reached out to me- to get ME to prove they did it wrong which I did & they still did not correct the order. Just watch, their response on this post is they tried to make it right - I'm here to tell you they will take ur money & give you nothing in return. Order from another company if you want to get it done right

I was wondering why my order was late arriving, so I checked on its status only to discover it had been cancelled with ZERO notification or email from Zazzle (yes, I checked Spam and every possible folder). I thought Zazzle was a trustworthy company with good customer service, but I was wrong. When I contacted Zazzle, they stated they "apologized if" I didn't receive their initial email cancelling my order, implying they'd sent one. They NEVER sent one. It was disappointing that they couldn't just admit they'd dropped the ball and be sincere. I also discovered that even though they cancelled my order, they didn't "fully cancel" (their words) my order and return my funds until after I contacted them and complained. What in the world were they waiting for? Bottom line, be aware your order might be cancelled without any notification and your funds might not be returned to you unless you complain (or I guess dispute the charge with your credit card company). This was my first...and last...time ordering from Zazzle.
Tip for consumers:
The site is extremely difficult to navigate. They do offer a lot of products, but it can be frustrating trying to find exactly what you're looking for or trying to determine what the difference is between nearly identical products.

On July 28,2020, I ordered a "Keep Calm and Be Merry" dog bowl. Their website shows individual artisans, yada yada, but a friend called to my attention just recently that on the bottom of the bowl it shows "Orca Coating/Made in China". I am livid that their website is so "professional" in appearance listings some of their "Makers" as though they use individual artisans and I then get a bowl from China which I would not use to feed a goldfish. As we all know, products made in China have no regulations and toxins and chemicals are freely used in products produced there. I found no easy way to contact the company and I am not going to use my time and money to attempt to return it to what could very easily be outer space. I will eat the cost of the bowl. I would definitely stay away from this company. I now see, in once again looking at their website, that there would have been no way to contact them originally to see where their products are made because they have no contact information listed--email or otherwise.

I ordered invites for my child's birthday from zazzle.ca, which redirected to the American site. I ordered and paid what I thought was Canadian funds and was not noted on my bill as US funds until I got my credit card statement. So therefore my bill was much higher than expected. I was willing to overlook this as I was excited to receive the invites, they were exactly what I was looking for but pretty sneaky way to mislead a customer.
I paid expedited shipping so I could receive my invites in time to mail out... I have yet to receive them and now they are lost! I have been back & fourth with UPS I parcel and they can't find my package despite having a tracking order. I keep getting told "it's on the way" but they can't tell me when it will get here or where it is now. It's now too late to mail them out to guest what a WASTE OF MONEY. Why did I pay expedited just to not receive my product?
TERRIBLE service from both companies.
Congrats you just ruined a soon to be 1 year olds Birthday party.
I'm thoroughly sick because of this situation and will never use this company again!

Ordered a shirt (as a birthday gift) a week ago, May 12th, for a promised delivery on May 19th. As of May 20th, shirt has still not shipped! Spoke with customer service on May 18th and was told the shirt was ready for shipment and it would ship that day or 19th latest and delivery would be next day. DIDN'T HAPPEN! Currently on hold to get today's bogus response. Don't do business with this site.

UPDATED & REVIEW CHANGED TO 5 STAR BASED ON THEIR RESPONSE TO ASSIST MY CLAIM: I discovered a vendor called ARTUBBLE (owned by Liz Krawczyk from Toronto, Ontario) selling on Zazzle who was offering the option to have various items printed with a photo that I own. Unfortunately, the vendor is using this picture without my permission and I did not license it to her. I contacted Zazzle explaining the situation and they promptly pulled the picture. In addition, they have provided contact information for the vendor who stole my photo and I can now pursue a claim against her. Zazzle takes Intellectual Property Rights seriously and handled it as well as I could have wished.

I used Zazzle for my save the date cards and wedding invitations. Love this site. It was easy to use, lot of choices. I also love the fact you could take one of their design and customize it to your liking. The prices were GREAT. Received my invites within 1-2 weeks, it was wonderful.

Don't ever shop with zazzle this is the worst place to shop at! Save your money they literally just scam you and don't even send you your package nor do they want to give you a refund. I ordered a custom bear and the package said it was delivered but it never did i also emailed them and asked for a refund and they didn't give me my refund that i asked for instead they wanted to reship another bear and it still didn't get here this is a bs app don't EVER EVER SHOP WITH THEM. THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Just save your money and shop somewhere else but here.
