I ordered return address labels, 2 of my orders Modern Elegant black "Gold" frame and Elegant luxury "Gold stone... I receive just printed return labels, none of them has Gold, my address return labels looks cheap not as I expected, so disappointed. Now I'm scared return them and they won't return my money back. The phone number listed for zazzle is horrible to get through. Just seems like its always closed. I emailed zazzle and received an email back from a rep a week later with a generic response of

I cancelled an order with a rep who contacted me through the live chat. She then gave me a discount on a new order if I would give them another chance so I did and she said "I will contact our production team to expedite the new order." and that it normally take 2-3 days to manufacture... its now 5 days and "still manufacturing"... If I was told 5 days in the beginning fine, let me make the choice to wait that long or go with another company, don't say 2-3 days if you cant do it. Then I don't have to keep emailing to find out what is going on! Don't lie to customers! If I had of known it was going to take this long then I would have gone with another company and had the shirt when I needed it! Will not recommend anyone to order from Zazzle.

I've made MANY online and in-store purchases in the past few decades. I can unequivocally state that Zazzle has provided the worst customer experience I've ever had... twice.
I assume a good portion of customers buy personalized items for a special event. I would like to warn other consumers: Do NOT use Zazzle if you have ANY specific date by which you need your order.
It is now TWICE that Zazzle has completely blown past their estimated delivery date when I placed two important orders (custom T-shirts for international trips). There is absolutely ZERO communication to the customer when a deadline will not be hit.
These are orders for which I paid extra for premium shipping/service ($25 extra for one order, and $15 extra for the other). $40 down the drain. This is also TWICE that I'm now scrambling to get T-shirts printed locally before a trip -- another $80+ out of my OWN pocket for Zazzle's mistake!
Have an issue with your Zazzle order? Good luck to you. It is honestly a full-day activity to reach someone consistently by phone or email. And when I did finally reach someone regarding my last order, they totally messed up by shipping my order STANDARD instead of the priority shipping that I paid for.
Shame on Zazzle for completely disregarding the customer-- the customer's wallet, sanity, and experience. And shame on me for giving Zazzle a second chance. Support your local small business instead.

I ordered two shirts. One Polo and the other a T-shirt. Both shirts are way to small for the labeled size. Their idea of a size Large is every other stores Med or Small. If you wear a Large size you had better order a XL or 2XL to get it to fit properly. The material quality is not very good for the price and the print quality is not very good as well. Neither shirt I ordered is wearable. The total cost for the order was $75.27 yet they only refunded me $68.28. I guess 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed is really only 90%. I have been a customer of Zazzle for 8 years but didn't order for a couple years. This year they completely messed up my card order and when I asked for a replacement was told it would be longer processing time since it was a replacement. When I asked why I would have to wait longer then new orders (24 hour processing time) the agent offered to give expedited shipping. I asked to talk with her supervisor and once I spoke with her, she gave us next day shipping and told me she would personally ensure that the order was processed within the 24 hours if not sooner. That was on Wednesday evening. I assumed I would receive the cards no later than Saturday. But instead when I sent an email to the support team on Saturday morning checking the order status, received a response saying it wasn't finished in production. So almost 72 hours later my card hasn't even shipped. If it ships on Monday and they honor there free next day shipping, I can try to hurry and write out all the cards and get them in the mail by Wednesday one week before Christmas. Hopefully all that happens and people actually receive their cards? SO disappointed in there service! The quality of their work has always been great, hoping the remake is correct! If they are under new management and continue on this path, I do not see them staying in business.

I ordered wedding invitations and RSVP cards from ZAZZLE and they came back to me cut crooked and flawed with markings that weren't apparent on proof. I have contacted them for the Return Authorization Number so that I can send the items back for a refund and have not yet heard back. I can not get a hold of a customer service representative by phone. This is frustrating and disappointing because I have had good experiences with Zazzle in the past. I had to purchase my wedding invites and RSVP cards from another company locally and have a rush put on them, which was costly. DO NOT USE ZAZZLE.
