I ordered a baby bodysuit with a customized name option for a friend's baby for Christmas. I ordered it well in advance on Dec. 5th. Received the package on Dec. 13th. The bottom of the name on the bodysuit was completely cut off. Not just a little bit, so it's barely noticeable, 2/3 of it was missing, nothing you could easily oversee. I immediately looked for a phone number, but the site has no phone number to contact, barely found some well hidden form somewhere under the help page. I submitted a comment and uploaded a picture of the defective product. Two days later, nothing! Sent another comment, and still nothing! I asked for a refund, because clearly they don't bother to reply in a timely fashion after messing up my order so badly, why would I expect them to send me something printed accurately in time for Christmas... Anyways, if you are reading this review, do not use zazzle.com, there are tons of other print companies out there that are way more reliable and responsive, and not to mention better quality, zazzle.com is not worth your time and nerves!

I designed a bumper sticker that was anti vax anti masks and anti covid restrictions, they refused to process my order they said it violated their guidelines. Absolutely shameful.

We ordered a puzzle for our daughter's birthday back on April 3,2020. Our credit card was immediately charged for the purchase. We were told that processing would take a couple of weeks, but it was implied that it would ship out about the first of May and be delivered soon thereafter. Today is the 12th of May and no product has been received. The company web site states that the order is still "In Processing" whatever that means. I emailed the company two days ago inquiring on the status of the order and have had no reply other than an acknowledgement of the inquiry. Today we attempted to contact them by telephone and heard a recorded message that their phone system was out of order. THERE APPEARS TO BE MORE THAN THE PHONE SYSTEM THAT IS OUT OF ORDER AT ZAZZLE!

Ordered an iPad cover for my daughter. It said it was a 9.7 inch cover. They sent a 9.4 cover. Their mistake, they dont do exchanges and you are stuck paying return shipping.

I have used Zazzle before, but a friend at work had a coupon code for canvas art and shared it. I immediately ordered a canvas print for my son, of himself and his dog. It was produced very quickly and was perfect, he loved it. Two other orders, I had also ordered with expedited shipping and was disappointed when they didnt arrive by Christmas - I do think the website should be a bit clearer about estimated shipping dates. Also, I would like it if you could preview your items more clearly - its a bit confusing, to make changes and then go back and undo them. Other than that, the site is wonderful, the products turned out very well, and I am waiting on yet another canvas print for my daughter, due to arrive any day. The reason I ordered this last print was because a throw I ordered from a competitor turned out horribly, and this Zazzle order is to replace that. (the other company hasnt even bothered to respond to my note). Thank you Zazzle for consistently good products!... and for caring enough to ask your customers how they felt about your service. I ordered a baby shower banner on December 5th received an email stating that it would be here by the 13th of December no product from zazzle. Received an email on Dec 11th at 2am stating that my product was mailed out on the 13th of December at 10:36pm. My baby shower is on the 17th of December and I won't have a banner. Thanks Zazzle for messing up my baby shower now I had to cancel it cause I don't have everything I needed to make it one of the best days for me.
