I ordered 3 things, 2 shirts and 1 hat. All arrived in a good time and they all fit great. The printing was just what I wanted. Overall a great experience and will be back again.

The overall experience was good. The paper quality and the print job were fine. The price is too high in my opinion. I think business wise I should get a manufacturer and not a POD service.

Zazzle describes itself as enabling "individuals, professional artists, and major brands, including Disney and Hallmark, to create and offer billions of unique products for customers worldwide". This means Zazzle does not DESIGN the items it sells, but PRINTS them. Therefore, if anything goes wrong in the production process, they say it's part of the design, creating a loop of passing the buck between designer and Zazzle. At the end of the day, you do get a refund, less your return shipping and a whole lot of grief.
Delivery is reasonable, order is questionably accurate. My order would have been perfect except for a gloss coating on one side of a gift card. The item arrived with the gloss coating on the To/From side and not the Address/Picture side, making it impossible to fill-out. Zazzle insisted this was the designers intention and would not see reason.
Not too pleased with Customer Service; your basic automaton, giving scripted answers. Zazzle was more interested in refunding my money than fixing the problem, which I wanted; I wanted the cards!
Customer Service "Support" was more concerned about being right than a retaining a pleased customer AND making money. Even after Zazzle had me contact the designer who said it was a printing error, Zazzle still insisted it was a design error, sending me "pictures" and Return Merchandise form.
Zazzle looks good, but isn't worth the grief

DO NOT ORDER CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY. They made two errors from the original baby shower cards I wanted. After emailing them, they said "they can't help me and I have to order them again." Even though THEY made the mistakes. I highly recommend ordering cards from another company. I would not trust them to deliver the cards you wanted.

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 19th, but before I did I made sure that it would be delivered within a reasonable amount of time around the holiday. Before the order was "final", the estimated date of delivery was December 27, however, the email confirmation said delivery estimated to be December 28 or 29. That was fine as it was a gift for visiting family who didn't leave until January 1st. However, it never arrived. It's January 4th, and still no sign. At this point it will be useless to receive. I know that everyone gets busy around the holidays, but if promises cannot be met, one would think they would contact you and allow you to "opt out" of the order. As of today it's a week late, and this being my first zazzle experience, I am not zazzled. E-commerce has become very reliable in that they can let you know when an order will arrive. In this day and age, zazzle fails at meeting basic expectations.
Update: Zazzle contacted me and took care of the situation. I applaud Zazzle for exercising an active customer service reaching out to make things right.

I placed my order for invitations to my daughter-in-laws baby shower. Thankfully I ordered way in advance as they were on sale. A few days later I received a call from a gentleman in California, (mind you, I live in Washington state), who had received my order. He also told me that he received someone elses wedding shower invitations another time. The next day, before I had a chance to contact them, I received a package in the mail. I thought that maybe they had figured out the mistake on their own. WRONG. It was baby shower invitations for someone who lives in Colorado. To top it all off they had misspelled a word on hers. I contacted the company only to be met with someone who was very hard to understand and he clearly didnt understand me either. He finally figured out what I was saying and he muttered something that I deciphered as I would be getting my order. I finally did receive them and everything is spelled correctly. However, the cost, I felt was quite high and certainly not worth all the hassle.

I ordered ribbon for my daughters baby shower, paid extra to have it shopped faster, it was guaranteed to be here on Monday, here it is Thursday and no ribbon, I have already started all the decorations with this special ribbon, so no I have nothing to finish things with, was lied to when I called Monday that it would be shipped on Tuesday and here at the latest by Thursday, called again today and ribbon was still in production, same thing I was told Monday, very very unsatisfied customer- will never shop here again!
